=  NWA-TNA Global Region PRESS CONFERENCE  =

Location : RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL - New York, NY
Attendance : 5000

Hello fans, I'm Jim Carlin (Commissioner of the NWA-TNA Global Region). For the last 9 weeks Shaun Sindelman has created NWA - TNA Northeast Region. I liked the circuit so much that I decided to create a spinoff circuit to be as great as Northeast. So I am happy to announce the grand opening of NWA-TNA Global Region, which starts as of 12pm today. Our first three cards will be this weekend.

Friday, December 17, 2004 at 8:00pm.
Saturday, December 18, 2004 at 8:00pm.
Sunday, December 19, 2004 at 1:30pm.

I'll announce my results on this forum on Monday, December 20, 2004. I also would like to say that this circuit will be traveling around the world, from USA, CANADA, JAPAN, MEXICO & AUSTRALIA. We'll figure out the tours in the next few weeks.

I would also like to announce the titles that will be a part of NWA-TNA Global:
NWA World Heavyweight Title.
NWA United States Title.
NWA World Tag Team Titles.
NWA TNA Hard-10 Title.

Those are great titles. One thing i'll say before I introduce the superstars that will be with NWA-TNA Global. Everyone of these wrestlers are not working with NWA-TNA Northeast Region. So here are my superstars:

=  NWA-TNA GLOBAL REGION ROSTER  =
=  FACES  =
TOMMY DREAMER
THE SANDMAN
TERRY FUNK
LOW-KI
BILLY GUNN
RICO
DIVINE STORM (Chris Divine & Quiet Storm)
MEXICO'S MOST WANTED (Halloween & Damian 666).

=  HEELS  =
TEST
JUSTIN CREDIBLE
SAMOA JOE
XAVIER
JASON CROSS
THE DUDLEY BOYZ (Bubba Ray & D-Von)
GENERATION NEXT (Alex Shelley, Austin Aries & Jack Evans).

Speaking of Alex Shelley, Remember when he announced in Week 7 of NWA:TNA Northeast Region at the end of the show that he signed with the WWE. Well, the deal fell through & i'm happy to announc that Alex Shelley is now on the NWA-TNA Global Region roster & he is now part of a 3-man stable called GENERATION NEXT with Austin Aries & former original member of TEAM CANADA, Jack Evans. This alliance took place originally took place in Ring of Honor, but should do better in NWA-TNA Global.

I noticed that Shaun Sindelman got a couple of ex-ECW wrestlers to his roster. Jerry Lynn, Kid Kash, Sabu, Tazz & Rob Van Dam. That's fine, that's great, but I also have
ex-ECW wrestlers on my roster too. Tommy Dreamer, The Sandman, Terry Funk, Justin Credible & The Dudley Boyz. But I also signed some recently released WWE talent. Test, Billy Gunn & Rico. This should be a great circuit.

In the next few weeks, i'll be announcing my championship commitee that will determine who will get the title shots in this circuit. They'll decide it.
Any questions, or comments. That concludes my NWA-TNA Global Region PRESS CONFERENCE. If anybody has a comment, just leave it at my post or E-mail me at:

You have way too many titles for the amount of people on your roster.

You know what I think you should do?  Use Rick's Old School rules.  It allows you to gradually award championships and gives you a guideline to work with.

Sure, you only start off with 20 wrestlers, but it increases steadily.

I just don't see the purpose of having a specialty title like the Hard 10 when you're trying to establish the world title as being prestigeous.

I like the fact you keep attempting something with TNM.  I like the spirit, even if rubs off the wrong way on other people.

Good luck.

I'm LOVING THIS! I will definitely keep my eyes open for the Global action and DONT WORRY, I will respect your circuit just like you respected mine by not hiring any talent that you currently have signed to your roster now or in the future.

I have made a decision that
1) NWA-TNA Global will not have a Hard-10 Title now. The titles will be only be 3 titles.

2) I screwed up on the dates of my first cards due to the storylines. The new dates are:

Friday, January 14, 2005 at 8:00pm - PPV.
Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 8:00pm - HOUSE SHOW.
Sunday, January 16, 2005 at 1:30pm - HOUSE SHOW.

By the way Shaun, are you by any chance using Rick's Old School Rules? If you are, that's great because they work good.
Shaun SindelmanPosted on 12/17/04 at 04:02:41

Yep - Old School Rick rules ... RULE!
