Match observations:

What a night IWA had in store for the wrestling world. We witnessed
a title change hands, and you will never guess which one changed!

Our opening bout was two brand new teams making their IWA
Wrestling debute. Wee saw Perry Saturn and John Kronus, known
as the Eliminator, take on Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart, The Hart
Foundation. Both teams look very promising as they could go along
way in both singles and tag team action.

Lex Luger took on Steve Austin. Lex Luger is comming off of
a missed oppertunity at the World Title. He seemed to be a bit
upset and made quick and easy work of Steve Austin.

Blitzkreig took on The Undertaker. Blitzkreig is a new
IWA wrestler as well. The Dead Man, The Undertaker make
very quick work of Blitzkreig.

In a match for the tag team titles, Demolition and The Steiner
Brothers went toe to toe. The Steiner Brothers put some good
shots in on Demolition. The match could have had a different
outcome, but the time limit expired and Demolition was able to hang
on to the titles.

Brian Pillman took on Sting. Sting was of course the fan fav
in the match. Sting had the same crowd support and Pillman was
once agin antaganizing the fans. Sting was able to get the win.

The Rockers took on The Powers of Pain. Many people were suprized
to see the upset win so to speak as The Rockers defeated The Powers
of Pain. The Rockers have been on a roll as of late. Are they in
line for a title shot?

Another new commer, Spellbinder took on The Ultimate Warrior.
The Warrior was quickly able to defeat The Spellbinder.

Sabu and Mil Mascaras had their match next. These two men
have never seemed to get along. Sabu was able to bring
a couple of foreign objects into the ring and have his
way with Mascaras. Mascaras wasn't able to adapt to that
style of wrestling, and the former TV Champ was able to
get the win.

In our first cage match, set for the Television Title, Hayabusa
and Vader squared off. This match was one of the best we have seen
in a very long time. Hayabusa tried everything he could to capture the
Television Title. He put his body on the line like no one
ever has. It proved to be very costly when Hayabusa was on the top
of the cage, almost on his way down, when he had the adrenaline
running and tried a firebird spalsh off of the top of the cage.
Vader moved out of the way and was able to crawl out of the
cage and win the match.

In a very big upset, Chris Jericho captured the World Heavyweight
Title, beating Jushin Liger in a cage match. This match was again
a very unbelievable match. Liger and Jericho did it all. Mat wrestlng,
High flying, technical, you name it they did it. In the end,
Jericho was able to reverse an inside cradle, but he also held
onto the tights. Either way it still counts as a win.

Chris Jericho is out NEW World Heavyweight Champion!

Next Month!
--------------
How will Jushin Liger respond to Jericho cheating to win
the World Title?

How will the Steiner's respond to the time limit draw?

Will Hayabusa be in attendance after that decistating bump?

JERICHO! I knew he'd claim the title eventually. Those last two matches were frigging awesome. Good work. OK, so the Warrior won, but I guess I can't get everything. ;)

What happened with the Demolition vs Steiners match? That reading looks a bit like the reading for when a match goes ten hours. OK, it's easy to cover up by noting it was a "time limit draw" and pretend it was only half an hour or whatever, but straight two on two matches like that almost never have problems which forces it to go ten hours. Strange. Methinks they deserve a rematch.

I agree with 91 on the tag title rematch.  Maybe throw the Rockers in and make it a triple threat (Which of course would completely tick off the Steiner Brothers before the match, and if they lose they'll feel cheated, giving them reason to continue the feud with one or both teams)

I'm surprised that TNM7 didn't say Hayabusa suffered a neck injury after that firebird splash off the top of the cage ;)

Blitzkrieg should become a nice addition when wrestling the lighter guys... or fodder for the big ones. :)  Making him debut aganist the Undertaker?  Poor little guy prolly never saw what hit him :D

Well, I was wrong about Liger and the title, but I don't think he'll let Jericho off that easily, especially if Jericho had a chunk of tights.

Thanks for the feedback.

I forgot to edit the Steiner and Demo match. (Doing it right now)

What had happened was I forgot I had changed Scott Steiner's finisher from the Steiner Recliner to the Frankensteiner. I booked the match for Steiner to win via submission over Smash. What I kept getting was Scott Stiner hits the Frankensteiner.. 1..2.. kickout

That about 10,000 times! Glad you guys noticed  ;)

Blitzkreig I hope will be a good addition along with Hart Foundation and Eliminators. Not much I can saw about Spellbiner. *lol* (Every fed needs a curtin' jerker or a jobber?)

Be sure to check the next card... It should be a good one!
