The show opens with a highlight video of events leading to most of the matches tomight. The footage is set to "The Hand That Feeds" by Nine Inch Nails. After the video, the camera cuts to Mark Johnson backstage with Christopher Daniels, Sean Waltman, Michael Shane & Traci.
MJ: Guys, toinight you're going to start off what could be very well the last show the NWA: West Coast...
CD: What do you mean could be? Tonight is the night that the wrestlers from 3CW close the proverbial coffin on this company and take our rightful place in the NWA hierarchy.
MS: You see, it's really simple. When you put together a team with 3 great athletes like us, there's no other possble outcome than victory. "The Fallen Angel" has beaten 2 members of The Dark Side single-handedly already. Sean holds a victory over Edge. And if something happens to them, I'm here to bat clean up and ensure victory at all costs.
SW: It doesn't matter if it's Raven's group of misfits or those 3 losers Edge, Haas, & Skipper. Somebody's ass is gonna be grass, and we're gonna smoke it!

No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Triangle Match:
Christopher Daniels, Michael Shane and Sean Waltman defeated The Dark Side (Mortis, Seven and Vampire Warrior) and Charlie Haas, Elix Skipper and Edge when C. Daniels pinned Mortis with the Last Rites in 0:16:12.
Rating: *** 1/2

Mark Johnson is backstage with Kurt Angle.
MJ: Kurt, just 2 days ago you teamed up with Matt Morgan & Chris Cage. Two guys that used to work here & now are a part of 3CW, the company thrying to put us out of business. Does this mean that you're siding with the enemy?
KA: (mocking Johnson) Does this mean that you're siding with the enemy? (gives Johnson a stern look) Look Johnson, the only reason I did what I did is because I want that title back from Shane Douglas. But don't think for a minute that 3CW wouldn't want to work with me. I mean, I'm Kurt freakin' Angle. The only Olympic Gold medalist in this business. What company wouldn't concider themselves lucky just to have me on their roster? But tonight, I only have one goal: to take the Western States Title off of Shane Douglas. I don't care if this company goes out of business tomorrow as long as I beat Douglas tonight. As for Doug Basham, he just needs to stay out of the way. As a matter of fact, he might as well not even bother coming out to the ring if he plans on trying to win it all, because , all his dreams will be shattered by me.

Steve Lewington defeated Tazz with the Flying Dropkick in 0:20:42.
Rating: *** 1/2

Raven is backstage alone.
R: They say imitation, is the sincerest form of flattery. CM Punk, you stole my clothes, you stole my hair, and you stole my look. Two days ago, you dared to even call me on the telephone, and you quoted one of my heroes to me. (Quote from Keep On Rocking in the Free World by Neil Young) 'There's a warning sign on the road ahead. There's a lot of people saying, we'd be better off dead. I don't feel like Satan, but I am to them. So I try to forget it, anyway I can.' And right then and there I realized, Punk, that you could never be me, because when they call you Satan it bothered you; When they called me Satan, I enjoyed it. Tonight, I will attempt to use you to recreate what has been called the most controversial angle I have ever been involved with. Tonight, CM Punk, all our sins shall be repaid in one match. Tonight, one of us will be crucified. So it is written, so it shall come to pass. Quote the Raven: "Nevermore."

Cross No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Match:
Raven defeated CM Punk in 0:12:42.

After the match:
Perry Saturn came out of the crowd & attcked Raven from behind. as he started to raise the cross with CM Punk attached into the air. Saturn then freed Punk & the 2 tied Raven to the cross. Saturn then took some barbwire that had been used during the match & made a makeshift wreath/crown. He handed it to Punk who then put it on Raven's head causing him to bleed even further. The 2 then raised the now crucified Raven into the air about the in house crowd.
As agents & officials lowered the cross & attended to Raven the next match was introduced.

No-Time-Limit-Four Corners Match:
The Hardy Boyz (Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy) and Matt Cross defeated M-N-M (Joey Matthews and Johnny Nitro) and Juventud Guerrera, Kid Kash, Garrison Cade and Sean O'Haire and America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris and James Storm) and Rob Van Dam:
x J. Storm beat Kash via the 8 Second Ride in 0:10:44
x J. Matthews beat RVD via the Future Shock in 0:35:57
        x J. Hardy beat Nitro via a top-rope Frankensteiner in 0:51:49
Rating: ** 3/4
[Melina interfered against Matt Hardy.]

