MattHarmsPosted on 12/07/05 at 04:02:19

Natural Born Killers" starts playing and the crowd gives a mixed reaction as the Commissioner, New Jack makes his way to the ring, surrounded by about a couple dozen security guards. New Jack, we understand, has a special announcement for the NAWA World Title Match at Gold Rush. New Jack has the microphone.

New Jack: Last week, my first night as Commissioner and I must say, that was some crazy shit last week but certain wrestlers did not heed my warnings, and dawg, that ain't on. I warned Ron Waterman, the NAWA World Champion, that there would be consequences if he interfered in Teddy Hart's match and he decided to ignore me, so let me tell you something, he is going to face the consequences of the actions that he did. So, let me call out the NAWA World Champion, so we can get this shit straightened out. So Waterman, get the fuck out to the ring so I can tell you what your plans for Gold Rush will be when you put that NAWA World Title on the line.

New Jack pauses before "The Unforgiven" by Metallica plays and out comes Ron Waterman in an NAWA T-Shirt with his wrestling gear underneath it, as he is going to compete later tonight on Glory. Waterman steps into the ring and stares a hole into the Commissioner with his arms folded.

New Jack: Now, Waterman, I warned ya. Last week, you decided to get your revenge on Teddy Hart outside of the context of an actual wrestling match and let me lay it on you, that shit doesn't fly. Issues under my watch take place in the ring, one on one, for the entire world to see. It seems that you do want that match with Teddy Hart and I am going to grant you that. It will be you vs Teddy Hart for the NAWA World Title at Gold Rush.

Waterman smirks as he cracks his knuckles. The crowd gives a bit of a pop for that one, as they cannot wait for Waterman to get his hands on Teddy Hart and Hart will have nowhere to run at Gold Rush.

New Jack: Howevah, let me tell you, that there is one catch. This match ain't coming without a price after the act you pulled last week, by attempting to whack Teddy Hart after I told you not too so I am going to call Teddy Hart out for the second part of this little thing.

"Take My Breath Away" by Berlin starts up and plays for a minute before Teddy Hart comes out with about eight riot cops, who appeared to be armed with tranquilzer dart guns. Teddy Hart has his usual three piece suit look with slick backed hair and sunglasses, with the NAWA Cruiserweight Title Belt draped over his shoulder. The remaining three members of the Hart Foundation, the Next Generation are wearing normal t-shirts and jeans, showing their lower status then Teddy Hart.

New Jack: Good, you have arrived but didcha half to bring the riot cops with guns on them. Really, dawg, this is a fucking family show, we don't need to have our younger viewers get the wrong ideas.

Teddy Hart: New Jack, the tranquilizer guns are here to protect Waterhead from myself. If he stays int he ring and does not idiotically attempt to attack me, they need not be used. If he doesn't attack me, he won't be put down like an animal, althrough that might not be true much of a stretch. Now, I must thank you for finally giving me my chance to achieve my divine right and become NAWA World Champion.

New Jack: Yes, indeed, Mr. Hart, you have earned that title shot by several impressive victories recently and Ron Waterman has been petioning for the right to, I believe his words were, "tear your head off your shoulders and shove it up your ass" for many weeks but you see, do to the fact that Mr. Waterman tries to back jump ya last week, I am going to level with you. You get to pick the stipulations for the NAWA World Title Match at Gold Rush.

Boos for that as Teddy Hart has a smirk on his face.

Teddy Hart: A very interesting thing too. I mean, Waterhead bungled this up himself, dragging his knuckles out to the ring last week and attempting to get a piece of the greatest sports entertainer ever but let me see. Cage Match perhaps, no our ape like friend might find himself at home in a steel cage. How about a Ladder Match? No, not interesting enough, plus it would be a one man show, as I would have to have that match with the ladder, due to the so called champion being confused at the complex concept of climbing the ladder and grabbing the belt. A Submission Match. No, that would really be like taking candy from a dead baby, as I knew more submission moves than this baboon does now before I could walk. I've got it...

Teddy Hart pauses for dramatic effect as the crowd boos.

