them in the Tag Team Tournament---

Psicosis and Justin Credible defeated Steven Richards and William Regal when
Psicosis pinned S. Richards with the Guillotine Legdrop in 0:11:34.
Rating: *** 1/4

---In a match consisting of "Wild Card" tag teams, Psicosis and Justin Credible
defeated Stevie Richards and William Regal.  After the match, Credible's cohortsjoined Psicosis and Justin in beating down Regal and Stevie, until that masked man from last week re-appeared to again make the save for Stevie.  Psicosis and
Credible Advance to the next round.---

---Hassan & Daivari are on their way to the ring.---

Interview:
Hassan & Daivari try to ignite the American Flag

---Here is a description of the dastardly deed that just took place:

Hassan & Daivari were in the ring with a blow torch and the American flag that
had been stolen from the Patriot last week.  As they were about to ignite the
flag, The Patriot, Shane Helms, and Ken Shamrock surrounded the ring with Chairs
As the torch got lit, Shamrock ran into the ring.  Out of the crowd jumped Test
who took out Helms and The Patriot with a baseball bat.  In the ring, Hassan
and Daivari did something terrible.  As Shamrock approached them, Hassan shot a
fireball into the face if Shamrock.  After that, Hassan, Daivari, and Test all
hauled ass out of the ring, flag in tow, and back to the locker room as agents
checked on Shamrock and Helms & Patriot came to.

Shamrock was ruled unable to compete for the evening, and Taz will have to go
at the semi-final tag match alone.---

Handicap-Match:
The Hardy Boyz (Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy) defeated Taz when M. Hardy pinned Taz
after a flying legdrop in 0:03:01.
Rating: ***

---Taz tried all he could, but it took only about 3 minutes for the Hardyz to
advance to the finals of the Tag Team tournament.  Taz was visually upset over
what had happened to Shamrock minutes earlier, as the smell of burnt flesh stillpermeated the Ring.---

Shawn Daivari and Test defeated Shane Helms and The Patriot when Test pinned
Helms with the Test Drive in 0:20:34.
Rating: ** 1/4

---Test, who was subbing for Muhammed Hassan (who decided he didn't want to get in
the ring with The Patriot or Shane Helms after what had happened earlier) scored the win for his team, Pinning Helms at around the 20 minute mark.  At one point
in the match, a bandaged Ken Shamrock came running from the back with a chair.
Shamrock swung wildly in every which direction, missing everyone until the
agents and medical staff came out and finally were able to get him into the
locker room.  After the match Hassan, Daivari, and Test ambushed Helms and
The Patriot to continue the beating.

Match for the vacant IWF World Tag Team Titles:
Psicosis and Justin Credible defeated M-N-M (Joey Matthews and Johnny Nitro)
when Credible pinned J. Nitro with the That's Incredible in 0:10:20.
Rating: ****
(Psicosis and Justin Credible won the IWF World Tag Team Titles.)
[Melina interfered against Psicosis.]

---M-n-M took out the Hardy Boyz in the backstage area prior to this tag title
match.  Now, the Hardyz had to be taken to the hospital (make that three
wrestlers there today).  Commissioner Greenberg had promised a tag team title
match and he had no choice but to throw M-n-M in there against Justin Credible
and Psicosis.  The four men didn't disappoint, they put on a classic 4 star
match, which saw Psicosis and Justin become the first ever IWF Tag Team
Champions.  This mix and match team surprised everyone by winning.  But the duo,of course with Credible's cronies, were cocky as could be after the match.---

Card rating: ***

Wow, second card and already a five-star match.  Hopefully that'll be a sign of good things to come from you.

Masked man?  Interesting.

Gotta love the old school fireballs.  Hassan should sooooooo bring that back.

Psicosis & Credible seems like an odd combination for tag champions.  Maybe you can make me like it though.:)

Good work

Lots of no-shows, eh? Or just a brilliant way to set up future feuds?
jekyll316Posted on 03/31/05 at 07:20:26

There actually weren't any no shows.  The Taz handicapped match I booked intentionally, but then when I wanted to select sets of winners to face each other, I accidentally picked MnM instead of the Hardys.

Whoops! All seemed to work out.
