Re: [TEW] Imperia Boot Camp; JOIN IWF TODAY!

ZedjaPosted on 03/13/06 at 16:58:46

So I gather that I won't be allowed to give you my Zedja wrestler then ;) He was dominant in TNMWA (what little it was)

I'll consider the other stuff for the real me, but I doubt I'd be good with my height/weight.
UnrightPosted on 03/14/06 at 00:45:15

Eh... Why not? Could be interesting..

And, yeah, this is a really wierd page now...it's I've entered into a secret universe and am floating around...shit, there goes my mouse...

~Branden

Side Note to Brandon- Vince and Linda just got divorced in my new TEW Universe!  Lol, I thought that was funny as hell.  I don't know if it'll do anything to the WWE, though.
ZedjaPosted on 03/21/06 at 08:09:38

I put it in MS Word instead. As far as I can see I no-sell like crazy.

Also I must mark out to being scouted by Roddy Piper. A master on the mic.

yeah, but 2,7% compared to 29% is pretty bad indeed. ;D

Also, this forum has a table feature :) I use it for my circuit.

Geez, a wrestling simulator forum that uses "tables". How ironic ;D

If you want me to I could convert it for this forum and send you the code in a txt-file that you can copy and paste from Notepad.
ZedjaPosted on 03/22/06 at 08:12:16

Interesting. Only two of us have adopted a fighting style.
AnubisPosted on 03/22/06 at 08:14:34

You think that's weird, Jackie Lewis "graduated" after only one day, and has a fighting style, trainer, and only +0.1 in every area.  I have to hire her now and send her back to the Training Camp.  I think it's because anyone that joins generally stays a year, but people who start there get a random amount of "time served" of that year put on their record.  As such, as you all graduate, I then have to hire you and put you back in the Training Camp to finish the job.  Oy.
AnubisPosted on 03/27/06 at 02:49:44

Okay, I don't think I have enough information to hire you guys just yet.

For those of you who originally signed up for the Imperia Boot Camp, post your stage names now along with the character's usual alignment and general gimmick. After that, I can set this up.

Oh, and Zedja, have you ever considered moving to the States in real-life?  If so, pick where you'd live if that were to happen.  Any excuse you can think of would work (college, girlfriend, whatever).  That would let you get into things a little bit sooner.  Ignore this if you're okay with waiting and watching from London.  (Remember I had to put London as your hometown because Sweden isn't in the game, btw.)
ZedjaPosted on 03/27/06 at 06:47:02

If I'd move to another country London is a good place as I love that city. Kyoto is another. If I'd move to the states I'd probably go to Hawaii.

In fact I was thinking about moving to the states once but the thing fell through.

My stage name is Zedja with a White Tiger Gimmick (masked) And he's a tweener as I mentioned before.
Psymin1Posted on 03/27/06 at 06:51:21

Branden Chowen's Information:

Note that this was a gimmick I used, with quite success, in an e-fed I was in.  If it is offensive, then I guess you can do whatever the hell you want with me.  But, if you want to go with this one, I will give you a bunch a shit for it, listed below (some may be useless to you, however):

Character Name: Psymin

Alignment:  Mega Heel

Hometown: Detroit, MI

Gimmick: Psymin is very religiously driven...Anti-Religious that is. This Strong Atheist is everything that Christian ma and pa's used to tell you to stay away from. He will do anything to piss people off and he will never apologize for any of it. This alone is why he is hated by most fans. He goes so far as to bring a large wooden cross (similar to Cactus Jack in ECW and Japan) to the ring. On it, in red, is the word 'DEAD'. And it is wrapped in barbed wire to be used as a lethal weapon.

Nickname(s): "The Originator"

Theme Music: "Godeatgod" by Marilyn Manson

10 (11) Favorite Moves:
•      Double Arm DDT
•      Big Boot
•      Chops to the Chest
•      Flying Lariat
•      Giant Clothesline
•      Suplexes of Any Kind
•      Chokeslam
•      Piledriver
•      Tiger Driver
•      Spinebuster
•      Superkick

Finishing Moves:
Set-up to Finisher- The Faithless- The Faithless is a standard Rocker Dropper.

Main Finisher- The Psymin Psays- The Psymin Psays is a top-rope Death Valley Driver.  It is done from off the top of anything.

