Match observations:

Everything Changes... Tonight was the night the World Title
almost changed hands!

In our opening bout, it was Sabu -Vs- Marty Jannetty. Sabu
had been in somewhat of a slump. Despite some interference
by Bil Alfonso, Sabu was able to put the losing streak
to an end!

In a very anticipated matchup, Sting and Hayabusa squared
off. Hayabusa had the match one but tried to hit one
last Firebird Splash. In the end Sting was able to
move out of the way, and hit a Scorpion Death Drop
and get the 1..2..3!

In a long awaited grudge match, Brian Pillman and
Mil Mascaras battled to a double count out. Pillman
was up to his usual anticts. This time he came to the
ring dressed up as a Mexican Outlaw once again. When
mascaras his the ring, he was all business. Mascaras
made sure he did some damage on Pillman. His emotions
got the better of him and he was trying to hurt
Pillman on the outside which eventually cost him the
match.

The Ultimate Warrior squared off against the self
proclaimed King of the World, Chris Jericho. Jericho
took it to the Warrior. The Warrior was able to get
the win. Does this mean the Warrior is the number one
contender? or does it?

In a very unbelievebale Main Event, it was a fatal
four way elimination match. Vader -Vs- Lex Luger -Vs-
Jushin Liger -Vs- The Undertaker. Luger was the first
one out as The Undertaker was able to hit the last ride.
The second man out was Vader and Jushin Liger eliminated
him. Liger had the upperhand when all of a sudden the
ref calls for the bell. The time limit expires 30 min
into it. Boy, o boy, the fans were upset. The Ultimate
Warrior hit the ring and said that next month he would
be facing the Undertaker. Liger seemed upset and then
showed the Warrior as if he was the number one contender.
The Warrior hit Liger, knocking him down, and the Warrior
hit the big splash. The Undertaker just laughed in
amusement. President Jack Tunney come down to the ring
and announced that there would be a number one contenders
match between The Ultimate Warrior and Jushin Liger.
But that wouldn't happen until two months from now. What
is going to happen next card is there will be a
tag team single elimination tournament for the vacant
World Tag Team Titles, and The Ultimate Warrior and
Jushin Liger would be on the same team!

Next card folks!!! Lost Horizons

Can Jushin Liger and The Ultimate Warrior work together
as a team despite their rescent outburst?

Who will the Undertaker face next month? The title has
to be defended at least one every 30 days!

8 total teams! Here are a few we know of so far:

The Ultimate Warrior and Jushin Liger
The Hollywood Blondes
The Rockers
Sting and Lex Luger
Hayabusa and Vader

3 teams still to be annonced? Who on earth will it be?

Well the obvious title match is Liger/Undertaker now since a) Liger was the one who went the distance and b) Warrior had his shot already, but that partly depends on whether or not you book your matches (do you?). Methinks Sting may have earned one too...

And my prediction streak is done. :) Oh well.

Warrior over Jericho with a ***1/4 rating?  *Looks to make sure he hasn't entered bizaro world*

I don't think Liger & Warrior will work well as a team.  They'll be at eachother's throats the whole way, but magically I think they'll win the tourny or at least come close.  Just one of those things that tends to happen in wrestling, it's an age old story. :)

In two months time Liger will face the Ultimate Warrior to decide the number one contender... the real question here is will they be facing The Undertaker.  Who will he face next week?  Will they pose a real threat to the title?  I'm quite curious to find out.  Maybe 'taker's  title reign won't last as long as I thought... :)
Richard Garcia JrPosted on 06/26/04 at 03:06:06

Time will only tell the other 3 teams as well as the undertaker's opponet! And yes I do book my circut. I have done it randomly before in the past with others I have played aound with, but I always have something happen and it pisses me off so I start from scratch. This time I am going to book. This is my first book fed though...
americamamushiPosted on 06/26/04 at 03:54:04

Do you book the finish too or just the winner (out of curiosity)
Richard Garcia JrPosted on 06/26/04 at 04:50:07
