(Hulk Hogan retained the WWF World Heavyweight Title)

NOTES:

No sooner had Hulk Hogan managed to retain the title in a hard fought match against his arch nemesis, but a new enemy appeared immediately. Andre the Giant strode down to the ring and attacked the champion, interrupting his celebrations. After an extended beatdown, the Hulkster was left lying in the ring, as Andre and his manager Bobby Heenan, walked away smiling.

Having put themselves in line for a title shot by defeating The Rockers, Bobby Heenan's BrainBusters' nights work was not done. They interfered in fellow family member's Haku's match against The Ultimate Warrior, causing a loss for their man, but doing some serious damage to the Warrior on behalf of InterContinental Champion "Ravishing" Rick Rude.

In the first match of the night, an excellent technical match was spoilt by outside interference from Tito Santana's former Strike Force partner, Rick "Model" Martel. Martel's distraction was enough for Mr Perfect to gain the victory.

The next pay per view event is the first WWF "Clash of the Champions" and will feature the first 4 King of the Ring qualifying matches, as well as the "Macho Man"'s last attempt at regaining the WWF Title - this time in a steel cage!!
