"Dark and Troubled" Steve Richards vs. Garrison Cade

Steve Richards and Garrison cade started off pretty even.  Hitting a few give and take spots that made both look good and pleased the fans.  Both Cade & Richards are users of the superkick and they both tried to unleash it several times during the match.  Richards managed to hit two, though only one was dead on and Cade could only hit a single one but was enough to give him the advantage for a little while.  That advantage was lost right after he missed a Flying Legdrop.  Richards started working on Cade's lower back and kept Cade off his feet for a while.  He picked Cade up and attempted another superkick, but Cade caught his foot.  Cade spun Richards around and went for a clothesline, but Richards ducked. He hit Cade with a kneelift and dropped him with the Stevie-T.

Steve Richards pinned Garrison Cade with the Stevie-T in 0:16:59.

D'Lo Brown vs. Ludvig Borga

Brown was in a bad mood from the get go.  The first thing he did was charge at Borga and lock in a choke hold.  After almost being DQed he went for a pin and got a two.  He started choking Borga again and was once more almost DQed.  Borga had small spurts of offense that usually consisted of a kick, punch or headbutt, but was soon turned back around by an eye gouge, face rake, or low blow.  Brown put Borga in a Fujiwara armbar, trying to neutralize one of Borga's massive arms.  Borga almost submitted, but drug Brown to the ropes to get him to release the hold.  The fans weren't quite behind Borga ever, but definently were giving Brown the brunt of the boos.  D'Lo hit the Sky High and decided to take a moment to shake his head like a bobble head with a caffine buzz to the audience.  Borga started to stir and pulled himself up in the corner.  D'Lo turned around and speared him into the corner.  A bit later D'Lo went for a bulldog but Borga brought him up into the torture rack.

Ludvig Borga made D'Lo Brown submit to the Torture Rack in 0:20:35.

Main Event: The Dudley Boys (Bubba Ray & D-Von Dudley) vs. Rhythm & Soul (Ernest Miller & Disco Inferno)

The Dudley Boys were definately not happy about losing to the Assassins for the vacant title.  The Dudley boys have been with DCW from the start and have had their eyes on that title since before there was even a tag division.  Then the Assassins come in on their first night and nab the titles right out of their sights.  The Dudleys made some simple mistakes tonight that they probably shuoldn't have, but they always managed to make up for it.  They seemed fluid as always and with the Dudleys as their opponents, Rhythm & Soul seemed like they were improving as a unit as well.  Disco took control early in the match, but after Bubba ducked a roundhouse right, and got hit with a huge german suplex for two.  The fans were solidly against the Dudleys tonight.  D-Von seemed much more in control when he was in the ring than when Bubba was.  After being tagged in D-Von nailed a big back suplex for one and then clotheslined Disco out of the ring.  He followed him out and ruffed him up a bit with an assist going to the guardrail, then threw him back in.  D-Von tagged Bubba back in and Disco was soon able to regain the advantage, hitting Bubba with a hotshot on the top-rope and following it up with a whip into the far corner and a running clothesline.  Disco went up top and Bubba stumbled around and nailed a big flying double axhandle.  Disco dragged Bubba over to the corner and finally got Ernest Miller involved in the match.  Bubba shoved Ernest off the apron just before he could get in and nailed Disco with an elbow smash.  Disco charged back with a clothesline, but Bubba gave him sort of a belly-to-belly suplex over the top rope onto Miller.  Bubba tagged D-Von back in as Miller was rolling himself in and once he stood up was met with a solid right.  D-Von picked him up and hit the Saving Grace for two.  Disco had just gotten back up on the apron and D-Von started slapping Ernest's head as he waited for him to get up.  Miller gave him a quick enzuigiri out of no where and crawled over to tag in Disco.  Disco came in at much less than 100% and started stomping D-Von.  He managed to grab Disco and pull him down across the middle rope.  He grabbed him after getting up and tagged in Bubba.  He whipped Disco into the ropes and the two hit the 3-D for the win.

[Main Event]
The Dudley Boys (Bubba Ray Dudley and D-Von Dudley) defeated Rhythem & Soul (Ernest Miller and Disco Inferno) when Bubba pinned Disco Inferno after the Dudley Death Drop in 0:12:38.

Though I do like Richards, I really like Cade as well.  He needs a bit of a push, methinks.

LUDVIG BORGA WINS!  Borga should so team with Snitsky!

I like the team of Disco and the Cat.  I'm sure it will lead to some fun antics down the line, but this one was never in doubt.
