Error 62 at pgm-ctr 287260

americamamushiPosted on 03/30/06 at 22:10:56

Me and Socko have been looking for the solution to my problem with no luck.  I'm getting "error 62 at pgm-ctr 287260" when I am in my circuit and try to go in to schedule an actual card.  TNM just closes when I do that, giving that error (if I bring it up through prompt so it doesn't close imidiately)

GLWF is paralyzed until it's fixed...

so... uh...

little help?

First run TNMDiagnostic... and then try emailing Oliver.

I did run TNMDiag and it says everything is fine.  Geez Rick, what do you think I am? A noob? :D  What it needs is to have big flashing letters that say "Don't Panic." :)  I haven't e-mailed Oliver yet, but I guess I'm gonna have to.  I was hoping to fix it without bothering him ;)

well, after searching the board archives back 500 days, for error 62, it seems that Oliver's help is the only thing that resolves said error number, ya noob.  ;)

Hmm. I just got an Error 62 when trying to run a bigger (12 match) card, but was able to run a smaller one.

Anyone get any word back from Ollie, yet?

Olly had me send him my zipped up TNM, but haven't heard back yet.  He was away doing UFC stuff over the weekend though.

It's weird that a bunch of people (You, me, Ravyn, Mike(?)) all just go the same error recently.. Maybe it have something to with a Windows update.

Keep me updated as to what Oliver says. And let him know that a couple of others are having the same problem..

Good point Unright, I believe Mike also emailed Oliver, as did I so if I hear anything, I'll get back to the board ASAP.

Hopefully Windows Vista will go back to having a more friendly relationship with DOS than XP does.

Any word on this problem at all?

Somehow my CARD.TTL got deleted.  It ended up being an extremely easy fix.

Now my only issue is an overheating problem with my computer which I hope to get fixed this weekend.  I can't do anything besides get online and use AIM without it shutting itself off.  Lame.

psst, Chris... usually overheating is fixed by putting in a new fan.  ;)
