TNA Impact-July 20th 2006


     The show opens with Jeff Jarrett in the ring.  He is saying how Christian will be sorry he cost him the title at Victory
Road.  This brings Christian out to the ramp.  Christian replies that Jarrett will never have that title.  Jarrett says if you
think you can stop me, then bring your sorry ass to the ring.  As Christian makes his way to the ring Scott Steiner runs up from
behind clotheslining Christian.  Christian lands face down on the ramp, Steiner quickly applies the Steiner Recliner.  While
in the hold Jarrett smashes Christian in the face with the quitar.  Jarrett and Steiner lleave a beaten Christian laying
on the ramp.

Johnny Devine pinned Jay Lethal with the Devine Intervention in 0:00:11.

Alex Shelley showed up as soon as the match started and distracted Jay Lethal.


Senshi defeated Shark Boy by countout in 0:05:06.

Shark Boy lost by countout in a boring match to Senshi.

Latin American Exchange (Homicide and Hotstuff Hernandez) defeated
The Naturals (Andy Douglas and Chase Stevens) when Homicide pinned C. Stevens
with the Cop Killa in 0:15:46.
Rating: ** 3/4

The Nautrals continue to lose.

First Blood Match:
Monty Brown defeated Rhino in 0:09:56.
Rating: *** 1/4

In a rematch from Victory Road, Monty Brown comes away with this victory.

Konnan made Cassidy Riley submit to the Tequila Sunrise in 0:17:18.
Rating: ****

Konnan just toyed with the young Cassidy Riley before finishing him with the Tequila Sunrise.


AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels defeated
Dimond's In The Rough (David Young and Elix Skipper) when Styles defeated
Prime Time by disqualification in 0:09:02.
Rating: ***

AJ and Daniels get the DQ win over Elix and David Young, but that was not what they were
looking for.

Chris Sabin pinned Simon Diamond with the Cradle Shock in 0:11:27.
Rating: ** 3/4

The Cradle Shock was to much for Simon Diamond.

Abyss defeated Raven by disqualification in 0:02:31.
Rating: *
[samoa joe interfered against Abyss.]

Samoa got involved in this one almost from the start.  He is still upset about his loss at
Victory Road.

Next weekin the main event will be Scott Steiner vs. Christian, plus Eric Young will
defend the X-title against Ron "The Truth" Killings.

    Word is a lot better than notepad, but unfortunally I cannot find my word or excel disk to reinstalll.

   I am also probally the worst speller in the world, I really miss the spell check.