Backstage:
Edge is walking down the hall & he passes CM Punk & Sean O'Haire.
SOH:(to Edge) Hey, good job tonight by coming up short in the opening match. Great way for a champion to behave.
E: What? I know you weren't just talking to me, Mr. "My Team Was Eliminated First So Now I Better Kiss The Opposition's Ass".  And of all the people to kiss up to, you pick a this guy. (points at Punk)
CP: You know, I think that you should be alittle more curtious to me. I mean, after tonight you may need some job references.
E: What you think couldn't fill a thimble. And as far as needing work, the night is far from over. And from what I heard, no matter who wins, it'll be you 2 that might need a good word put in with new employers. Sean, maybe you can call up Eric Bischoff or one of the Power Plant trainers for work. As for you, what's your name, Pink, Puke, it doesn't matter beacuse you'll never amount to anything anyway. You see boys, I'm a champion & an international superstar, I don't need to kiss anyone's ass. And that you can bank on. (laughs & walks off)
As Edge walks off, both O'Haire & Punk bum rush him & beat him down until Raven comes to his aid & runs them off.

A video is shown from this past Friday's edition of Crush of Abyss & Supreme attacking Kane.

No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match:
Kane pinned Supreme with the Choke Slam in 0:32:08.
Rating: *****

Mark Johnson is backstage with Diamond Dallas Page & Chris Benoit.
MJ: Guys, tonight you're going up against 2 men who know you pretty well.
CB: Your right Mark, I lost the World Heavyweight Title to Randy Orton almost a year ago. Orton has had everything handed to him on a silver platter. I know he has no respect for anyone that worked hard for everything they get like me & DDP. Now he thinks he's just going to walk in here & have it all handed to him again. Well, not if we have anything to say about it. And as for William Regal, he, Page & I know eachother better than most people in the business. There's alot of respect between us all. But there is no way we're going to let them beat us & try to shut down a company that we're helping to build.
DDP: Tonight, Regal & Orton are gonna be like to teenagers after the prom. They will feel the BANG!

William Regal and Randy Orton defeated Chris Benoit and Diamond Dallas Page when R. Orton pinned DDP with the RKO in 0:22:56.
Rating: **** 1/4

Footage is shown from this past Friday's Crush of Dustin Rhodes brawling with Colt Cabana & then being saved by The Midnight Rider.

No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Triangle Match:
The Midnight Rider defeated Colt Cabana and Dustin Rhodes when Rider pinned Colt with the Superplex in 0:11:34.
Rating: ***

After the match:
The Midnight Rider approached Dustin Rhodes and offers him his hand in friendship.Dustin says he will accept the jesture on one condition: The rider must unmask & show him who he really is. The Rider thinks for a moment and then agrees that if this is the only way he can earn Dustin's trust again, then that's what he has to do. Even if it means he must give up his identity & leave this promotion for good. The Rider steps back & pulls his mask up revealing himself as Trevor Rhodes. Dustin & Trevor embrace & celebrate together in the ring.

The Pitbulls (Gary Wolfe and Mike Kruel) and Abyss defeated 3 Live Kru (B.G. James, Konnan and Ron Killings) when Abyss pinned B.G. James with the Black Hole Slam in 0:10:38.

Footage is shown from 2 weeks ago on Crush of Matt Morgan & Chris Cage attacking Frankie Kazarian & Matt Striker. The camera then cuts to Mark Johnson who is with Morgan & Cage.
MJ: Guys, tonight you come in as part of an invading force whose goal is to run NWA: West Coast out of business. But, it wasn't that long ago that both of you actually worked here.
MM: That's right! And I almost broke my neck for this company & what thanks did I get? A release from my contract so they could make way for new talent.
CC: I got released so Edge & Benoit could come here. Tossed aside like an old shoe. So tonight, we're either gonna join the celebration of shutting this company down, or we're gonna take they're tag team title & force them to take us back. What would be even better, is if we accomplished both & showed them just what they gave up.