Teddy Hart: A Gauntlet Match. Ron Waterman against all four members of the Hart Foundation, the Next Generation in succession, with myself at the very end of course, because naturally you need to save the best for last. If Waterhead managed to pin anyone in this match, he moves onto the next man but if he loses at any time, I become the NAWA World Champion. Now how do you like that for a match stipulation.

New Jack looks a little taken back by that match stipulation but he nods his head before putting the microphone back up.

New Jack: Okay, Hart. You get that stipulation, but this will be your only chance at the NAWA World Title, so you betta make that shit count. Now, onto your consequences for your actions last week, the one's where you paid off Christopher Daniels to have Sacrifice attempt to injure Tony Mamaluke.

Teddy Hart quickly goes pale and interrupts.

Teddy Hart: I'm afraid I don't really know what you are talking about. That wasn't me. It isn't my fault that Christopher Daniels attempted to have Sacrifice injure...

New Jack: Shut the fuck up, Hart. These rules go for everyone, whether you like it or fucking not. So listen up, next week, you will be putting that Cruiserweight Championship on the line, in the ring in the main event. Your opponent will be the man you attempted to have the Archangels of Anarchy injure last week, that would be Tony Mamaluke.

Pop for that one as Teddy Hart takes off his sunglasses, angrily throwing them down and stomping his feet.

Teddy Hart: No way. No way in hell. Mamaluke is truely below my notice. He cannot match up to me. The fact that you are giving a choke artist like that another title shot to blow is laughable. How many title shots has he blew in the last two years? Six, seven, at least. How many matches did it take me to win the Cruiserweight Title? One and it will take me the same amount to win that NAWA World Title as well. I refuse to wrestle such a meaningless match and if you press the issue any more, you will be hearing from my attorneys.

New Jack: Hart, yo cracka ass attorneys ain't gonna stop me from making that match next week and to make things even, one on one, The Hart Foundation, the Next Generation is banned from ringside and Ron Waterman, you are also banned from ringside to ensure that this match is a fair one on one match. Also, before you get any ideas, to call up any of your buddies, Teddy Hart. The Archangels of Anarchy are also banned from ringside. I have spoken and that is my final word. Good day gentlemen.

In the Lockeroom Area, Earlier Tonight.

We are outside the Backyard Dudes lockeroom when a stereotypical Mexican looking guy is delivering a cart full of burittos but he is stopped by the French Revolution. The French Revolution beat up the stereotypical Mexican guy and eat the burittos, just to be evil and French. The French Revolution run off as the Backyard Dudes open the lockeroom door(sharp eyed fans can see Ricky Ricardo looking catatonic in the background). F.R.E.D and the stereotypical Mexican guy have a conversation in spanish as the stereotypical Mexican pulls a box labeled "Exlax" from his pocket. Twizted Youth grabs the "Exlax" box and opens it up, stuffing the "Exlax" in his mouth, eating it. F.R.E.D gives him a disgusted look as we fade out.

The Backyard Dudes(Fernado Romero Entonio Dominic and Twizted Youth)(w/a catatonic Ricky Ricardo) vs the French Revolution(Lord Napoleon and Jacques Strap)(w/a heavily bandaged Pierre Marquette, despite the fact that he only has a crushed larynx and his throat is the only part of his body not taped) in the latest match in this never ending saga. Joined at the bell.

Another classic between these two great tag teams. Of course, it would be even better if the moves hit, but beggers can't be choosy. To add to your viewing pleasure, Twizted Youth has consumed an entire box of "Exlax" and the French Revolution appear to be smelling something nasty after each offensive move. A critic may say that this feud has sunk to a new lew. After what seems to be about five hours, give or take about four hours and fifty six minutes, the Mexican food kicks in and the French Revolution runs to the back to use the facilities. The "exlax" overcomes Twizted Youth and he joins them. And F.R.E.D knocks himself by tripping over the edge of the ring apron and falling facefirst on the floor. The referee(who looks absolutely thrilled to be there), makes the fastest ten count on record and this feud will continue. Everyone celebrate. Yay.

