Welcome once again to GLWF Action TV!  We're here at the GLWF facilities in Kalamazoo, Michigan for what should be a great night of action.  Lets start right off with the BIG news of the night: Samoa Joe vs. Paul Burchill in a #1 contender's match for the Great Lakes Heavyweight title held by Michael Shane.  That's right, we'll be taking another crack at determining the #1 contender and tonight we've been given a guarantee that after tonight is over we WILL have a #1 contender.  The match must end in a pinfall or submission and not only has the entire Age of Shane been banned from ringside, but if for some reason one of them decides to defy the ban Michael Shane will be stripped of the Heavyweight title and not be allowed to wrestle for any GLWF title for one full year!  Besides that we've got Josh Abercrombie & Shocker facing the Amazing Red in what we've learned will be his last night with us here in GLWF and a yet to be determined partner.  Hopefully Red can find a teammate and not have to be sent off in a handicap match.  We've got a re-match between Doug Williams and Bryan Danielson, which is sure to be a barn burner, and an interesting singles match between Rene Dupree and one half of the Great Lakes Tag Team champions Tank Toland.  If Rene Dupree can defeat Toland, he and a partner of his choosing will get a shot at the Destruction Crew and the tag titles.  It looks like we're ready to get started, lets kick it to Clara Michaels for the introductions...

Clara Michaels: Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the GLWF!  Our first match is a tag team match scheduled for one fall!  Introducing first... at a total combined weight of 391lbs... "1000% Guapo" Shocker & Josh Abercrombie!  And their opponent... weighing in at 162lbs... the Amazing Red!

Uh-oh, it looks like Red couldn't find a partner.  Shocker & Abercrombie look pleased as even as talented as Red is, 2-on-1 usually always gives the advantage to the 2.  Wait there's music... it's Tyson Dux!  Dux is coming down to the ring.  He gets in and stands face to face with Red.  Red look a little hesitant because when Red first came to GLWF, it was Dux that called Red out and challenged him.  After a tense moment Dux extends his hand.  Red looks around to the crowd and accepts the handshake!  We've got ourselves a tag match!  The match started out as a big of a brawl, when the dust settled Dux and Abercrombie were the legal men.  The match was filled with quick exchanges, real nice counters followed by more real nice counters.  It was a fast paced match, with both teams taking full advantage of their partner waiting in the wings when they started to run a little low on gas.  Each wrestler got face time and used it to their advantage.  The fans really enjoyed it and cheered for both teams, though noticeable chants went to Red.  Shocker tagged out to Abercrombie, they tried to double team Dux, but Dux ducked and Abercrombie hit Shocker who fell out of the ring.  Red dashed into the ring and just as quickly left again, hitting a huge running somersault plancha onto Shocker.  Abercrombie seemed confused for a second at how fast the tides had turned and speaking of turning, he turned right into a brain buster and a three count.

Tyson Dux and Amazing Red defeated Josh Abercrombie and Shocker when Dux pinned J. Abercrombie after a brain buster in 0:08:41.

Dux & Red celebrated their win together.  All four men shooks hands and Shocker, Abercrombie and Dux left the ring, leaving only Red.  Red asked for a mic, but while he was being handed one out comes Sonny Siaki.  He stands at the entrance.

Sonny Siaki: Looking for one of these Red? *points to mic*  So I hear that the *sarcastically* AMAZING Red is leaving the GLWF.  What a cop out.  I know the real reason you're leaving Red.  It's not because you're getting called back up to GCW.  It's because you're afraid of me.  You're terrified of me.  It's just a little too convenient that you're leaving before we have a chance to settle things, isn't it?  It's because you're afraid.  Obviously last week I didn't accomplish what I set out to do.  I wanted to put you back on the shelf.  Hell, I wanted to end your career.  All the Siaki-ites would have sung my graces and held me up on their shoulders for destroying the man who has the gall to rip apart my Universal title.

Amazing Red: *interrupting* Look Sonny, I have no problem with finalizing things before I leave, so why don't you get your crazy ass down here and we'll end it.

