Help Needed with New Problem

Just when I got TNM back in order, with all of my themes working (got rid of themes that weren't working and used new ones), I get another problem. When I click on TNM to start, I get this message:

Shortcut to TNM
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Then there's 2 buttons, Close and Ignore. But no matter which button I click, TNM shuts down. What's wrong and how can I fix it? Thanks.

I did what that link said and edit that line in the autoexec.nt in the System 32 Folder, but I still get the message when I click on TNM. Is there another solution to that problem? Please help. Thanks.
