Matchmaker 3 help

crazyarbyPosted on 10/01/09 at 04:45:01

I have an intresting problem with the match maker 3 plugin.  I have three main circuits that I run and two of them react badly to MM3 while it works great for the other one.  One circuit gives a windows error box and crashes TNM to desktop, and the other says string value corrupt and sends my printer into a fit of printing "string value Corrupt" on multiple sheets of paper like Jack nicholson in the shinning.  It isn't a big deal, the plugin is nice to have, but this is a strange problem.
I started new circuits and they all work fine with MM3 but these two have some very strange issues with it.  Thanks in advance for any light shed.

Hi there crazyarby,

Firstly, apologies that my MM3 plugin is causing you issues.

In the past, I've found that the best way to address problems that arise is to see the circuit folder contents myself. So, assuming that you don't mind, could you possibly zip up one of the circuit folders (found inside the main TNM folder) and email it to me? My addy can be found in my profile, and I'll do whatever I can to rectify the situation. :)

Thank you my friend.  I sent both circuits because they seem to have very different problems.
I suppose I could just do a mirror circuit with all the same wrestlers and use that for match maker 3.  But, still I hate to leave a problem unsolved.

Right, I received your email fine, but there appears to quite a few files missing for the circuits that you've fired my way.

For instance, the "SATAN_S2" folder contains the subfolders; "bios", "RROBINS", "SAVEDLUP", "TEMP", and "tempwlr", but there should a lot more files within the "SATAN_S2" folder itself. There's even less in the "HARDCORE" circuit folder. Are those the complete folder contents that you have on your machine?
