Match observations:

A great follow up card to out first!

Jyushin Lyger is making a name for himself as the superstar from Japan
gets the win over Orlando Jordan

In a rematch from a first round match last month, Chris Jericho took on
Jeff Koenig. Jericho was sure he was on his game and he got the win. I don't think
he wanted to lose twice to the rookie!

Rosey over Simond Diamond.

The Hurricane took on Christopher Daniels in a great match of high flying
moves from both men! This was an instant classic!

Steve Williams other half in Terry Gordy said he would get revenge for what
happened to his partner last month. He wanted Garcia and Garcia said he would
accomodate! To everyones suprise Gordy locked in a viscious submission hold, but
Garcia did not give up. The ref stoped the match after garcia would not respond
to the refs calls.

Shane Douglas wins and becomes Texas Heavyweight Champion! His match with
Steve Williams is one for the record books! Who will Douglas face next?

Check us out next month!!!

His 5-minute match is one for the record books? ;)
crazyhorse1984Posted on 04/25/06 at 02:22:52

One for the record books as in the first GCWA Texas Champion? So like if it went for 30 seconds it would still be one for the books, right? *lol* j/k
Snabbit888Posted on 04/25/06 at 02:26:39

Well I guess technically, but my dislike of Shane Douglas pushes me to want him stricken from wrestling in general. :)
JustinPosted on 04/25/06 at 02:31:49

Why do you not like Shane? Burn too many bridges for you?
Snabbit888Posted on 04/25/06 at 02:33:24

I just always found him criminally overrated.  He could only get heat if he was allowed to curse, and he wasn't bad in the ring, but nothing special either.
crazyhorse1984Posted on 04/25/06 at 02:37:42

So did you dislike The Franchise or The Dean.. Cause Dean Douglas was kinda..... Well.... Let's just say I liked the whole Giant Gonzales gimmick more his old Dean days.
Snabbit888Posted on 04/25/06 at 02:54:49

The Franchise.  I don't hold a bad gimmick against him regarding Dean Douglas.