Favorite Weapon: The Barbed Wire Cross that I mentioned before in the Gimmick Section. He always takes it with him to the ring and leaves it ringside to use when the refs aren't looking.

Biography: Psymin has been a man of many faces. But one thing that stays is his desire to be the best. And to be respected by everyone whether he's onstage or off (in or out of the ring). Psymin is known around the world for his extremely baggy, silver pants that he wears, as well as his hardcore, original style (they usually don't forget his green spiked hair, either). Like a lot of people, Psymin has a tattoo of a cross on his right bicep, however, this cross has a red circle around it like a no-smoking symbol. Also, he has a tattoo on his back that measures about 2" tall that says "GOD IS DEAD".  But, when he is in character, Psymin is one of the most hated men in this business, mainly because of his anti-religious views that he makes very apparent in his promos. This "strong atheist" has been through it all and is ready to bring his insane style to IWF.

You could probably use that Biography as the Branden Chowen character info, then use the Gimmick for Branden Chowen's (my) character, Psymin...if that makes sense.

Ok, I hope that is all good.  Lemme know if you need anything else.

LOL you don't make this easy eh? Heh, well, London and Kyoto would make you unavailable for now (that's fine by me, but it's up to you really) . . . Hawaii, well, Hawaii isn't in the game. :-

Is that where you were planning on moving?  Or perhaps someplace on the lower 48?  Sorry about the trouble, but alas, those are the limits of the game.  Nothing's perfect I suppose.  Like I said, it's okay if you wanna wait, but you'd be availabel quicker if you're in the lower 48.  Anyplace overseas and I'll need to be up to about ROH level to hire you.  Anyway, it's up to you, either way works for me.

Oh one other question . . . This might sound stupid, but what's a White Tiger gimmick?  Is it like Tiger Mask?
AnubisPosted on 03/27/06 at 09:28:07

Psymin, question, does your character consider his Atheism a religion in and of itself?  You see, I'm not sure if your gimmick is "Religious Zealot" (pushing Atheism) or if I have to make up a new gimmick like "Anti-Christ" or something.

The offer I had was in Colorado, but when push comes to shove I doubt I'd like it there. If Hawaii doesn't work, Los Angeles is fine. Yes, Tiger Mask, but instead it's white. Sort of like my Avatar. ;)
AnubisPosted on 03/27/06 at 10:18:38

Alrighty then, got it. I think the "Masked Grappler" gimmick works. While the description says "Normally the gimmick for starting workers", that description just sounds weird and a bit off if you know what I mean. It seems to just fit. If you think there might be a better way to describe it, though, feel free to give your thoughts on it. (By the way, the gimmicks aren't really too complex or overly detailed; unless there is something about the gimmick itself that makes it different than being a masked wrestler with the mystique of the mask like the luchadores in Mexico, Masked Grappler should be fitting. I would have gone with Masked Luchador, but then again, your character doesn't actually appear to be a luchador type of masked wrestler, but more of the eastern strong style "Mitsuharu Misawa Tiger Mask II" type.) Of course I'm not that well versed in the whole mask ideology, though, so I could be wrong. I think Masked Grappler works well enough, though.

As for locations, yeah, it's a bit limited, for purposes of keeping things a bit simpler. You have all of the UK (but not Ireland), the mainland USA, Canada (minus Yukon and NW territories), Japan, Mexico, and Australia (but not New Zealand). Anyway, California will do. I'll probably need to be Regional before I can hire you, but that's a helluva lot sooner than Cult for damn sure (Regional needs over 30 in one region, Cult needs over 45 in two regions). I imagine I can get Regional inside a few months in-game easily enough.

Yep, this'll be cool.

Well, being that Atheism is not a religion, I will say no.  I just made up a gimmick called "Anti-Religious" with the following things:

Description:  This character is extremely Anti-Religous.  They are hated by the fans, and voices their opinion openly.

Face Gimmick: Weak
Heel Gimmick: Good
Gimmick Type: Realistic
Risk: High
Age: Any
Gender: No Limit

Charisma; Intensity; Acting Ability: Medium
Mic Skills: Good

The rest are set at None

But, you can do what you please, obviously, that is just what I have for my TEW2005.

Oh, and no, I have no idea who Martin Marin is, I was just using him as an example (this is in response to the other thread).
