Coming off an amazing joint promotion with Long Island Wrestling 2 weeks ago, Hard Knox Wrestling returned to the Bethpage area for "Memorial Day Mayhem".
Tonight was a great night for wrestling so let's go down to ringside for our opening contest.

Hard Knox Wrestling has acquired from WILD the impressive big man they call `Genocide' Jack Ripper and signed him to a 6 month deal. Also signed to a 6 month contract was Tony DeVito who comes to us from Ring of Honor.
Both men put on an impressive debut showing and we hope they will keep it up in the future.
We were all set for our next matchup when we heard the familiar opening theme music from WWE RAW play over the PA system and from behind the backstage curtain was RANDY ORTON!!!
Randy Orton speaks:
Randy Orton walked on to the stage overlooking the ring with the Head of the Class title slung over his shoulder. He begins to talk about his victory over Hassan at Battle at Dix Hills 2 weeks back and then goes on to say how HKW obviously sees more in him than LIW does which is why they made him the champ.
He continued to say that TONIGHT he WILL defend the title against whoever is the current Top Contender and he WILL remain the champion and showcase his skills and the title belt all over the wrestling world - INCLUDING LIW.
Orton stayed up on the stage and took a seat as we were set for our next match which was to decide the Top Contender for the Head of the Class title.
As each man came down to ringside, they all gave Orton a good hard look to indicate that they don't care for him holding the title that they so desperately want.

Hassan was obviously trying to get under the skin of all the possible contenders and even weaken them so they could not take the title off of Orton <something that he obviously wants to do on his own>. Orton watched all this go down and did not lift a finger to combat it.
The match seemed at some points to be 3 on 1 against AJ Styles but then it broke back down to a 4 way every man for himself contest.
In the end, Johnny Ace secured himself a shot at the title later tonight and pointed right at Hassan and then Orton before heading towards the back.