Siaki didn't seem to happy that Red actually wanted to wrestle Siaki, but not wanting to let the "Siaki-ites" down (if there even are any) he reluctantly went to the ring and the ref started this impromptu match.  You couldn't tell that Red had just wrestled the match he had just wrestled.  He seemed just as fresh as ever against Siaki.  Both men went full tilt.  Siaki tried to keep Red grounded as best he could, but it was hard.  Siaki managed to capitalize and some lucky escapes and reversals on his part and turned it into strings of power moves that saw him chucking Red about.  Siaki almost got a three after Red tried for a flying sunset flip and Siaki jumped up and landed hard with a sitdown plash.  Siaki even hit the Siakolypse NOW, but used the ropes as leverage and got caught by the ref.  It's too bad for Siaki too, because he probably could have had the match right there.  While Siaki argued with the ref, Red recovered and hit a flying dropkick, following it up with a enzuigiri, setting Siaki up for the Infra Red.

Amazing Red pinned Sonny Siaki with the Infra Red in 0:07:25.

After the match Red celebrates his last GLWF match with the fans.

Raven: I'm in a bad mood.  It's because of one person and I want that one person to come out here right now.  You know who you are.  *H.B. Cade walks out, no music, no pomp, and certainly no circumstance.  He solemnly walks to the ring and gets in.  He tries to plead with Raven, but Raven stops him*  At first I couldn't figure out what was going wrong.  Then I went back and looked at the tapes and I realized what it was.  It was you Cade.  You're what was wrong.  It was a mistake to ever get involved with you in the first place and now I'm dropping the dead weight.  *Cade tries to plead with Raven again, but Raven is stone faced.  After a little more pleading Raven pulls back and slaps Cade hard across the face, and leaves the ring.  Cade still seems upset that Raven just dropped him, regardless of the fact that Raven just bitch slapped him*

Clara Michaels: Our next match is a singles match scheduled for one fall!  Introducing first... from Aberdeen, Washington... weighing in at 185lbs... "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson!  And his opponent... from Maidstone, Kent, England... weighing in at 235lbs... "The Anarchist" Doug Williams!

Williams was all business tonight.  He wanted to keep his momentum from last week's tag match going and definitely didn't want another singles loss to Danielson.  Williams put on a clinic, sticking to hard suplexes and a hold or two to wear down Danielson.  Williams was in the zone and kept control of the match.  Danielson barely was able to get any offense in during the match which says something about Williams' determination to win tonight.  Williams called for the end and grabbed AmDrag for a michinoku suplex, and from the damage Danielson had incurred during the short span of the match, it seemed like a reasonable thought that this michinoku driver could end it.  Williams was too confident though, and in a split second it was over.  Williams tried to pick Danielson up, but American Dragon rolled the Anarchist up in a small package, and held him there just barely long enough for the three.  Danielson got the hell out of there too after what happened after their singles match last week.  Williams couldn't believe that he was shown up once again by the American Dragon.  He sat there stunned for a minute and then slowly turned his attention to the ref.  He darted over to the ref, screaming that it was his fault, quickly picked him up and planted him with the michinoku driver he was looking to hit on Danielson.

Bryan Danielson pinned Doug Williams after a small package in 0:05:52.

It looks like Shannon Moore is here once again, petitioning the fans to bring him into GLWF to get at the GCW from the inside for the incident that transpired between the two parties.  Moore has amassed quite a following on the GLWF message boards and word has it he also has attained quite a few signatures.  He's once again escorted out by security, but as he's being dragged out the fans start a "Shannon Moore" chant.  After tonight's display, the response on the boards, and the amount of signatures Moore has received, we've just gotten word that Shannon Moore will be given a GLWF contract this week and, assuming things run smoothly, will be granted his debut match next week.

Clara Michaels: Our next match is a singles match scheduled for one fall!  Introducing first... from Paris, France... weighing in at 250lbs... "The French Phenom" Rene Dupree!  And his opponent... from Atlantic City, New Jersey... weighing in at 225lbs... he is one half of the Great Lakes Tag Team champions... Tank Toland!

