AFTERMATH PPV
(previous card)

::UWA AFTERMATH comes to you live from the
Wachovia Center in Philadelphia!::

::As the show begins, the crowd boos as William
Regal makes his way to the ring!::

WR: Quiet down. It feels great to be back in a
UWA ring! On Friday final test results came back
and I was cleared of any violation of substance
abuse policy. I immediately demanded my shot
at the World Tag Team Titles, so tonight it will
be a triangle tag match. All I have to do is get
a partner. If there is anyone in the back who is
willing to come out and try to win the UWA
World Tag Team Titles, then please come to the
ring now so we can compete.

::The crowd roars as Matt Hardy's music plays::

::Matt Hardy will join William Regal in tag team
competition against The Hard Asses and his
friends Billy Kidman and The Sandman!::

UWA World Tag Team Title Triangle Match
William Regal/Matt Hardy vs . The Hard Asses vs. Billy Kidman/The Sandman:
As Kidman and The Sandman entered the ring, they took a long hard look at Matt
Hardy. Then, they went over and shook his hand, as well as Regal's. In a sign of
showmanship, Kidman and The Sandman also offered a handshake to The Hard Asses,
who pulled the immortal fakeout by moving their hand out of the way at the last moment.
Holly and Gunn shared a good laugh. The match starts with Kidman and Hardy!
This did not last long, as Gunn tagged himself in by slapping Hardy's back.
This match went back and forth for over 20 minutes, when finally it was William Regal
falling victim to The Sandman's DDT while Matt Hardy battled the Hard Asses outside
the ring. It is interesting to note that Kidman was fighting alongside Hardy. After the
match, Hardy tried to apologize to Regal and get out of the situation, but Regal was
mad. Regal kicked Hardy in the gut and hit a DDT of his own on Hardy. William
Regal is outraged at Matt Hardy's participation in the Triangle Tag Match!

Triangle Match:
Billy Kidman and The Sandman defeated William Regal and Matt Hardy and
The Hard Asses (Hardcore Holly and Billy Gunn) when Sandman pinned W. Regal
with the DDT in 0:24:08.
Rating: *** 1/2
(Billy Kidman and The Sandman retained the UWA World Tag Team Titles.)

Stretcher Match
Al Snow vs. Justin Credible:
Credible and Al Snow put on one hell of a fight, beating each other with everything
in sight. The only way to win this match was to put your opponent on a stretcher. Al
Snow busted Credible open with a shot to the head from the ring bell. In the end,
however, it was Justin Credible, surviving 3 Snow Plows, to finish Al Snow off with a
bulldog off the ring and onto the announcers' table, taking out Snow and putting him
on the stretcher for the victory. Credible attacked Snow while attendants tried to usher
Snow out of the ring.

Stretcher Match:
Justin Credible defeated Al Snow in 0:13:50.
Rating: *** 1/2

Chris Jericho vs. Chris Benoit:
Everyone thought it was over when Jericho hit the top rope Frankensteiner, but Benoit
kicked out. Then, when Benoit hit Jericho with a belly to belly suplerplex, everyone was
sure again that it was over, but it was not. Benoit went for a reverse neckbreaker, but
Jericho countered the move and knocked Benoit down. Jericho quickly seized the moment
and applied the Walls of Jericho in the center of the ring. Benoit had no choice but to
submit! Chris Jericho's losing streak is over! The two shook hands after the match. The
crowd was very much into it.

Chris Jericho made Chris Benoit submit to the Walls Of Jericho in 0:13:07.
Rating: *** 3/4

Orlando Jordan vs. The Undertaker
Before The Undertaker came out, Orlando Jordan took the mic and said that he did not
intentionally interfere against the Undertaker. Jordan tries to explain that he was after
Jeff Jarrett, but the lights went out and the bell tolled. It was time...
Orlando Jordan attacked the Undertaker as he made his entrance to the ring, which
knocked the Undertaker off the ring and onto the mat surrounding it.
The match didn't officially start for 2 minutes as Jordan unleashed an assault on the
Undertaker outside the ring. For over 10 minutes, Orlando Jordan was in control, until
the Undertaker turned the tide and mounted a strong offensive. The Undertaker went for a
choke slam, but Orlando Jordan nailed Taker with an elbow to the face which seems to have jerked the Undertaker the wrong way. Jordan locked on a front facelock and the
Undertaker had to submit. UWA Medical Team came to the ring to assist the Undertaker
to the back. The crowd booed as Orlando Jordan celebrated his victory and cheered for
the Undertaker as he was assisted to the back. Orlando Jordan's PPV streak continues!