The French Revolution (Jacques Strap and Lord Napoleon) and The Backyard Dudes (Fernando Romero Entonio Dominic and Twizted Youth) battled to a double countout in 0:04:05.

The Chosen One walks off from his balcony seat as Jerry Lynn has his hand raised into the air. Lynn takes the Television Title Belt and drapes it over his shoulder. Meanwhile we have a situation in the Commissioner's Office, involving Hi Tech and Johnny Excaliber. Let's go there.

We cut back to New Jack's ghetto looking office and New Jack is looking a little miffed at the fact that Hi Tech and Johnny Excalibur.

New Jack: So you fools come a flying out of the sky, in some kind of vortex or whatever, some crazy shit like that, disrupting my paperwork.

Said paperwork is shown, as New Jack appears to have been playing solitaire in his office, as the cards are half scattered.

New Jack: I should call for security but let's here what excuse ya got for me, but if it ain't a good one, I am going to add another justifiable homicide to my record.

Excaliber looks a little freaked out at New Jack.

Excaliber: My kind sir, we escaped the corrupt establishment back in my home country, and found a way here. I must say, this is a most strange place, it is almost like it is from another time, or something like that, but that cannot be quite so. Mr. Hi Tech appeared out of nowhere and outfitted me with a plausible way to escape my captors. I must ask for asylum on your strange land, if you could be so kind to give us that honor. We would be forever in your debt.

New Jack: You want a contract here in the New Age Wrestling Alliance, is that's what you are trying to get at, dawg?

Excaliber: If you could be so kind, as to offer us a place, oh noble ruler of this, what land did you call this. The New Age Wrestling Alliance? My, what a strange name, for perhaps a strange kingdom.

Hi Tech nods and mimes something.

Excaliber: My friend has take up a very interesting point. We are willing to do any amount of labor for asylum in your world, if can just protect us from prosecution.

New Jack: All right, I'll level with ya, as I do in fact know what it is like to be on the wrong side of the law. I must say, that your job will be a rewarding one and if you work hard, and don't annoy people too much, you will soon be cleaning up.

Exaliber: Excellent. It could be fine to be well groomed, if you know what.

New Jack: From now on, you ain't have to worry about being bothered, as you will have a place in this company. I, as NAWA Commissioner, would like to welcome you as the new NAWA janitors. There should be a broom, a mop, and a bucket in that closet across the hallway. Now, perhaps we may have an opening for you on the NAWA roster, if you clean up well enough.

Excaliber nods, looking delighted as Hi Tech looks a bit disgusted and attempts to let his medeval friend know that this is not such a good thing but Excaliber pays him no mind as we fade to a

"Iron Man" plays and the crowd gives a mixed reaction, as Vince Russo leads out the team of Chris Sabin and Matt Bentley for the match that was supposed to happen last week but is now going to happen this week. They will team up to face Teddy Hart and Jack Evans tonight in tag team action. And Russo is calling for the microphone, this should be interesting.

Russo: All right, last week, Ron Waterman attacked us, but we will overlook that, because Ron Waterman is not our true objective at this point. Maybe some point down the road but not right now. Our true objective is the NAWA Cruiserweight Championship and the NAWA Tag Team Titles, which are held by the Hart Foundation, the Next Generation. Let us start with that Cruiserweight Title. Teddy Hart, I must say, you have held that belt for quite some time. Nine months to be the champion in sports entertainment is a long time but the fans want a change, someone new and dynamic on the Cruiserweight throne and I have the man right behind me. The man is of course, Chris Sabin. Listen to me, Hart, sooner or later, you will learn to Hail Sabin as he takes your Cruiserweight Title. Also, your buddies Petey Williams and Johnny Devine better listen up, because Bentley and Sabin are coming for their tag team belts as well. You will learn, Teddy Hart and the Hart Foundation, the Next Generation to Hail Sabin and Hail Bentley. There are no swerves attached, this is the honest truth from the mouth of Vince Russo. Sports Entertainment demands Chris Sabin face Teddy Hart for the NAWA Cruiserweight Title and Sabin will relieve Teddy Hart of that title. You have got to take that to the bank.

