Hardcore Holly is in the ring with his usual expression and the Ladder is in there. We will find out who this mystery opponent is for Hardcore Holly for a shot against Samoa Joe next week.

Mark Briscoe gets the win but Snitsky is not done yet. Snitsky grabs Briscoe from behind and clothesline taking him down. Snitsky takes Briscoe down with a Pumphandle Slam. Snitsky goes underneath the ring and pulls out a coat hanger. Snitsky chokes Briscoe out with the coat hanger with a crazed look on his face. Snitsky grabs the microphone and says that he doesn't care whom it will be, it won't be his fault when he takes them out. It will be the fault of these fans who continue to point out that one storyline that he did. As if on cue one side of the arena chants. "We want Babies." and the other side chants. "Dead Babies." Snitsky throws a fit and says that maybe if he got a shot at the Global World Champion Samoa Joe, they would forget about that incident. Snitsky points out that if he got in the ring with Joe, he would kill Samoa Joe's reign as Global World Champion deader than...yes Kane and Lita's unborn child but Snitsky is not a one trick pony.

Rob Van Dam cuts an interview outside the arena and says that he may be suspended this week but soon he will come back with a vengeance. He has some unfinished business with Charlie Haas and it is straight onto the Global World Champion whether it be Samoa Joe or Hardcore Holly or anyone else. Van Dam says he is the top star in this empire and he will continue to be the Whole F'N Show.

The disqualification win for Rave and Gibson and Rave and Gibson beat down Strong and Evans but Aries says that both men can handle it on their own and he can't be bothered to get in there because Rave and Gibson are below him. Hardcore Holly enters Paul Heyman's office and gloats about winning the number one contendership despite Heyman changing the match at the last minute. Glad to see Holly gets another shot at Joe.  Even though I don't think he'll win, it'll make for good TV.  CONTINUITY RULES! :D

A ladder match?  I guess that's good thinking by Holly.  After all, a ladder match is what he won to get another shot at Joe, though I'm thinking Joe can probably get up the ladder. ;)

London loses, but retains which makes me a happy lil camper.  I wonder if London losing his temper is a one time thing or if the pressure of being a champion is weighing in on him.

Global Wrestling Empire Preview for 7/6/05

The stars of the Global Wrestling Empire return for another night of Pay Per View action with two big title matches.

First of all, the Global Tag Team Titles will be at stake when the Second City Saints,Colt Cabana and CM Punk, defend against Roderick Strong and Jack Evans of Generation Next. Generation Next have been having some problems as of late but they hope to correct it all by having Strong and Evans capture the Global Tag Team Titles from Punk and Cabana.

Also, it's put up or shut up for Hardcore Holly. Hardcore Holly will get one final shot at the Global World Title of Samoa Joe and it will indeed be a Ladder Match. Hardcore Holly hopes to use his smaller size to his advantage and his experience in Hardcore Style Matches. Hardcore Holly also has a psychological advantage, having won a Ladder Match to earn this title shot last week.

Plus the Stars of the X-Division will be in the house in full force with THREE Big X-Division Style matches.
