cerberosPosted on 09/27/04 at 05:09:14

Velocity comes on the air with huge news.  This week on Smackdown it will be a huge 10 man tag.  Rico, Charlie Haas, Scotty Too Hotty, Booker T and Shawn Michaels will face off with Hardcore Holly, Billy Gunn, The Undertaker, Rikishi and Kurt Angle.  Tonight however we will see our main event of Rene Dupree taking on Rico.  First off it is Kurt Angle's running buddy Luther Reigns taking on Eddie Craven.

This is a complete squash as Luther destroys Eddie.  He hit his Roll of the Dice but that wasn't enough.  He then hit a running powerslam and finally pinned the man.

Luther Reigns pinned Eddie Craven after a running powerslam in 0:01:27.

BREAK

After the break we see the entire Paul Heyman/Undertaker/Booker T saga.  We then get a special interview with Booker T.

WWE.com:  Booker, why do you think the Undertaker is coming after you.

Booker:  Honestly I don't know.  I think it is the fans.  The fans love the Booker Man and well they are starting to see the Dead Man as what he really is.

WWE.com:  What is he really, in your opinion.

Booker:  A bitter old man.  He sees all of the young kids coming in and can't take the fact that they can beat him.  So now he has a bunch of bitter old me around him.

WWE.com:  Thank you Booker.

Booker:  Now can you dig that.

BREAK

We come back and it is Johnny the Bull taking on Kenzo Suzuki.  Kenzo came out with Akio and Sakoda.  Hiroko, now dressing in a business suit, is talking to Kenzo.  She is showing him things on notepad.  We then go to a pre-tape with the FBI.

Nunzio:  Hey Johnny, can you believe those guys muscling in on our territory?

Stamboli:  You wants I should break their thumbs.

Nunzio:  I wants you should break him in half.

We then go back to the ring for our match.  This isn't a technical wrestling masterpiece but it again shows that JTB is ready as he bullied Kenzo around.  In the end he hit his Fuhgetaboutit spinning side slam.

Johnny Stamboli pinned Kenzo Suzuki with the Fuhgetaboutit in 0:04:50.
Johnny Stamboli injured his right knee. He will be out for approximately 1 card.