Matt Striker and Frankie Kazarian defeated Chris Cage and Matt Morgan when F. Kazarian pinned C. Cage after the Ocean Cyclone Suplex in 0:17:50.
Rating: ** 1/2
(Matt Striker and Frankie Kazarian retained the Western States Tag Team Title.)

Mark Johnson is backstage with Doug Basham.
MJ: Doug Basham, you're the 3CW Champion, but, tonight you're title won't be on the line against Kurt Angle & Shane Douglas.
DB: That's because neither of them deserve a shot at my title. A title that has more prestige than that stupid Western States Title that Douglas holds.
MJ: Then why both competeing for it?
DB: Simple, you moron. So I can unify it with my title & lead 3CW into the NWA elite.
MJ: What do you think about Kurt Angle's comments earlier about no matter what happens tonight that any promotion would love to have him.
DB: Kurt Angle may have Olympic Gold, but, if he thinks he'll have a place in 3CW he's sadly mistaken. 3CW is far too good to allow his broken down body to join us. Besides, with a champion like me, they don't need him. And I don't need this, I have to get ready. This interview is over.

No-Time-Limit-Four Corners Match:
Billy Gunn defeated Mike Awesome, Apolo and Lance Hoyt:
        x B. Gunn beat L. Hoyt via the Fame-Ass-Er in 0:27:48
x Awesome beat Apolo via the Awesome Bomb in 0:36:13
x B. Gunn beat Awesome via the Fame-Ass-Er in 0:36:53

Ted DiBaise is backstage in his office.
TD: Tonight, I got a phone call from the NWA board of directors & it's official. No matter the outcome here tonight, NWA: West Coast will no longer be apart of the NWA. Our membership will be terminated in 2 weeks on July 29th. Where the company will go from there is unknown. But I can promise you all that the company will go on. Nothing is going to stop us from continuing to entertain you fans & bring you the best action in the industry. But on July 29, NWA: West Coast will be no more. We will debut our new television show & our new name. What is it? Well, you're just going to have to tune in & find out. Once again, I, on behalf of all of NWA: West Coast, I thank you for your continued support.

No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Triangle Match:
Rey Mysterio Jr. defeated Seth Skyfire and Jamie Noble when Mysterio Jr. pinned Skyfire with the West Coast Pop in 0:24:06.
Rating: ***

Mark Johnson is backstage with the Western States Champion: "The Franchise" Shane Douglas.
MJ: Shane, tonight all the hopes of NWA: West Coast seem to be riding on your shoulders.
SD: Just like so many other times in my career, I've got to carry a promotion on my back. I helped raise ECW to national status & I could have helped save WCW if Eric Bischoff & Vince Russo had a brain between the 2 of them. Tonight, "The Franchise" goes out there & does what he does best. Wrestle. That's what the marquee says & it's what I do better than anybody else. Kurt Angle can brag about his medal & Doug Basham can brag about his title all they, but, until somebody beats me bad enough to stop me from accending to the legendary status that I deserve, "The Franchise" will stay atop the mountain here & this company will be around for a long, long time.

No-Time-Limit-Triangle Match:
Shane Douglas defeated Doug Basham and Kurt Angle:
x Doug Basham beat K. Angle via the Leg Lariat in 0:18:45
x Douglas beat Doug Basham via the Franchiser in 0:35:03

After going 6-6 against the 3CW "invaders" NWA: West Coast will no longer be around after July 28th. That's because the NWA has pulled their sponsership from the company that has been taking alot of the press that the NWA flagship:TNA was supposed to be getting. So, on July 29th, the same backbone of the promotion will remain, but, with a new look. A new name, logo, & direction will replace the old standards of the NWA. Just what will that name be? And who will be a part of it? Well, you're just gonna have to sit back & watch everything unfold.

However, this coming Friday, the last edition of NWA: West Coast Crush will air. Featuring the following matches:

Charlie Haas vs Michael Shane

For the Western States Tag Team Title:
Frankie Kazarian & Matt Striker vs America's Most Wanted

plus much more.
