Match observations:

3 Title defenses. 3 titles remain with their respective
holders after tonight.

Sabu took on Marty Jannetty, one half of The Rockers.
Sabu was easily able to defeat Marty and hold
onto his IWA Television Title.

The Powers of Pain get their first win and its over
the former World Tag Team Champs, The Steiners. The
Steiners had the match one when the team of Demolition,
came out and had a little fun with the Steiners on
the outside of the ring. Ax hit a hard chair shot
on Scott Steiner. The Barbarian was able to hit a
bearhug on Scott Steiner. He had to give up!

Chris Jericho defeated Mil Mascaras. Jericho was
able to get the walls of jericho locked in and
get the win over the former contender for the IWA
World Title, Mil Mascaras. Does this mean Jericho is
in contention for a title shot soon?

Demolition sucessfully defended their IWA World
Tag Team Titles, against The Hollywood Blondes.
Ax and Smash showed no mercy against Pillman and
Austin.

The Undertaker took out Shawn Michaels, the other
half of The Rockers. Many people say that the Undertaker
was a little upset about his current status with the IWA
and how he has been on sort of a losing streak. Maybe
the streak is over.

Luger and Sting defeated Vader and Hayabusa. The drama
was definatly in this match. The match looked like
Vader and Hayabusa were going to get the win, when
all of a sudden Hayabusa went for a tag and Vader struck
Hayabusa and left the match! This left Hayabusa to try and
defeat Sting and Lex Luger by himself. He was no match
for Luger and Sting.

We caught up with Vader after the match and he said that
he is sick and tired of carring Hayabusa. He said that
last month was the last straw when Hayabusa cost him the
IWA Television Title. He said that was his only shot at
winning a title because he couldn't win a tag team title
shot because his partner was Hayabusa and he was the
wink link of the team. Hayabusa comes storming into the
dressing room and goes nuts on Vader. The two fight until
several referees and IWA Superstars pull them off one
another.

In the Main Event, 2 out of 3 Falls Match..... Jushin Liger
-Vs- The Ultimate Warrior. The Warrior looked like he was
going to win the match early when he got the win in the
first fall. Liger tried a Running Liger Bomb late in the match
that he couldn't hit. The Warrior was to big. Alot of us thought
the Warrior had it won when Liger his a twisting moonsault that
was able to connect and get the match tied up. Liger proved
that he was a very good champion and was able to get the
win over The Warrior.....

IWA's Next card: To be Announced.....

Be sure to vote in the "IWA End of the Year Awards!"

Comming soon!

Sure the Power of Pain won... but it was sooooooo tainted. :)

Another win for Demolition, me thinks that they will be holding those straps for a long time after all

I hope that Jericho's win does make him a contender for the title.  A Jericho/Liger series would be incredible.

I'm seeing Vader vs. Hayabusa, and maybe a face turn for 'busa?

And another successful title defense for Liger, now i'm curious to see if a Jericho/Liger program comes to fruition.

Yes, the first Liger/Jericho match was awesome, why not have that as a main event title match?
