[GCW] Format change

It's not a definite yet, but with how busy my life keeps getting, I think GCW is going to see some more changes.  I love doing my style of writeups, but GCW just doesn't move forward.  I'll still do writeups, but I believe I will be doing it with more of a brief recap style.  This circuit is mostly for me anyway, and I know what's happening in my head, so it's not going to hurt me.
