Major Happenings

~ The Superheroes (The Hurricane and Rosey) and T-N-T (Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch) had big victories making them seem to be the odds on favorites.

~ Val Venis and Kerwin White engaged in a violent encounter with White coming out on top. Look for more from this rivalry.

~ Kurt Angle got the best of John Cena in the main event. These two put on the match of the night and look to be the two biggest stars in the company until someone else steps up their game.

~ WWE Officials have announced a tag team tournament for the World Tag Team Titles next week. The Teams and Pairings are as follows:

T-N-T (Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch) vs. The Real Deal (The Big Show and Matt Hardy)

The Ambassadors of Cool (Carlito Cool and Chris Masters) vs. The Naturals (Shelton Benjamin and Matt Striker)

Money In The Bank (Edge and Gene Snitsky) vs. The Living Legends (Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels)

The Heart Throbs (Antonio and Romeo) vs. The Superheroes (The Hurricane and Rosey)

also next week, John Cena and Val Venis do battle with Kurt Angle and Kerwin White in a Chairshot Survival Death Match...

Glad to see the Superheroes go over.  I'm not a fan of the Heart Throbs.  Looks like Super Stacy might be turning into a super villian with all that interference. ;)

Wow... TNM has boggled my mind with the Snitsky quashing Benjamin stuff.  And with the Masters squashing Michaels stuff.  Out of all the matches to go under 45 seconds. :)

I like Kerwin over Venis.  I hope this is the begining of Kerwin getting some momentum for a midcard storyline.  A program with Venis could work.

Wow, three countouts in a row.  TNM is really punishing you for running unbooked ;)  I like Cade & Murdoch, so I'm glad they beat Hardy & Show, who you're really gonna have to work to sell me on as a team if stay in the tag division.  I like both in singles, but for me Show & Hardy as a constant team isn't clicking.

Surprised Flair went over Edge.  Not a bad thing, just unexpected.

Very surprised Stiker went over Carlito.  Again, not a bad thing just unexpected.

Good main event.  Angle over Cena (I'm not real big on Cena) will give Angle a lot of fodder for what I'm assuming will be your main lead off feud.

Predictions for next week...

T-N-T (Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch) vs. The Real Deal (The Big Show and Matt Hardy): T-N-T

The Ambassadors of Cool (Carlito Cool and Chris Masters) vs. The Naturals (Shelton Benjamin and Matt Striker): Tought call given this week's performances... I'll pick the Ambassadors of Cool

Money In The Bank (Edge and Gene Snitsky) vs. The Living Legends (Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels): Edge with Snitsky as a minion could be good all on it's own, I'll pick them to go over Flair & HBK

The Heart Throbs (Antonio and Romeo) vs. The Superheroes (The Hurricane and Rosey): Superheroes again.

John Cena and Val Venis vs. Kurt Angle and Kerwin White: Hmmm... I'll pick Angle & White.  You could get some great comedy stuff out of the two of them together.

Good first card

I was pleased with alot of the results myself...

Hardy and Show is not a favorite of mine but because of their common enemies in Edge and Snitsky I thought could lead to an interesting tournament match...

I was shocked at all the count outs, intereference, and squashes but some make sense. I want Snitsky to be a monster and Benjamin is a solid worker so a squash makes Big Gene a dangerous man...

Angle and White make a good opportunity for not only comedy but they are also both solid workers. I don't like Cena either, but because he is the current real life champ I awarded him with the "Franchise" tag so we might have to put up with him...

I hope your copy of TNM likes T-N-T as much as I do.  And the main for the next should be VERY VERY brutal... chairshot survival with those four.... yikes... Chavito's blonde hair will probably end a crimson mess.
