Acid will enter Battlewar at #30. Acid gets his hand raised and Acid gets on the microphone and declares his victory but Akiyama is up and he grabs Acid. Exploder Suplex. Akiyama stomps on Acid but the Canadian National Anthem plays and out comes Petey Williams. Akiyama and Petey go punch for punch and the Second City Saints join the party followed quickly by all four members of the Prophecy. It is a donnybrook, I tell ya. Billy Gunn comes out but turns back and decides to save his star power for a bigger event. Samoa Joe is out and we got a brawl to settle it all. Joel Maximo and Rob Conway join the fun as does Road Warrior Animal.

The lights go out and out comes Kane. Kane rushes in the ring and stands nose to nose with Joe but Kane and Joe are both attacked from behind. Kane grabs Joel Maximo by the throat and Choke Slam as Samoa Joe delivers a sick kick to the head of Jose Maximo. Kane and Joe have a stand off as the show winds to a close.

If anyone can do three matches in one night, it is Joe. I also actually look forward to Joe/Kane because if anyone can bring a good match out of the Big Red Machine it is the Big Samoan.

this is a donnybrook I tell ya.  ;)

always nice to see the WWE style schmozz the card before the Rumble match.  I have to choose the winner as being someone entering between spots 23 and 26.  That REALLY limits it down, eh?  In my two rumbles with the rules, I've had #25 win it twice, so that being said... I'm going to revise my choice and take entrant #22, whomever that will be.

I expect Akiyama to last a while in the match, but with the #1 spot, he won't win.
