Any ideas for this.

I'm looking to organizing a little team tournement in one of my feds and need a little TNM help. Here's the run down (soem team members might fit in different categories but put them where you see fit.); The captain needs to be a former Heavyweight Champion, the Co-Captain should be one of his good friends, the ex-Champion should be someone who held an IC or US title (they could have been a past HW champ as well); a brawling tag team; a high flying tag team; a hardcore wrestler/legend/icon ect; a cruiserweight wrester; an other wrestler whomever you feel should be included.

Limitations I used- I tried to not put people on the team who had a feud with the Captain either in real life or in wrestling (so no Hogan and Savage on a team). I also tried to limit as much as I could wrestler who have worked together or wrestling at the same time in the same fed. I like the first three teams except for the other wrestler in each and I'd like some help with a fourth team as I'm not real happy with Team Austin at all.

See what you come up with. (sorry for any and all spelling errors)

I would replace Billy Gunn with Stan Hansen. Austin got his gimmick from Hansen, and I think those two on a team would have been cool to see.

I can't argue with any of the other guys. Your teams look pretty good and evenly matched.

Oh, I forgot, Hogan and Beefcake fueded in the mid 80's.  I really can't think of anyone to replace him, except maybe Bob Backlund.    Seemed like everyone betrayed Hogan at one time or another, much like Lawler   ;D

I like the idea of Hansen.

You are correct about Hogan and Beefcake I "overlooked" it I guess I could put Nash in there, as their "feud" and one finger pin really couldn't count as anything, but I think I'll stick with Beefcake due to the fact they are real true friends outside of the ring. I'm working on some other teams like WWF, WCW, ECW, Japan, Mexico, Canada, USA, and Europe just to see what happens.

Thanks again.

You could use the Triple Threat from ECW as a full-fledged team:

Shane Douglas
Chris Candido
Bam Bam Bigelow
Brian Lee
Chris Beniot
Dean Malenko..

I know you'd have to fill in the rest, and there may be one or two missing ex-Triple Threat members. Plus, Shane Douglas doesn't have too many friends