Orlando Jordan made The Undertaker submit to a front facelock in 0:14:49.
The Undertaker tore his left PCL. He will be out for approximately 6 cards

Chavo vs. Raven vs. Big Show vs. Jeff Jarrett
Mark Henry came after Jarrett early in this one, and Raven caught Jarrett by surprise and
hit the Evenflow DDT for the 1,2,3. About 10 minutes later, Raven attempted the DDT on
The Big Show, but it was countered and Raven fell victim to a choke slam. Out of nowhere,
Chavo Guerrero hits The Big Show with a tornado DDT and scores the pin! The FIRST EVER
UWA PAY PER VIEW CHAMPION IS CHAVO GUERRERO!!! Guerrero got some revenge on
the Big Show from their first match! Guerrero was ecstatic! The crowd applauded Chavo
and he looked to the sky, remembering his Uncle. Will Chavo be able to successfully
defend the belt next month?

#1 CONTENDER TRIANGLE MATCH
Booker T vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Batista
Booker T had just hit the Axe Kick on Rob Van Dam when Batista nailed him from behind
with a forearm and followed it up with a vicious spinebuster slam. Batista has spoiled
Booker T's and Rob Van Dam's hopes of challenging the UWA World Champion. Will it be
Batista vs. Triple H at Summer Smash?

UWA EXTREME TITLE MATCH

Paul Heyman in order to finish D-Von off with a flying clothesline onto the announcers'
table. Edge continues his winning ways.

(Edge won the UWA Extreme Title.)
[Paul Heyman interfered against Edge.]

I QUIT MATCH
Ric Flair vs. Randy Orton
The dirtiest player in the game used a thumb to the eye to gain the upper hand and lock
on the figure four leglock. Randy Orton was forced to give up! A battered Flair raised his
arms in victory, but only for a brief moment, as Randy Orton attacked Flair from behind and
hit the RKO. Orton then went outside the ring to get a chair. At that moment, Batista ran
down to the ring and made the save for Ric Flair. Orton stared at Batista from outside the
ring, then left the ringside area.

No-Time-Limit-I-Quit Match:
Ric Flair defeated Randy Orton when Randy Orton passed out in the
Figure-Four Leglock in 0:20:19.

Hulk Hogan made his way out to announce the guest referee...

and it's...him!

Hulk Hogan is the guest referee for the World Title Match!

UWA World Title Handicap Match
First to earn a pinfall or submission wins
With Mystery Guest Referee Hulk Hogan
Mysterio/Angle vs. Triple H
If Hulk Hogan thought he would do a better job of staying in control of the World Title
Match, he was proven wrong tonight. These three battled in a great match until Justin
Credible decided that he still has issues with Rey Mysterio. Hogan warned Credible not to
get involved in the match. Credible crept closer to ringside, and Hogan again warned
Credible. Finally, Kurt Angle grabbed Credible from behind and suplexed him. During
this distraction, Triple H hit Rey Mysterio with a ring bell and knocked him out cold.
Triple H hooked the leg and Hulk Hogan had no choice but to count the 1, 2, 3. Kurt Angle
tried to make the save but was unsuccessful. Triple H quickly rolled under the bottom rope
and left Angle in the ring with a fallen Rey Mysterio. The UWA Medical Team made their
way out to attend to Rey as Angle knelt beside him.

Triple H defeated Rey Mysterio and Kurt Angle when Triple H pinned Mysterio
after hitting him with the ring bell in 0:16:29.

Interesting pairing Kidman and Sandman. High-flying and hardcore extravaganza.

This is the first I've read of your circuit, so I will need some time getting into it, but it's short and easy and a nice read to boot. You do have a couple of huge upsets that makes me believe you are running unbooked (Jordan defeating Taker, Chavo beating Big Show), but that's all fine and dandy.

The main event says it's a world title match... who was the champion before the match? And who holds the belt now?

Kidman and Sandman are allies of Matt Hardy. In previous posts, you would see that it was originally Matt Hardy and The Sandman who were paired to tag together, but Matt Hardy was also up for the Extreme Title (in a tag match (with kidman as partner) where the pinner earned the Extreme Title Shot). So Hardy took the Extreme Title opportunity and gave Kidman the tag title opportunity. Hardy lost, but Kidman/Sandman won.

Undertaker lost because he got injured and was forced to submit, if you look at the match results. He will return.

Chavo beat The Big Show by catching him by surprise right after The Big Show pinned Raven.

The PPV Title goes like this:

It is defended every PPV
The PPV Champion can vacate the title in order to get a World Title Shot at the next PPV. At that PPV, a new PPV Champion would be crowned.

Think of it as a rotating "money in the bank". Right now Chavo has it, but he will have to defend it at the next PPV before getting his Title Shot at the PPV after that one.

Triple H was and still is champion.  TNM doesn't let me do Handicap matches for the World Title so if someone else won I was going to vacate the belt and then hand it over, but I didn't plan on Triple H losing.

So, all in all, not too many upsets. But yes, I do run it unbooked for the most part.

I start with a basic story idea and then let it morph depending on how things go with the card.

All in all though a decent card in terms of the ratings.
