Match #1
Billy Kidman/Paul London vs. Triple X (Christopher Daniels/Elix Skipper) (w/ Daffney)

High Voltage kicked off with tag team action as Christopher Daniels and Elix Skipper of Triple X took on the exciting Billy Kidman and Paul London.  Lots of high-flying in this one as you would expect, Triple X would eventually take the win in a very evenly matched contest when Daniels caught Kidman in a waistlock suplex.

Triple X (Christopher Daniels and Elix Skipper) defeated
Billy Kidman and Paul London when Daniels pinned Kidman after a waistlock suplex in 0:10:14.
Rating: *** 1/4

Match #2
Lance Storm vs. Sean O'Haire

This was a definite contrast of styles.  Lance Storm, who many say is the best technical wrestler in the world, taking on Sean 'Haire, who is a very athletic power wrestler.  O'Haire made Storm feel it early, but Storm outwrestled O'Haire, getting the win when O'Haire submitted to the Maple Leaf.

Lance Storm made Sean O'Haire submit to the Maple Leaf in 0:05:46.
Rating: *** 1/2

Match #3
MAIN EVENT
The Basham Brothers (w/ Shaniqua) vs. The Hurricane/Teddy Hart

In our main event, the Basham Brothers proved exactly why they are getting a World Tag Team Title shot at Mayhem on May 23rd.  The Hurricane and eddy Hart wrestled a decent enough match, but they just haven't teamed up long enough to prove to be a real threat against Shaniqua's charges, who take the win after Danny Basham hit Teddy Hart with the Brain Damage.

The Basham Brothers (Doug Basham and Danny Basham) defeated Teddy Hart and The Hurricane when Danny Basham pinned Teddy Hart with the Brain Damage in 0:07:21.

Ouch...I like Storm, but poor O'Haire...that's just not good news for him.

O'Haire continues to be jobbed.  :( I'm hoping that maybe later he can break out of the funk. Still, like Tommy, I'm glad to see Storm being pushed. I still don't like the Bashams though.
