IWA Monday Night Mayhem 11/28/05

The fans are on there feet as we are only five days away from IWA November to Remember , the Fall Extravaganza. The lights dim throughout the arena Y25...Y24...Y23...Y2J!!! BREAK THE WALLS DOOOOOOWWWWWNNNNNNN! The fans begin to boo as the Number One contender makes his way down the ramp. He stomps across the apron before climbing into the ring. He grabs a microphone and walks to the middle of the ring as the lights go back to normal. Y2J : Kirk Hamrick...get your ass down here...NOW! Chris Jericho looks angrily up the ramp, when Medal hits and the corwd goes nuts as the IWA Champion walks out. He stands at the top of the stage and smiles at Chris Jericho. KA : What do you want , Chris? Y2J : What do I want? I want that title. That's what I want. You almost cost me my damn match last week by attacking me earlier that night. So , I think you need to come down here, and let me kick your ass. KA : I'll come down there...but It's not going to be me getting my ass kicked...it's going to be me breaking your freakin' ANKLE! The crowd goes nuts as Kurt begins to walk down the ramp.... "I'm BACK!" Eric Bischoff walks out onto the stage... EB : Whoa, whoa, whoa. You to will have all the time to fight later on tonight in the tag team main event. But, i'm not out here for that. I'm out here to let you two know that at November to Remember, you two want just have any match. Since you like to attack each other and use your signature submission moves, you two will fight in an I QUIT MATCH.... The crowd goes nuts as Kurt Angle smiles and Chris Jericho goes nuts in the ring. EB : Now...if you to try to fight each other , at any time other than the main event...Kurt, you will be stripped of the title...and Chris you will lose your title shot. Have a nice day. Eric leaves as the scene ends. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Petey Williams vs. Paul London vs. Matt Bentley vs. Amazing Red. Beginning : Petey Williams and Amazing Red lock up as do Matt Bentley and Paul London. Petey tosses Red out of the ring and follows out with a vaulting press. Paul London hits Bentley with a dropkick followed by a running spinning heel kick. Petey Williams has thrown Red back in the ring and goes for a pin. Red kicks out. Petey picks red up and tries for a suplex but Red flips out and hits a springboard bulldog on Petey Williams. Matt Bentley fights back against Paul London hitting him with a super kick early. Red breaks up the pin attempt.... End : Paul London hits Lond Calling on Petey Williams...He covers...1...2..Scott D'Amore puts Petey's leg on the ropes. Paul hops out the ring and chases Scott around the ring. Red hits Bentley with the InfaRED and turns around into a Canadian Destroyer. Petey covers...1...2..3! No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Four Corners Match: Petey Williams defeated Paul London, Matt Bentley and Red when P. Williams pinned Red with the Canadian Destroyer in 0:28:51. Rating: **** [Scott D'Amore interfered against Red.] [Scott D'Amore interfered against Matt Bentley.] [Scott D'Amore interfered against Paul London.] Williams continues his winning ways. He has the most momentum going into the pay per view. Will he be the first cruiserweight champion. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Special Crimes Unit vs. Triple X Beginning : This match had two of the teams fighting for the tag team titles this weeked at the ppv. Booker T and Christopher Daniels started off with the crowd getting behind Booker T. Booker T hits Daniels with a Side kick that damn near takes Daniels head off. Daniels tags out and Skipper runs in and is hit with a back body drop. Booker is feeling the momentum as the show goes to commercial break... Middle : We come back and Booker T is being double teamed by Skipper and Daniels who have Booker in their corner pounding him. Skipper whips Booker against the ropes and Eddie Guerrero sneaks in a tag. Booker ducks a clothesline and rebounds with a flying forearm...Eddie flys off the top with a frog splash....Daniels breaks up the pin attempt. Ending : Eddie guerrero and Christopher Daniels are in the ring battling it out. Booker T has been taken out by Skipper on the outside. Daniels tags in to Skipper and Daniels sneaks in a low blow on Eddie while the ref checks on Booker. Skipper hooks Eddie up and drops him with a tiger driver. The ref turns around...1....2...3 Triple X (Christopher Daniels and Elix Skipper) defeated Booker T and Eddie Guerrero when Prime Time pinned E. Guerrero after a tiger driver in 0:27:38. Rating: **** 3/4 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Backstage we see HHH standing by... HHH : Tonight...everyone is going to see what I am going to do to Ric flair at November to Remember. If you think what I did to Flair was brutal...just wait till I get my hands on my next victim. Because Ric Flair ...at November to Remember...for you...it'll be GAME OVER! HHH lifts his sledgehammer into view before walking off.