- Tajiri comes out, but can't stop Raven!  Malenko looks very frustrated as he recovers...who can stop Raven?
Critic_of_the_DawnPosted on 04/19/04 at 03:53:12

Who can stop Raven?  Apparently not Dean Malenko.  Odd, I had figured he was going to take the belt what with all the momentum he's had lately.  Raven's a hell of a champion, though.

Somehow I'm not surprised that Taz squashed the hell out of Brian XL.  He seems to be one of the guys that TNM really likes a lot, plus since he was big in ECW people love giving him the jesus push in their circuits.  And I can't really blame 'em.  He's got a great gimmick and he's really charismatic.

I may have asked this already, but humor me if you've already answered this.  Do you book your results, stick mainly with what TNM gives you, or do something in between?

Eric "Critic of the Dawn"
DarkAndEvilBastardPosted on 04/19/04 at 04:53:39

Something in between, definitely.

I use a partially unbooked strict pushes fed.  I've become a much bigger fan of strict pushes since Oliver clarified the recommended differences in push scores...though I still have my undercard set WAY too high to be true undercard wrestlers by TNM's push recognition.

As for who can stop Raven...well...Malenko DOES have a rematch coming up, per Rick's Rules.  Maybe second time's the charm!
rgarrardPosted on 04/19/04 at 05:14:18

And if Malenko doesn't win it in his second try.... things could get REAL interesting :)
