Card Information:
Held in: EAGLES HALL
Location: NEW WESTMINSTER, BC, CANADA
Date/Time: January 14/05 at 7pm
Matches/Interviews booked: 9
Ticket Buy Rate: 57.56%

We started the night off with Jack Evans standing at the top of the aisle. The crowd was anxious to see who would be his tag team partner.

50 Cent's "The Realist Killaz" played over the PA as LO-KI came out through the curtain and joined Evans as his tag partner. Lo-Ki obviously has issues with Kid Kash and would certainly want to get his hands on him. Lo-Ki and Evans entered the ring and awaited the arrival of Kid Kash.

Kash then came out and he was joined by CM Punk. Kash and Punk have had a history of tagging together so this was not much of a surprise.

Jack Evans and Lo-Ki and Kid Kash and CM Punk battled to a double countout in 0:08:32.
Rating: *** 1/4

Obviously these four men have not had enough of each other and i'm sure we will see them all back in action in the weeks to come.

No-Countout-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match:
Chuck pinned Shane McMahon with the Joykiller in 0:07:11.
Rating: ** 1/2

Shane McMahon had some unfinished business with Chuck and it's still unfinished as Shane couldn't get the job done and get a win over Chuck.

Rob Van Dam pinned Toshiaki Kawada with the Five Star Frog Splash in 0:06:03.
Rating: *** 1/4

JHW was looking for new ways to entertain the fans so they decided to do some random booking and this match was the first in that experiment.

RVD was able to finish off `Dangerous K' with his 5* Frog Splash to get the win.

RVD headed towards the back and left Kawada in the ring. The newest tag team in JHW, Real Xtreme showed up and began to make fun of Kawada. This brought Akira Taue to attack them from behind and we had an impromptu match.

James Robinson and Lance Williams defeated Akira Taue and Toshiaki Kawada when Williams defeated Kawada by disqualification in 0:10:31.
Rating: *** 1/4

This match became a clusterfuck as the referee was tossed around like a rag doll.

Pre match comments by Johnny Kashere and Jimmy Rave.

Trent Acid started off the match against his former tag partner, Johnny Kashmere and Acid hit Kashmere with a DDT. He then followed with a hiptoss and a whip into the ropes. Kashmere tried to hit a Yakuza kick but Acid countered with a legsweep. Acid sent Kashmere into the ropes again and this time, he hit the Yakuza kick. Kashmere then hit a swinging neckbreaker. Kashmere tagged in Jimmy Rave and left the ring. Rave went after Acid but Acid tossed him into the turnbuckle. Unfortunately for Jimmy Rave, it was the corner where Despair was standing. Acid tagged Despair in.

Despair tried to attack Rave but Rave countered and hit Despair with a power bomb and cover for two. He then hit a Northern Lights suplex for a very close count as Despair got a shoulder up at the last possible moment. Rave locked Despair in a Fujiwara armbar. Despair was able to break the hold quick so Rave placed him on the turnbuckle. Rave went up and brought Despair down with a top rope DDT. He covered and got a two count. Rave hit a kneelift on Despair and then brought Despair down with a dropkick to the knee. He then tossed Despair to the outside and followed him out there. The referee began the ten count as Rave hit a power bomb on the outside on Despair. He then laid into Despair with a series of chops before tossing him back in the ring at four. Rave followed him back in the ring.

[fast forward]

Jimmy Rave tossed Trent Acid out of the ring and then jumped on him with a tope suicida. He followed up with a power bomb as the referee got to two on the ring out count. Rave tossed Acid into the guardrail and hit a European uppercut. He then tossed Acid into the ringsteps and got back in the ring. Acid rolled in as well and Rave was there waiting to roll Acid up in a small package for a two count. Rave went for a Shining Wizard but Acid blocked it and took Jimmy Rave down with a Russian legsweep.

[fast forward]

Trent Acid tossed Johnny Kashmere out of the ring and climbed out after him. Despair came over to make it a two on one. Despair climbed on the ring apron and hit Kashmere with an Asai moonsault. Acid then hit a springboard legdrop on Kashmere. Jimmy Rave came over and laid out Despair. He then hit a Running Forearm Smash on Trent Acid. Kashmere got back up and hit a legsweep faceslam on Acid. Kashmere tossed Acid around ringside. He then reentered the ring and Acid followed him back in. Trent Acid was still dazed and Kashmere was laying in wait. He surprised Acid and hit the Cradlebreaker on him. Kashmere then covered Acid and got the three count to make the team of Johnny Kashmere and Jimmy Rave the BRAND NEW JHW WORLD TAG CHAMPIONS.

[Tag Titles On the Line]:
Johnny Kashmere and Jimmy Rave defeated Despair and Trent Acid when Kashmere pinned Acid with the Cradlebreaker in 0:12:07.
Rating: *** 1/2
(Johnny Kashmere and Jimmy Rave won the JHW WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES.)

And we have NEW tag team champions! Johnny Kashmere and Jimmy Rave said they would capture the tag titles and stick it to Despair & Trent Acid.

After the match, Despair got in Trent Acid's face over the loss since Acid was the one who got pinned in the match. They then got into a shoving match and began to brawl with each other. Several JHW officials had to pull these two apart.

Once the ring was clear, President Sindelman came out to discuss the details of the new title and the battle royal to crown it. He announced that it is called the "KING OF JHW" title and 8 participants will fight for it in a battle royal where you can be eliminated via pinfall, submission or being tossed over the top rope. He then introduced each of the participants...

Justin Kell, The Amazing Red, Mike "The Biz" Bisignano, Al Snow, Jerry Lynn, Altar Boy Luke.

He then said that the final two entrants are the newly signed talent from RPW -

JACK RIPPER and TONY ANTONY.

Each man came out seperately and joined the other men in the ring. Once all 8 were in the ring, President Sindelman left the ring and the match began.

Nice card.  Solid ratings.  Too bad the crowd was only at 57% for it.  I had my fingers crossed for Snow or Lynn (or Red for that matter) to win the King of JHW match.  Oh well.  ;)

Predictions for next week...

- Dynamic T & Dangerous K over Real XTreme
- Kashmere & Rave will win no matter who they face
- Kid Kash & Ripper over Evans and his partner
