TNM7 ...TNM& SE?  WTF?

PoonjobbyPosted on 02/09/06 at 02:33:04

Hi,

I havent used ny TNM7 in foreeeeever.
I was trying to re-register it today, and my registration no longer works.  Is these bcause I was trying to register TNM7SE with TNM7 codes?  Because I dont see any TNM7 downloads on the website, so I assumed TNM7SE was the natural evolution of it.

Can someone let me back in the loop, Ive been out for about 6 years, hah.

Yeah, TNMSE is the Second Edition of TNM 7. I'm a little surprised there aren't any links to the older version, though it might be no longer supported (like Windows 98)- maybe somebody more in the know can tell you that. But as a TNMSE subscriber, I gotta tell you, you should really consider getting it- there are too many great new features to list- and some of the plugins like Weight Class Wizard SE and the related Circuit History plugin truly rock! Check em out!

Ok thanks.
I did manage to find a link to the old TNM.
I probably will get the SE version, but only if I seriously get back into efedding.  I jsut picked this back up out of the blue.

Does anyone have any commentary for the commentary Beta 4 for TNM7?

Does TNM7Se have a much better commentary?

Commentary is pretty much the same. I think Oliver threw the Commentary Plug-In on the back burner indefinitely.

I think Oliver discontinued support for the original TNM7 (or TNM7FE) as of a year after the release of TNM7SE. You might want to download TNM7SE for the 4 week trial (along with the new plug-ins) there's been some great improvements.

OK, thanks.
Well if anyone does have commentary files, (or even the totmatch.zip that is requried to get them into your matches) please let me know.

I use the commentary plugin and have a fairly decent collection of commentary lines I either wrote or downloaded if you want me to export it to you. I e-fed three times a week and I think I've caught all the glitches in the commentary except for one that happens when certain commentary lines get split and and show some of the commentary code. It happens quite rarely and there appears to be nothing wrong with the source line (I've checked many times) but, like I said, when the code is spit it shows up sometimes. If you want it, give me an e-mail address and I'll mail it to ya.

Hey Triad...

Sent me over a copy, hearing it mentioned made me want to give it another shot.