Russo drops the microphone. Russo wants Teddy Hart vs Chris Sabin made for the NAWA Cruiserweight Title for sometime down the the line but Russo is overlooking the possibility that Tony Mamaluke may be the Cruiserweight Champion after next week. No matter what happens, the Cruiserweight Division in the NAWA should heat up in the next couple of months. "Take My Breath Away" by Berlin plays and out comes Jack Evans and Teddy Hart. Evans is dressed to wrestle, but Teddy Hart is still in that three piece suit, as he appears not to be taking this match seriously. That could be a mistake, as Sabin and Bentley are a very dangerous tag team. Teddy Hart looks bored as he enters the ring and hands the NAWA Cruiserweight Title Belt to the referee, who in turn hands it to the timekeeper. The bell rings and this tag team match is underway.

Sabin and Bentley have just taken out the Cruiserweight Champion. That's what he gets for not taking someone seriously! Teddy Hart may have a new threat for his championship in "The Future" Chris Sabin.

Backstage:

Ron Waterman is preparing for his match later tonight, when his tag team partner, for tonight, Raven, walks up to him.

Raven: Strange allies drawn together for a common goal. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, some say. That would be the natural order of things, but tonight, Ron Waterman, we have been forced by the powers to be to join forces and take on the Archangels of Anarchy. Make no mistake about it, we have allied before, back in the days of the Disco Inferno regime last Spring and Summer, but this is for a different goal. A much more corrupt force and while I don't trust anyone in this company, I am willing to dance with the devil to get my hands on Christopher Daniels or any of his minions, to make him suffer for the sins that he is incurred upon me. His day of reckoning will be at hand, but yours, Ron Waterman, it has yet to begun.

Waterman gives Raven a cold look as Raven's eyes flicker to the NAWA World Title Belt that is sitting on the bench of Waterman's lockeroom.

Raven: Twice, that belt has been in my possession. Twice, it has been taken from me. The last time, I was too injured to defend my destiny and that thought has been eating up my insides like a corrosive acid. You shold know, Waterman, you were the one who stepped up to take advantage of the vacancy, left by my injury. However, this will not meant to be long because after I claim victory in the Gold Rush Tournament, for the moment my sights will be set on that NAWA World Title. Whether you or Teddy Hart walk out with that belt after the 30th of May, your date with destiny will take place and it may not be an encounter you will survice. Tonight, we may enter the ring as allies, striving for a common goal but perhaps at a later date, we will enter the ring as mortal enemies fighting over that same honor, that same destiny, that NAWA World Title. Quoth the Raven, nevermore.

Raven walks off as Waterman just shrugs his shoulders and goes back to his stretching. Tonight, Raven and Ron Waterman against Armageddon and Destruction but up next, a Triple Threat Match for the NAWA International Title involving Champion Miles Stylish, CM Punk, and AJ Styles.

"Darkness at the Edge of Town" by Bruce Springsteen starts playing and the crowd starts booing before turning into cheers as Kevin Nash is making his way down to the ring, having his face painted and dressed like the Dark Warrior, with black tassels hanging everywhere. Nash mocks the Warrior, sneering at the crowd. Nash steps into the ring and shakes the ropes. It will be Kevin Nash against the Dark Warrior at Gold Rush. Nash calls for the microphones.

Nash: Speak to me, Warriors. The waves of Destrucity shall flow through you as the Warrior rambles on about Destrucity and all the concepts of Destrucity so Destrucity shall be the thing that causes Destrucity that will face off against Destrucity and Destrucity will be the thing that shall be Destrucity. You know the thing about Destrucity, that it is Destrucity, and Destrucity shall be Destrucity and all the Destrucity will be Destrucity. Let me tell you something about Destrucity. Destrucity is Destrucity and Destrucity shall be the thing that will be Destrucity and all the fates of Destrucity will be governed by Destrucity. Destrucity is Destrucity and that will always be Destrucity, all Destrucity will be Destrucity and Destrucity shall be governed by Destrucity. Ramblings about Destrucity are the things that are governed by the Destrucity concepts of Destrucity. Destrucity is the thing that will be the Destrucity and the awesomeness of Destrucity will be Destrucity. Destrucity is so much better than having sex as Destrucity is Destrucity and Destrucity will be the thing that is considered by the Destrucity concepts of Destrucity. Destrucity is the thing that makes me all hot and bothered by talking about Destrucity. Destrucity, Destrucity, and Destrucity will be the things that are determined by Destrucity, Destrucity, and even more Destrucity determined by Destrucity. Destrucity is so sexy due to the fact that Destrucity causes everything to be considered by the basic Destrucity concepts of Destrucity. The Destrucity will be governed by the Destrucity of all the enviroment and Destrucity will be your guide for all the things that are caused by Destrucity.

