MWWA Carnage
March 7, 2009
Target Center
Minneapolis, Minnesota

Carnage comes on the air showing Heavyweight Champion, Kenta Kobashi, entering the Target Center. As the Champion walks down the hallway, he is blindsided by Trent Acid, which sends a rousing "boo" through the crowd in Minneapolis. Acid throws the Champion into the walls before tossing him into the steel loading door that echoes throughout the backstage area. With the Champion lumped on the ground, Acid bends down and tells him to never assume things... because they can come back and bit him in the "ass".

From another area backstage, Justin Credible is stopped by Carolyn Rand, with the MWWA Heavyweight Title over his shoulder. When asked about tonight's Ladder Match, Credible says that it doesn't matter what type of match Kobashi picked... that he was going to come out on top. Tonight, he says, it will be both literal and figuratively. Credible says that after he climbs that ladder in tonight's main event, he'll go to Birmingham, and leave Chaos with the same title he has right now. When asked why he chose to steal the Heavyweight Title from Kobashi, Credible says that he did it to send a message to the Champion: that, at any time, it can be taken from him; and that a true Champion has to work his ass off to get, and keep, what he wants.

Jay Lethal pinned Alan Stone with the Clutch Pumphandle Bomb in 3:03.

Backstage, Rex Butler is seen getting ready for his up-coming match, when Missy enters the room. She says she wants to know why he was acting weird last week, but Rex says he has no idea what she's talking about it. Missy then admits to checking Rex's phone, and not recognizing the last number listed in his Recent Calls section. Rex shrugs it off and says that they'll talk about it after his match. Rex then quickly gets up and walks out the door. Reluctantly, Missy follows suit and leaves the locker room.

After the match, in Commissioner Kobyrn's office, Masao Orihara and Yuji Nagata confront him about last week's tag team match. Nagata informs Kobyrn that it was the highest rated match on Carnage last week, and that that fact alone should be enough to keep Orihara and Nagata in the ring. Kobyrn says that he agrees, the match was the highest rated match last week; and the crowd seemed to love it. But, Kobyrn informs the duo that there is no place for them on this week's card, and he gives them the night off. Orihara and Nagata leave the room, shaking their heads.

Coming back from break, Missy is seen walking down the hallway, calling for Rex Butler. Various MWWA crew members and officials look on as Missy's calls get louder. Her search becomes more frantic as she makes her way to their locker room. When she opens the door, she looks around to see that only her stuff remains in the room. She slumps into a chair, putting her head in her hands, and begins to cry.

Backstage, Carolyn Rand speaks with one-half of the Tag Team Champions, Jay Briscoe. Briscoe says that he's been watching the situation unfold with Masao Orihara and Yuji Nagata; and thinks that it's just a couple of washed up has-beens that don't know when to hang their boots up. Briscoe says that Orihara and Nagata could work their asses off all they want to, trying to prove to the fans of the MWWA that they're the best tag team this company's seen. But, he says, the fact is... he and Cloudy are the best team, because they hold that Tag Team Titles; and that if Orihara and Nagata want proof, they will surely get it once Cloudy returns from his injury.
