I just got my new computer running on Windows XP. I had to reinstall my TNM7 and import wrestlers back into my databse.

So after adding who I wanted I decided I needed to go and upgrade to build 3b. After a sucessful upgrade I was looking through my wrestler database and saw I was missing a wrestler that I thought I downloaded.

I went to my control center of TNM and tried to import the new wrestler but said it was an invalid tnm export? I was like WTF !?!? I spent the better part of the day importing the wrestlers into my database. I tried a previous export that I already imported and it brought up the same error.

I only have 405 wrestlers in my database so I don't think that I have exceeded my limit? Any help?

huh, odd indeed.  The limit is higher than 405 (I think, don't quote me on that) but even if you went over the limit it should still accept the wrestlers into the database.  Are the exports from TNM7.com? TNMUK? Somewhere else?

I got the exports from both sources.

have you tried turning on the compatibility mode
bobPosted on 06/13/05 at 02:10:46

yeah I did. That was the first thing I did.  Every time that I tried to go to my database menu my TNM would automatically disappear. I set my compatability to windows 95 and TNM didn't crash anymore.

I downloaded the diagnostics plugin and it said that my wrestler database was messed up. I told it to fix the problem the it started to delete my wrestlers. Fed up with it I thought i could just delete tnm from my hard drive. It would totally delete TNM except for 2 files:
GFXT_PRO.DLL and TNMGS.

So as a test I reinstalled Tnm onto my computer and typed in my reg info. Imported a few packs from both sites. Ran a couple cards and everything is fine. I was going to see if the build 3b was the problem.

I installed 3b and I was back where I started from. Not valid TNM export. I deleted this from my harddrive with the 2 files still remaining in my tnm7se folder.

The third time is the charm because I didn't upgrade to build 3b. and as far as I know it is letting me add wrestlers into my database. I haven't started a fed yet because I want to add all of my pics to my media folder and start fresh with all plugins and everything I need place.

So I guess I am S.O.L. on the build 3b unless someone knows a way to get around the problems I am having with it.

Email Oliver and say you are having a problem.  He will send you 3 compiles of build 3b, and one of them should work.
