Another good show....
You should add some kind of commentary or interviews to help explain feuds developing....
don't get too far ahead time wise... try to keep close to dates you book the show for
SuperstarJimiCPosted on 07/21/04 at 23:47:43

That's going to be tough, because I go by a set of rules in the game that's booked every week.
xsouporheroxPosted on 07/22/04 at 00:30:45

I second the having backstage stuff between matches on occassion. However, go ahead and do whatever time frame you want. It is fantasy booking after all.
SuperstarJimiCPosted on 07/22/04 at 00:35:39

Thank you, xsouporherox. I'll do that.

That's why I never use any rulesets, I don't want to be restricted by a set of rules that I'm supposed  to follow. Fair play to you if you do want to go ahead with this - if it works for your circuit then why not, but at the same time, you should implement any of your own ideas too, especially since this would see you putting a lot more of your own emotion in. Anyone who books their own ideas into a card will invariably find that those sections turn out better than those where you've used someone elses ideas, as you'd have used your own brand of imagination and enthusiasm and it always shows through.
xsouporheroxPosted on 07/22/04 at 04:03:27

But man, the old school ruleset is so fun. And you can do all sorts of crazy stuff with it. Look at Shaun's RPW circuit.
91Posted on 07/22/04 at 04:15:47

Oh I'm not saying it's a bad thing, you can put together a very nice circuit with one, I'm just saying you shouldn't feel obligated to obey those rules at all times if you've got better ideas or alternative preferences.
xsouporheroxPosted on 07/22/04 at 04:23:07

Yeah, which he did by adding in a second title and such. Myself, I'm too lazy and uncreative to write my own angles. And besides, you can still write some creative angles around the match booking in the old school rules. Different strokes.
SuperstarJimiCPosted on 07/23/04 at 00:12:09

Guys, relax. I'm going to use those rules because they work, but the next four cards that I post, you're going to see some changes that aren't on the Oldschool Rules list. In the upcoming cards, you'll see what i'm talking about like FCA-cubed matches & plug-in matches such as Hell in A Cell.
