King of the Mountain Match for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship:
Christian Cage(c) vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Ron "The Truth" Killings vs. Abyss vs. Sting
This was a match for the ages! Abyss was able to climb up the ladder and hang the belt to get the victory after he brought out, not one, not two, but THREE BAGS OF THUMBTACKS! He then proceeded to Black Hole Slam the other four wrestlers onto them. And, to add to the injury, he took the then champ, Christian Cage, and choked him out with his chain! Christian was taken to the back to get immediate medical attention. After that is when Abyss made his ascend up the ladder and hung the NWA World Heavyweight Championship to become Champ for the very first time. The men were left a bloody mess when all was said and done, including the new Champ, Abyss. It should be noted that all of the competitors were able to score a pinfall through the match to just be eligible to hang that prestigous title.
Abyss won the King of the Mountain Match when he hung the NWA World Heavyweight Title in 0:22:14.

Match observations:

Who in the hell is the new face of TNA management?!? And what will Christian Cage have to say about losing his World Heavyweight Title to "The Monster" Abyss? Tune in on Thursday night on Spike TV- We are back to normal timeslot of 11pm. Don't miss it!

---------------------------

Stud of the Night: Senshi -Gained 3 pins to move up in the TNA X Division Rankings.
Dud of the Night:The James Gang- They simply looked foolish out there in the "extreme" environment that Team 3D used to call home.
Psymin1Posted on 06/17/06 at 02:07:33

Notes:

*This was to see how TNM would have booked the upcoming TNA PPV, Slammiversary.

*It was 100% unbooked.

*I ran the KotM match just as a 5-Man Battle Royal with only Pinfalls/Submissions counting as eliminations. I got the results from that.

*I used the assumption that the X Division Rankings match would be elimination style, and not one fall to a finish.

*This was the final card as of about 2 hours ago when I started this damn thing. I didn't think it would take me this long, but oh well, it was fun.

Here are my predictions for the real Slammiversary:

-The Naturals over Team Canada (A1/Eric Young)
-Rhino over Team Canada (Scott D'Amore/Bobby Roode)
-Senshi to win X Division Rankings Match
-Styles and Daniels over AMW to WIN the Tag Titles
-Nash over Sabin with Interference
-Team 3D over The James Gang
-Samoa Joe over Scott Steiner
-Sting to win the King of the Mountain Match to WIN the Heavyweight Title

Anubis is going to freak out when he sees Scott Steiner defeated Samoa Joe.

Are you going to continue booking TNA from this point forward, or was this just a case of you being bored?
Psymin1Posted on 06/17/06 at 02:18:44

Most likely this was just a One Night Stand.   ;)  But, ya never know.

suicidalbynaturePosted on 06/17/06 at 04:05:16

Sabin pinning Nash with a sit out powerbomb is one of the many reasons why I love TNM.

lol, yup.  I can just see it happening now.  But, I'm surprised TNM didn't throw in a knee injury for Nash, as it usually does when I use him (to be realistic, of course).

-hell yeah! love team canada... (vs naturals)
-and AGAIN!!! (vs rhino)
-yo man... low-ki is my shit. TNM is callin all the right shots in this one...
-dammit all... so far one call that i think will be wrong. (daniels/styles vs amw)
-hell yes chris sabin! he likes 311, so hes cool with me.  :)
-eh, i really dont care bout the team 3d match, but i like em (ECW!!!)
-**** scott steiner. he needs to retire. now... in real life. or let samoa joe win.
-i really like abyss as champ.

notes...
-------------------
hey man, you neeeeeed to continue this. whose the guy who makes or breaks TNA???
AnubisPosted on 06/17/06 at 10:52:51

First, let me say that if the real thing is booked like TNM simmed it for you, I'm never watching TNA again. Chris Sabin isn't doing any sort of powerbomb on Kevin Nash unless the match takes place in low gravity, Scott Steiner going over Samoa Joe would be a mortal sin, and Abyss as NWA World Heavyweight Champion would just be DEE DEE DEE.

As for your predictions:

I agree on all but the main event. I really can't see a face walking out with the belt, because there needs to be a heel to chase. With Sting and Jeff Jarrett in this big feud, Jarrett is likely to take the belt once more, and Sting will be chasing it until probably Bound For Glory.

You should go over to PWT and enter the official prediction game. It's a lot of fun. I'm doing fairly well. Your predictions are just about what I would predict, although I'm not so sure Rhino is taking the win, and like I said, I highly doubt Sting is actually going to walk out with the gold if only because I see a heel chase coming on; Christian Cage is a dud as NWA World Heavyweight Champion, so we need a good angle to put some shine back on the belt.
ZedjaPosted on 06/17/06 at 12:57:32

I actually agree that with the buildup they have had Sting will probably win the belt since he said he was only after Jarrett and not the belt.
Psymin1Posted on 06/17/06 at 20:19:23

Can I have a web address for this prediction game, please?  I am not sure what PWT is.

~Branden
HugeRockStar760Posted on 06/17/06 at 20:24:18

PWT is either pwtorrents.net, for pro wrestling torrents, or he means PWTorch.com, for the wrestling newsletter by Wade Keller. Either one is going to be pretty good!

These DEE DEE DEE references are even more annoying in text than they are when Carlos Mencia says them (and note that I like Carlos Mencia :))

And, Brandon, I found the game you were talking about and submitted my picks, thanks.

I'm pretty sure it was the same user name. I'll have to check that message board, I rarely go there. It's the Hardedge TNM Forums. Mostly I don't go there because a few of them think they are TNM rebels and it's too pretentious to know they are rebelling against anything TNM related.
Psymin1Posted on 06/19/06 at 08:54:09

Oh, well, then, yes.  That had to be me.  I used to frequent the Hardedge forums, but I don't recall ever booking a Venis vs. Hogan match.  Though, I'm not throwing the thought completely out the window, as I have done some pretty regretable stuff in my life.   :P

It was so freakin' random. There would be one match and it would be the most unpredictable matchup. I was like, "Is this guy on acid?!" That would be all you posted...Never any off topic stuff, just random 10 hour epics involving Hulk Hogan.

Match observations:

In what is the highest rated match in PTWF history, "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan was forced to take on Val Venis in a 60-minute Iron Man Match (note that this match is being considered a Match of the Decade Candidate).  Hogan was sick of being told that he "couldn't hack it anymore" and that he should "stick to reality TV", so, he challenged his long-time nemesis in the PTWF, Val Venis to a Loser Leaves PTWF Iron Man Match!  And, boy, were the critics right- Hogan can't hack it anymore and...well, 1 for 2 aint bad because, well, we've all seen "Hogan Knows Best".  Venis was able to destroy the "Immortal" one in an embarrasing 7 falls to none victory.  Hogan is now forced to retire from the ring, but Venis is sure to propel to amazing new heights.  In fact, the Commish, who remains unnamed, has already set a match for next week!  It will be "The Big Valbowski" Val Venis taking on Ron "Don't Call Me FFaarrooqq" Simmons for the PTWF World Heavyweight Championship!  This will be a straight one-on-one matchup, as the Commish doesn't want to tarnish the prestige that is the PTWF World Heavyweight Title.  Be sure to join us next week for more amazing PTWF action!  For now, I'm Ye-or-gay Smith, SEEYA NEXT WEEK!

Well...sort of.  The Hardege Forums went under, but there is a new place, not very active, but it contains the same people as the Hardedge forums.  The link is below if you care to visit.

But, like I said, it is a lot less active than these boards, unfortunately.  They were fun when they were running strong.