Nash pauses but this allows the real Dark Warrior to slide into the ring. LARIAT TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD OF NASH BRINGS HIM DOWN! Warrior pounds away at Nash, before kicking him in the head. The Dark Warrior is not too happy about being spoofed by Nash. Warrior calls for the microphone.

"Hell's Bells" by AC/DC Plays and out comes all five members of the Archangels of Anarchy. Destruction and Armageddon are going to be a part of this tag team match but Sacrifice, the Chosen One, and Christopher Daniels are out as well. Daniels enters the ring and calls for a microphone.

Daniels: Two birds with one stone tonight. The Archangels have been called upon to take care of the NAWA World Champion and believe me, I have my sights set on the NAWA World Title. No matter who I am slated to face next week in my Gold Rush Qualifier, I shall win that match and then win my three matches at the night of Gold Rush. Waterman, you have something that belongs to the Archangels of Anarchy and I will become NAWA World Champion sooner rather than later. If you should get past Teddy Hart, you better watch your back, because after I win the Gold Rush Tournament, the NAWA World Title is going around the waist of the Fallen Angel. That is the gospel of the Fallen Angel and that is how it shall go down. As for Raven. Raven, you and I have unfinished business but once I feel like it, I will put you out of wrestling before. You will be added to the long list of people who's careers I have ruined in the New Age Wrestling Alliance. I look forward to the bloodletting next time we step into the ring, Raven. Now let the slaughter begin, as the Archangels will knock two more men down a peg.

"Come Out and Play" by the Offspring plays and out comes Raven. Raven comes about halfway down the ramp, before stopping. Raven is no fool, he doesn't want to be left in a five on one situation without any back up and that would be what foolishly jumping into the ring right now would bring.

The man who will face the Hart Foundation, the Next Generation in a gauntlet match at Gold Rush, where if anyone beats Waterman, Teddy Hart becomes NAWA World Champion. That opening interview RULED! New Jack is so ridiculously over-the-top and unauthoratitive that his being commissioner really works, and the horrible situation Waterman has been put in has me really intrigued as to whether he can actually come through and win this one at Gold Rush. Also the little touches throughout, the little descriptions here and there really add a touch of realism, might have to steal that.

The Johnny Excalibur bit was downright weird, but I've never been one to shirk at the obtuse. I'm not sure of the motivations of Hi-Tech, but I'm sure we'll find out more.

Teddy Hart is just evil - not the spraying bit (not very nice, obviously) but going off to get a drink during his match, that's harsh. If it had turned out to be a pernod, that would have sealed him as the biggest heel ever, but naer-de-mind. ;) I've got a feeling he's somehow going to fall short at Gold Rush actually, now I think about it. Just a feeling, but we shall see...

Is Dark Warrior actually the Ultimate Warrior? If not, it's obviously based on him (duh). Just out of interest. I'm not expecting a ***** classic with him and Nash, but then I suspect that was never the intention. If Nash has always been good for one thing, it's a laugh - often intentional on his part.

I've changed my mind on Mike Stylish winning the Gold Rush. Now I'm going... Raven. He and Waterman can face off for the title despite being tag partners. That'll do nicely. Now post again so I can change my mind.

The Dark Warrior is indeed played by the Ultimate Warrior. On a side note, if the idea for the Dark Warrior didn't come to me, he would have been long gone years ago real time and who knows how the course of history could have changed for the NAWA.
