TNAX entrance video hits up and the pyro goes down the ramp:
and around the hexagon ring, and a big "X" explodes above the
ring.

Joey Styles- Hello everybody and welcome to our debut show
on Spike TV, the network for men. I am Joey Styles and I am
sitting next to Paul Heyman and we are about to kick off
the show with an "Amazing" match between Amazing Red and
Alex Shelly.

(Opener)
Amazing Red vs Alex Shelly

Offpring's "Million Miles Away" hits and out comes Amazing
Red to a decent crowd response. Alex Shelly's music hits
and he makes his way into the ring. The two circle each
other, shake hands, and lock up. Amazing Red pushes Shelly
to the ground, and they perform a series of "lucha" moves
and end up facing off with 75% of the crowd clapping.
Red grabs Shelly by the hair and throws him out the ring.
Red looks in back of him, bounces off the ropes and
suicide dives through the ropes, but misses and instead
goes head first into the gate! The two take a bit to get
up. Shelly throws Red into the ring and climbs to the top
rope and waits for Red to get up. Red staggers up, catches
ballance and sees Shelly with a diving clothesline in
mid-flight and side steps him! Shelly lands head first
and is out cold. Red goes for the pin and Ricky Steamboat
counts... 1...2...3!

Paul Heyman- Nothing like a good, contreversial finish to
start off the night, huh?
Joey Styles- As disapointing as it is, I have to admit, it does
get the blood pumping.
Paul Heyman- As good as that match was, I know this next match
will be better. We have a angered Benoit, who lost to Frankie
K in the 1st round of the TV Title tournament, going up
against "The Phenominal" AJ Styles. AJ Styles is announced as
the first contestant of the World Title Turmoil.
Joey Styles- (Benoit's music hits) And our next match is
underway.

"The Phenominal" AJ Styles vs The Rabid Wolverine:
                  X FACTORS
-The Rabid Wolverine's in ring expierience
-AJ Styles ability to jump around
    -Styles' X-Wrestling style expierience

Chris Benoit's music hits, and the crowd goes wild. Benoit comes
out of the curtain and gets a good response. He sets himself in
the ring and stretches. AJ Styles music hits and the crowd is
in balistics. Aj styles is in the middle of the ring, and flips his
hood back and raises his fists. The music stops, the crowd calms
down, and these two great wrestlers walk to each other and are a foot
apart. Hands are shaken and they go back to each other's corners.
The bell rings, and AJ Styles runs to the ropes and connects with
a springboard dropkick! Benoit gets up and they perform in a series
of "lucha" moves and end up in a face off with a crowd pop. They circle
each other and lock up. Benoit pushes Styles and flips up and executes a
jumping dropkick. Benoit is ready for it this time and throws his feet away.
While Styles is on the ground, Benoit picks him up and executes a falling
german suplex pin. 1...kickout! Benoit is on the offensive side for about
7 minutes and the match turns tables when Styles reversed an irish whip
outside the ring into the gate. Styles throws him in the ring and executes
a slinghot legdrop from the apron, over the ropes onto Benoit's chest.
Styles tries to put him in an armlock, but Benoit reverses it into
the Canadian Crippler! AJ Styles is struggling, losing air. Styles, after
27 seconds reaches the ropes and Benoit lets go. Benoit picks him up and
goes for a powerbomb and out of nowhere, Styles wakes up and reverses it into
the Styles Clash! Benoit is struggling to stop the reversal, but he can't
and he is knocked out cold by the impact of the Clash. 1...2...3!

Aftermath- Styles celebrates about his 6 point win, and Benoit wakes up.
Styles hels Benoit up and asks for a handshake from the legend. Benoit
excepts, and raises his hand in victory. When Styles' back is turned,
Benoit executes the german suplex and slaps on the Canadian Crippler.
Officials and even wrestlers come down to stop it, and after 3 minutes,
security ended up pulling him off. Styles was not moving, and we go to
a commercial break.

(Morphoplex... buy it. Because it works. You have to believe the
commercials... please buy it. :-))

Kazarian, "it's mine" and punds his chest. The bell rings,

Joe execues the snapmare and Kazarian lands on his butt and is
sitting up. Joe kicks him twice in the back, runs against the ropes

The choice of tense isn't an issue providing it works for you (OK, future tense would be a bit stupid). The two suggestions I'd make is a sentence or two of the matches you don't give full coverage to, and also I'd ensure that the main event is always one of the matches that gets extended highlights as it seemed a bit strange that having read the three matches you considered most important on the card there were still another three matches to go. That said, what you did cover was decent enough so fair play to you.