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Triple H vs. Shannon Moore Shannon Moore is nervous as HHH snarls at him from across the ring. The bell rings and HHH instantly hits him with a high knee. Triple H lifts Shannon Moore to his feet and spikes him with a Pedigree. HHH lifts him again and does one more followed by another.Triple H finally pins Shannon Moore before tossing him out of the ring. Triple H pinned Shannon Moore with the Pedigree in 0:01:55. Rating: * ------------------------------------------------------------------------ AJ Styles & Shelton Benjamin vs. The New Ministry Benjamin starts the match off against the Undertaker. Benjamin fights hard but is over powered. Take hits him with a big boot and tags in Abyss. Shelton hits a Dragon whip on Abyss and goes for a tag but AJ acts like he sees something outside the ring and doesn't tag. Abyss chokeslams Shelton and jumps off the second rope with a splash. He pins Shelton and AJ rushes in like he is about to stop the count but falls to the mat like he is hurt...1...2...3! The New Ministry (Abyss and The Undertaker) defeated AJ Styles and Shelton Benjamin when Abyss pinned Styles after a splash from the second rope in 0:05:26. Rating: ** 3/4 Shelton and AJ argue after the match with Shelton walking away from AJ pissed and AJ trying to explain himself. Trouble in paradise here. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Main Event IWA Champion Kurt Angle & Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho & X-Core Champion Samoa Joe Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe start off. The crowd is going nuts as the number one and number two man in the IWA clash for the first time. Angle catches Joe with a Belly to Belly and the crowd goes nuts. Kurt tags HBK in and Joe quickly tags Jericho. They go in to some cruiserweight type series with HBK getting the better of Jericho. Jericho then goes for the test of strength, HBK gets the better of him there. So Y2J just low blowsHBK for no reason. The ref doesn't see this so Y2J throws HBK into his corner. He chops HBK a couple of times before tagging in Samoa Joe who hits HBK with a hell of a chest slap. HBK's chest is turning red. Joe whips HBK into the ropes and HBK bounces of with his signature forearm. HBK crawls over to his corner and tags in Angle who comes in knocking everything down. He catches a running in Jericho and hits him with a German suplex. He catches Joe with the same only he holds on and drops him two more times. Angle tags HBK who flies off the top with a flying elbow...1...2 Jericho breaks it up. Angle crosses the ring and knocks Jericho out of it. Angle follows Jericho out and begins to beat on him on the outside. Angle catches Jericho as he tries for an enziguri and puts him in an Ankle Lock on the outside. Inside the ring HBK swings a wild punch that Joe ducks and locks in a Kokina Clutch...HBK tries to fight....Angle let's go of Y2J and tries to stop it but HBK passes out.... Chris Jericho and Samoa Joe defeated Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle when Joe made S. Michaels submit to the Kokina Clutch in 0:24:04. Rating: **** 1/4 Angle rushes in the ring and stomps Joe off of HBK. However Y2J has grabbed a chair. He slides in the ring and clobbers Angle in the back of the head. He tells Joe to lock in the Clutch on Angle. Joe obliges and begins to Choke out Angle as Y2J locks the Walls of Jericho on HBK. They both let go and the show ends with Y2J holding the world title high and Samoa Joe holding the X-Core title over his head. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I Quit Match for the IWA World heavyweight Title Chris Jericho vs. Kurt Angle (c) Best Two out of Three falls match for the IWA X-Core Title Shawn Michaels vs. Samoa joe (c) Grudge Match Ric Flair vs. Triple H Tournament for the Vacant Cruiserweight Championship Four corners Tag Team Elimination match for the IWA Tag Team Championships Aj Styles & Shelton Benjamin vs. Triple X vs. Booker T & Eddie Guerrero vs. The New Ministry (c) ooc note : This was probably the best Mayhem ever. 3 four star matches |
| Murphy42782 | Posted on 10/17/05 at 22:31:25 IWA November to Remember I Quit Match for the IWA World heavyweight Title Chris Jericho vs. Kurt Angle (c) I like Jericho in this one. These two both make fantastic heels, but Angle kinda looks like a tweener in your circuit. Having a tweener Champ could go either way but to me Angle has to commit to one side. Best Two out of Three falls match for the IWA X-Core Title Shawn Michaels vs. Samoa joe (c) I hope Joe goes over. I've had enough of HBK. Grudge Match Ric Flair vs. Triple H This should be violent if nothing else. HHH easily goes over, nice little way to get rid of a pesky manager.
