From then on, it was basically the Masato Tanaka show as he absolutely dominated the match. Benjamin got the first pinfall by getting rid of Santana, but Tanaka basically took out Hall, Benjamin, and Palumbo in short order, and had little trouble with Sting himself as he got the pinfall after a huge Roaring Elbow!

By the end of the match, Tanaka was the 2nd most over man in the company behind Sting and held the World Title to a cheering crowd in Atlanta!

I had a Scorpion Pro Wrestling once.  It was an indy upstart headed by Sting.  Anyway... :)

Yay Gran Naniwa! *does the Crab Walk Elbow onto nothing*

Hah, I love saying "And the crowd goes mild."  You've already won me over ;)

Would have liked to see a Lance Storm win here, but what are ya gonna do, right?  Especially since they rung his bell *pun fully intended*

Hall & Palumbo together?  Interesting...

Too bad Santana went out so soon.  I didn't peg him to win, but I thought he'd do better than that.  I like Tanaka winning, but I was figuring on Sting taking it... or possibly Benjamin.  Tanaka killed everyone with that Roaring Elbow.  That's really good as you already have a guy with a move that I would buy as being able to obliterate anyone on the roster with one shot from it.  It's always good to have at least one guy like that I think.  I imagine that we will see at least one Sting/Tanaka match for the title since he was the last eliminated.

I think you're off to a good start.  Keep it up.

Tito F'n Santana...amazing...

MASATO TANAKA! ROARING ELBOW! I love Tanaka. Good call there.

I like the teaming of Mike Sanders and Lance Storm. I hated seeing them lose, but I hope to see good things in the future.

Love having Tito Santana around. Should be fun to see what you can do with him.
AzraelPosted on 07/15/05 at 18:55:13

Love your roster. The Juice, Red, SANTANA, Tanaka, Benjamin, STING...

Pretty fun card. It should be interesting to see where you go from here.

Yeah, Storm will be an important part of the tag team part of the roster. With who is whole 'nother question.

Hall & Palumbo together?  Interesting...
Well, Hall is defacto top hell while Palumbo is actually a bit underrated. Plus, it was random choice as far as roster goes. :-)

Too bad Santana went out so soon.  I didn't peg him to win, but I thought he'd do better than that.
I severly underestimated the love for Tito on this board.

Sting is not JJ v2.0, let's just say that :-)
