Hah!  I called it!  Not only did John Tatum and the Colonel win the tournament, but Crazy Bob was none other than WWE Legend Bob Backlund!  Excellent!

I was definately not expecting nWo presents to be presented by Bob Backlund, however.  I suppose he's long since forgiven Nash for taking the then WWF Title away from him back in '95ish.

Angle and Shamrock are the top contenders for the Tag Team Titles?  Gee, how shocking is that?  ;D

Slightly more surprising is how fast Mr. "Man of 1,000 Bones" won his title back.  The Four Horsement just got started, and already they've lost the gold.  Shame.  Still, I suppose Flair really can't go for it if Double A is carrying the belt.

Mmm...  La Parka v. Flair...

rgarrardPosted on 04/27/04 at 02:01:19

Well in an attempt to keep it old school... I usually try to go with at least one storyline where EVERYONE can tell what is going to happen next, and a second one where not even I will know.  :)  Thusly the first one being the return of Flair... everyone guessed that one perfectly.  And as for the latter, Crazy Bob is just a perfect thing to bring Backlund in with, which was okay... but who'da thunk he'd be the money man behind nWo presents?  :)

Perfect explanation as to why they weren't wrestling on night 2 as well... they were in the trunks of the cars!

La Parka vs Flair .. interesting thought..  :)  seeing how Ole's got "next" on La Parka.
