Two new federations!

So I failed on my WCCW circuit but that's okay, I've decided to create two "competing" circuits who use the same talent pool.

A few universal things about both.

1)  I'll probably just start one thread for each federation and post all the cards/subjects there, I don't want to flood the Circuit board with my posts so I figure it'd be a bit more tidy to do it this way.

2)  Both federations are completely unbooked so you and I will both be surprised by the results.  

3)  Throw reality out of the window for a moment and just take the rosters for what they are, a few older guys are here so....Anyway, onto the feds.

Texas Championship Wrestling

TCW will run shows mainly in Texas(duh) but may venture outside of the Lone Star state if things go well.


Titles
TCW Lone Star Title-Open to any and all wrestlers, no minimum weight requirements or any of that jazz, the top belt in the federation.

TCW Lone Star Tag Titles
The tag belts of the federation, pretty self-explantory

Referees
Head ref-Robert Logan.  An old-school guy who weighs heavily on the rules(editor's note:  he has a latitude of 2!) Doesn't take crap from any wrestler and will not hesitate to DQ the wrongdoers.

Michael Thomas.  The heel ref of the two, leans more towards the bad guys and will slow count the faces(latitude of 20).  Pretty much takes a blatant chair shot in front of his face to earn the DQ.

Head ref-Roberto Puerta(Latitude 20) A heel to the max, the fans hate him, the good guys hate him, some of the bad guys even hate him.

Frank Serta. (Latitude 5) Pretty straight-laced, allows a bit of misconduct but not much.
