Hey guys!

Now that SE is out and going strong I am going to be getting me WWE circuit up and running, but I am still having a lot of trouble finializing a roster.  Since my web page will have constant polls and I want to take as much of your likes and dislikes into consideration with my booking I am now asking for you opinion on my roster.

Background on the WWE :

WCW dominated the ratings after Hall & Nash went over, and Vince was unable to bring the WWF back from the dead, like he did in real life.  As a result the WWF closed down as 1998 ended.  Shane was given control of the WWE by Vince and after a year of planning, signings and renovations he is ready to unveil the the WWE Jan 1st 2000.

Roster issues :

I am torn as to whether I should have a roster like the WWE had in 2000 with older stars and some younger stars.

OR

A roster of lesser known stars at the time (young and ECW which WCW drove out of business).

OR

A young base roster with some older stars that are willing to teach the young stars and can still work with the best of them (eg.  Mr Perfect, Regal, Raven, Jarrett, Malenko).

Any advie would eb appreciated.  I think the last option is where I'm leaning, but I have some great booking ideas for some older teams and stars as well.  I need a point in the direction that you guys will be interested in following my circuit.

Thanks in advance, j5eR

I think the young base roster with a few older stars to help them out. it would give you an intresting circut for people to read...at least to me it would, since I get sick of reading about the same 12 wrestlers in every circut.

You mean Raven, Jeff Jarrett, Shane Douglas, Chris Jericho, Taz, Chris Benoit, Scott Steiner, Al Snow, Tommy Dreamer, Jerry Lynn, Rob Van Dam and Triple H?

**Has six of them in his circuit and has previously had two of the others**

Oh yeah, and I agree with Carlzilla.

Thakns for the help guys!  I didn't count Jericho, Benoit, or Al Snow as older guys, they were some of my ideas for good young talent!  ooops!

Steiner and Douglas, not a fan personally.  So probably wouldn't use em.

No Triple H, in my fed I had him go to WCW when my WWE closed down in 1999.  (well will have, I try and explain the bigger names missing that I don't want or use, or feel would have jumped ship.)

Jerry Lynn, have trouble writing angles for him, as I haven't seen him nearly enough, I unfortuantely due to my area, can't watch much more than WWE, and the very odd TNA.

Tazz and RVD are a for sure though!

Thanks again!  When I get this done and the final TNM SE is out I'll start posting my circuit on my site and I'd love to see your opinions at that time again.

And I only have one of the overused twelve in my main circuit.  Hah!

Actual suggestions:  TAKA Michinoku & Shoichi Funaki, Rhyno, British Bulldog, The Undertaker, Ken Shamrock, Lance Storm, Essa Rios, Mick Foley.

I'd drop Austin and add something about him being seriously injured and having to retire leading to the downfall of the WWF.

Triple H has probably gone to WCW, but Rocky Maivia may still be around in a midcard position.

Perhaps WWE has managed to lure Scott Hall back to the fold after personal problems resulted in a release from WCW?

Probably best to consider HBK as either injured or in WCW.  If you do use him, perhaps it should be as a manager?

Aside from that, grab another big man or two, a few non-WCW cruiserweights, another brawler, a technician or two, and a heavyweight high-flyer.