The match went outside quickly after it started, but didn't stay out there for long.  Toland had control of the match in the opening minutes.  Dupree couldn't seem to catch a break, except for a surprise lariat that countered a hiptoss attempt which he turned into a two count.  Rene managed to keep control for a little bit, getting a couple near falls right in a row.  He even hit the French Riviera, but for some reason didn't go for the pin afterwords and instead stayed on the attack.  He attempted to his the Cobra Clutch Slam, but did his little dance first, which gave Tank enough time to recover and counter it.  Toland got a few quick falls of his own after that.  He went for the Tank Turret, but Dupree ducked, hit a boot to the midsection and hit the Michinoku Driver for the three, but just barely.

[MATCH FOR TAG TITLE SHOT]:
Rene Dupree pinned Tank Toland after the Michinoku Driver in 0:06:58.

Clara Michaels: Our main event match of the evening is a singles match scheduled for one fall and will decide the #1 contender for the Great Lakes Heavyweight title!  Introducing first... from Guildford, Surrey, England... weighing in at 280lbs... Paul Burchill!  And his opponent... from Orange County, California... weighing in at 270lbs... Samoa Joe!

This was the match everyone was waiting for.  In fact, it's the match they'd been waiting for since last week's main event, which was ruined by Michael Shane.  Not tonight though.  Joe and Burchill will battle it out.  There will be a #1 contender after tonight.  And we will know who Michael Shane's next title defense will be against after tonight.  These two once again didn't hold anything back.  He felt full tilt trying to out do and out power the other.  The first part of the match was pretty even, then Burchill slowly began to take control.  Both men had a couple dramatic no sells during the match as well.  Burchill even impressed the fans by jumping onto Joe with a senton suicide dive.  Burchill almost had the win after a burning hammer and the C4 right after it, but Joe amazingly kicked at 2.9.  Joe couldn't turn the kick out into a comeback though and Burchill stayed on top of the match.  Joe had a huge comeback at the end though.  He was no selling headbutts from Burchill and doing sort of a Samoan Hulk up.  He hit a series of ultra stiff kicks and chucked him into the corner.  Shining Wizard into the corner!  Burchill stumbles out and throws a wild lariat.  Joe ducks, grabs Burchill and drops him almost literally on his head with a back suplex.  Joe quickly pins Burchill and he does it!  Joe gets the three!  Samoa Joe celebrates his victory, but he is quite obviously tired and hurt from that match.  The fans are cheering him hard though and Shane has to be shaking in his boots now.

[MAIN EVENT]: Number-One-Contenders-Match:
Samoa Joe pinned Paul Burchill after a back suplex in 0:15:22.

Well that was some card folks, but next week will be a great one too.  Already lined up for the card are the debut of a new GLWF wrestler!  It's just been announced that GLWF will be bringing in quite popular name next week and he plans to take the GLWF by storm.  Speaking of debuts, if all goes well with Shannon Moore's contract this week, he'll be making his debut at the next GLWF show.  We'll also see Tyson Dux in action against Raven as well as the Destruction Crew defending their titles against Rene Dupree and an opponent of his choice!  We'll see you next week everyone!

Great couple of opening segments.  Tyson Dux looked good (which he really needed too), and yay Siaki!  Good way for Red to go out, and it's just gonna piss Siaki off even more.  Booya.

Does Raven have some sort of power over Cade?  Interested to see where this one is going.

AmDrag upsets Williams in a good match, and that one's not over yet.  Poor referee had to pay for Danielson's sins though.

Moore debuts next week!  That bastard, trying to bring GCW down.  Why would he do that?

So Dupree gets a tag title shot?  I have no complaints with that.  I wonder who his partner will be.  Wouldn't it be cool if it were Chad Toland? :)

Great main event.  You built to that match well and though I was rooting for Burchill, I'm still excited about Shane/Joe III.  Good show, mate.
