Nice mix of workers, keep up the great work

Not trying to be negative or anything, but did you know that the Omni in Atlanta doesnt exist anymore?

They tore it down in late '97/early '98 and built Phillips Arena right on top of the old spot. It opened in '99. The hawks had to play their home games during construction at the Georgia Dome and at Georgia Tech's arena. So really the only thing in town that still has the Omni name and logo on it is the Omni Hotel which is wedged in between Phillips Arena, The CNN Center, and The Georgia World Congress Center.

ScottHallMark--

Yes, I know they tore it down, I'm just trying to recreate part of the past  ;D
ScottHallMarkPosted on 06/13/03 at 06:34:07

That's what I figured, but I thought I would point it out since you did use 2003 as the date the card is taking place.

Why are some people so anal?  He also has wrestlers from the 60's and 70's wrestling on that card...Couldn't you get the hint that it was a fantasy wrestling circuit based on the NWA?
ScottHallMarkPosted on 06/14/03 at 09:31:58

Sounds to me like you're the one who likes it anally there bud. I was explaining my reasons for the initial comment, so you aren't even the guy I was speaking to so keep your 2 cents to yourself.
ScottHallMarkPosted on 06/15/03 at 11:46:10

Ok, um..scratch that last comment, I must have been having a bad hair day or its that time of the month or something. Long live The Omni, hell I liked The Omni, except when you sat way up in the cheap seats it was cold and very drafty. Anyway, perhaps it looked like it was my intention to be anal, which it wasn't. So there.
