Week 19 - Let's Get Ready For War - Amazura - Queens NY

No-Countout-Match:
Trevor Rodgers made Travis LaGrange submit to the Jawdropper in 0:10:19.
Rating: **** 1/4

T-Rod and LaGrange battled it out thru the whole match and in the closing moments, T-Rod battled out of the Brazos Valley Backbreaker and switched it
up to his Jawdropper finisher and put LaGrange down for the win.

After the match was over, T-Rod announced he would be stepping into the cage for the WarGames event next week along with Justin Kell. The big bombshell that
was dropped was that Travis Cade had walked out on the RPW after last week's event with no explanation. We can only hope he will resurface at some point.

Upon hearing this, LaGrange put himself in the WarGames match as well so now the lineup is like this:

Justin Kell/T-Rod/??/??  vs  LaGrange/??/??/??

Steve Austin pinned Hate with the Stone Cold Stunner in 0:08:26.
Rating: * 1/2

WHAT A SURPRISE! Hate was picked to be the special ref for the main event later on between Gregorson and Ripper but part of the deal was he had to wrestle
against a new star to RPW. Nobody knew who it was but when that glass shattered, the crowd went insane cause they know that the Texas Rattlesnake was in the
building. Austin took Hate to town and back and finished him up with a Stunner.

Ladder Match:
Afternoon Delight (Lee Awesome and Lee Handsome) defeated Team Xtreme (James Robinson and Lance Williams) in 0:07:16.
Rating: ****
(Afternoon Delight won the World Tag Titles.)

Afternoon Delight has done it. They beat Real Xtreme in an amazing ladder match that had to be restarted when the title belts fell on their own in the middle of the match. I'm sure Real Xtreme will be petitioning to get a rematch right away in hope of regaining their belts but in the mean time, the titles are now in the hands of a team that definitely fought very hard to get to the
top of the mountain.

Falls-Count-Anywhere Match:
Ben Tuckwell and Jonathan Smith defeated Gangsta Heaven (Gotti and Hoffa) when
Tuckwell pinned Hoffa after a flying cross body press in 0:05:49.
Rating: ** 1/2

Tuckwell and Smith gained a bit of revenge on Gangsta Heaven for their attack that cost Tuckwell & Smith a possible chance at winning the Tag titles.

If Ben and Jon keep it up, they may be the next contenders for those tag titles, that's all up to the new champs Afternoon Delight.

Glass Death Falls-Count-Anywhere Match-Loser-Leaves-Town Match:
Teddy Diablo pinned Terry Brody with the Diablo Fire in 0:06:47.
Rating: *** 3/4

Diablo and Brody put it ALL on the line in this final encounter between the two men. Final because the loser was getting his walking papers from RPW.

We wish Terry Brody lots of luck wherever he ends up from here.

No-Countout-No-DQ-Iron Man I-Quit Match with Managers Banned From Ringside with Special Referee Hate:
Jack Ripper drew Werewolf Gregorson:
x Gregorson beat Ripper via an airplane spin in 0:18:15
x Gregorson beat Ripper via an airplane spin in 0:22:42
x Ripper beat Gregorson via an airplane spin in 0:26:36
x Gregorson beat Ripper via an airplane spin in 0:32:18
x Ripper beat Gregorson via an airplane spin in 0:36:52
x Ripper beat Gregorson via an airplane spin in 0:48:41
x time limit expired (Ripper and Gregorson) in 1:00:00
Rating: ****
(Werewolf Gregorson retained the World Title.)

WHAT AN AMAZING MATCH! Both men were dizzy and dazzed and stumbling by the closing bell. The crowd was on their feet throughout the match not knowing
which way it was going to go.

After the match was over, Gregorson announced he would be joining Justin Kell and T-Rod in the WarGames cage. Ripper returned with an announcement that he
will see Gregorson in that same cage as he joins Travis LaGrange at WarGames as well.

Card rating: *** 1/2

Match observations:

After the event was over, we received word that the final lineups for the WarGames match is as follows:

Justin Kell(captain)/Gregorson/T-Rod/Tony Antony
vs
Jack Ripper(captain)/Lark Fenriz/LaGrange/Hate

As for the rest of the matches, we will not know anything about them until next week.

This federation is a sham! A sham I tell you! It should be panned from ever posting again!

The previous message paid for by the Terry "I have 3 ex-wives who all want Alimony" Brody Foundation :-)

Hey, you're the RPW tag champs, don't go acting jealous about me being the World champ.
