Match observations:

The night started off with The Powers of Pain comming down to the
ring, led by Mr. Fuji. The Barbarian was first to congragulate
The Warlord on his winning the Zero Hour Tournament. He said that
if anyone deserved a title shot, it was his buddy The Warlord.
The Warlord got on the mic and said that he beat all the big names
in the IWA and he deserves a title shot tonight! President Jack
Tunney wasn't so fast to give it to him. Tunney came down to the ring
and said that The Warlord had his chance at the World Title, but he
had to go through 3 other men; Liger, Undertaker, and Luger.
The Warlord was not happy.

The Eliminators took on The Rockers. The Rockers who had been on
a bit of a downside, got a very much needed win over The Eliminators.

The Ultimate Warrior caught up with Sean Mooney backstage for an
interview. The Ultimate Warrior said that tonight he would walk
out the Television Champ. He said that he beat Sting at Zero
Hour and histroy will repeat itself!

Steve Austin took on Mil Mascaras. Austin was able to get the win
over the man of a thousand masks. We will see what Austin can
do on his own now that he is in singles compeition now.

Sabu and Bill Alfonso made a very unexpected appearance. Alfonso
said that his man Sabu deserved a title shot here tonight. He said
that he is a former 2 time TV Champ, and he whooped the number
one contender's butt, The Undertaker, last month.
Jericho came out and said that he had no problem defending his
World Title against someone who still wore his protection blanket
on top of his head. Jericho and Sabu had to be seperated.

Sting took on The Ultimate Warrior for the Televsion Title. Sting
and The Warrior exchanged power holds for a while. In the end
it was Sting holding on to the TV Title.

The Hart Foundation took on The Powers of Pain. The Powers of Pain,
especially The Warlord, were not happy about having to defend their
titles against The Hart Foundation. The Titles must be defedned once
every 30 days, much to their dissaproval. The Hart Foundation got a
very big upset win and are the NEW Tag Team Champions!

Six Man Tag Team action. Hayabusa, Rick Steiner (filling in), and
Brian Pillman took on Demolition and Vader. Still not much of love
loss although tempers have calmed down after War Games. Hayabusa,
Pillman, and Steiner got the win!

In our number one contenders match, elimination style! The Warlord
and Luger, the 2 stongest men in this match, were both counted
out early. Liger and The Undertaker were left to duke it out for
the shot at the title. The Undertaker was to much for the smaller Liger,
and got the win!

In our World's Title match, Jericho took on Sabu. Sabu put his body
on the line the whole night. Chairs, tables, and more tables were used
here tonight. Both men were left a bloody mess. Jericho was able to hit
the Walls of Jericho on Sabu and make Sabu tap out. WOW!

Thank god Sting didn't have to drop the title to Ultimate Warrior. ;D  Hart Foundation won... good for them.  Of course, I suppose they probably would have dropped the belts to just about any team now that Warlord should be onto bigger and better things.

Interesting in the four-way how Luger & Warlord both got counted out.  I figured Warlord would get the big immediate push for sure being that he's a hoss... oh wait... this isn't the WWE. ;D (I kill me)

I can't say I'm please with Taker as the #1 contender, another Lyger/Jericho match would have been good.  I don't think taker will defeat Jericho next month though.

Predictions: Jericho over Taker, Warlord over Luger (and onto Jericho), Hart Foundation over the Rockers, Barbarian over Pillman (And maybe work up to face Warlord if Warlord wins the title.  It wouldn't be a technical classic, but it'd be a good angle) and Sting over Lyger.
