I vote for Alex Shelley. As for someone not on your roster it should go to Rob Conway.

My vote for the one on your roster would be CM Punk

As you stated before the worker has to be 30 or younger and my vote goes to Ken Kennedy. He turns 30 this year and I think he'll fit your circuit just fine. Actually it needs some comedy ;)

EDIT: Oh, nobody over 40.... Let's do it this way. If the one not in your circuit is supposed to join then I say Ken Kennedy (the not over 30 thing). If not I say Rob Van Dam since you like him so much. Too bad he was born in 1970 (past his prime?)
