Events that occured during the show


As Owen Hart arrived, he was attacked by the masked man.
Ric Flair then confronted the first member of the Injustice League he could find, Kevin Nash.
Nash told him maybe the Horsemen should mind their own business.

Backstage, Sting and Rude talk about who they need to take care of tonight with Sammartino out.

Backstage after his match, Ken Shamrock began fighting with Kurt Angle.
Mr. Hughes came in to double team Shamrock.
It was announced that at Survivor Series, Shamrock's team of 5 will battle Angle's team of 5.

At the end of the show,the Injustice League attacked Flair.
Rick Martel, Arn Anderson, the Steiners, and Scott Hall all ran in to help make the save.


Scott Hall is now the #1 Contender for the European title.

Psicosis is now the #1 Contender for the Cruiserweight title.

Events that occured during the show




The Rock is shown hanging out with DX in their locker room discussing their teaming up.
They mention Triple H will return after Survivor Series, but still no word on Shawn Michaels.

Hulk Hogan was on to do a segment promoting his MWF World Heavyweight title defense in a triple threat against Mr. Kennedy and Chavo Guerrero on tomorrow's Superstars.
During the segment, he had a run in with Honky Tonk Man leading to their match tonight.

My name is Vince segment: Vince again crosses paths with Andre the Giant.
Vince is still determined to make peace with Andre, so Andre challenges him to a Survivor Series match. Vince's team against Andre's team.

Backstage after their loss, Dynamite Kid heckled Davey Boy and Harry Smith.
They talk about their match up at Survivor Series, pitting Dynamite's team of 5 against Davey Boy's team of 5.

Ric Flair's interference against Sting was paying him back for costing him the match against Nash on Raw.
Afterwards, as the Injustice League fought with the Four Horsemen, The Rock ran in to help the Horseman.
Once things calmed down, Bruno Sammartino came out and announced he's adding a match to Survivor Series.
The Four Horsemen,DX,and The Rock will team up to battle the Injustice League.

After the show, Sting challenges Ric Flair to a match on next week's Smackdown.

Chris Jericho is now the #1 Contender for the Intercontiental title.
