NAWA Glory 8/3/05

TONIGHT: Ron Waterman faces off against the NAWA International Champion Tony Mamaluke in a non title match. Also Bryan Danielson and the Rottweilers face off against Jerry Lynn, Austin Aries, and Alex Shelley, AJ Styles takes on Sederick Skyhawk, and the Gambler puts the NAWA Television Championship on the line against Ron Killings as we are ten days away from WrestleClash IV only on Pay Per View.

"A Call for Blood" by Hatebreed plays and the crowd is booing as CM Punk is making his way down to the ring with Larry Sweeney. Last week Teddy Hart beat CM Punk and as a result of prematch stipulations, Raven will get one more match with CM Punk. Punk enters the ring, getting on the microphone, as the fans boo him. He says he doesn't give a damn what these fans think, as he will be out of this company in ten days. After he beats their hero Raven, one more time. Last week, when he fought Teddy Hart...everything went according to plan. He softened up Hart, leaving him open for his NAWA International Title Match against Tony Mamaluke, where Mamaluke would finish off the job. And Punk has a match with Raven, where he could defeat the man who the fans of "this putrid company" adore one more time.

Of course, Raven should have read the fine print of the contract. He does get his one last shot to beat Punk at WrestleClash IV. However, it will be under the type of match stipulations of Punk's choosing. He thought about it long and hard over the past week, before his mind reflected back to his match last year at WrestleClash III, the match that he beat AJ Styles in. Therefore, Raven will get his one last match against CM Punk before he leaves but it will be an I-Quit Match!

The crowd give some moderate cheers for that match, because it will be a good match. Punk says don't expect your hero to win, because just like he beat AJ Styles at WrestleClash III, the same result will happen at WrestleClash IV. One of two things will happen. He will beat Raven so badly that he will say those two words on the microphone, for the word to see and hear, as Punk's final gift to the NAWA fans or Raven will be beaten so badly, that he won't be able to quit and instead his career will be ended. The crowd boos as Punk says WrestleClash IV will be his ultimate triumph and the last memory the fans will have of him, will be standing over the bloodied, beaten, battered body of Raven.

As for Raven and Teddy Hart, Sweeney remarks, he has cut a deal with Sederick Skyhawk productions, and they will get a taste of what's to come at WrestleClash IV, when they face off against C.W. Anderson and Simon Diamond. And that match is coming up right now, as Simon Diamond and C.W. Anderson come out, lead by Richard Ramos Ricardo, Attorney at Law and Mr. Fernando. Out comes Raven and Teddy Hart soon after, as Sweeney and Punk depart.

Cover on Diamond but Anderson breaks up the cover with an elbow to the back of the head at two. Raven enters the ring and headbutt to the midsection rocks Anderson back. Anderson is dumped to the floor and Raven catches him with a baseball slide dropkick. Meanwhile Simon has Hart measured and attempted superkick is ducked. The leg is grabbed and dragon screw legwhip delivered, right into a headbutt to the midsection and Hart gets up, turning Diamond over into the Sharpshooter! Hart leans back, as Diamond struggles. Raven keeps Anderson at bay as Diamond taps out, giving Raven and Hart the win!

I just write in commercials where I think they should be on the show.
