MCPW Live
Calihan Hall
Detroit. MI -07/16/07 -

MCPW Live is once again broadcasting from Calihan Hall in Detroit. Operations Manager Bill DeMott is in the ring and it looks like he has something to say, DeMott gets the microphone from the ring announcer and welcomes everyone to this weeks PPV. He then says that as always he needs to take care of some business and calls out MCPW Champion Christian Cage. The crowd boos but after a few minutes Cage has yet to come down. DeMott calls him out again this time saying that he knows he's in the building. A few seconds later Cage comes down dressed in street clothes with the heavyweight title over his left shoulder. He slowly gets into the ring and gets a mic. DeMott starts by saying that Cage has been pushing the rules here in MCPW since day one and starting tonight things will change. Cage interrupts DeMott and said that he doesn't follow rules he makes them. DeMott just smiled and said not tonight. DeMott continued by saying that according to the bylaws the MCPW Heavyweight champion must defend his title with in 30 days or the first show immediately after. That means that Cage should have defended his title last week so tonight you will defend your MCPW championship...Before DeMott could continue Cage protested saying that he was not scheduled to fight tonight and refuses to and starts heading out the ring. DeMott told him to hold one second. If he walks out this ring and refuses to fight tonight, He would be more then happy to strip the title from him and give it to someone else who will. The crowd liked that last idea but Cage was livid. He started yelling and screaming at DeMott but DeMott just smiled and asked what will it be? Cage said fine he will wrestle tonight but under protest and quickly exited the ring.

Cage left so quickly he didn't even find out who he will be defending against. Friday the 13th is quickly becoming an unlucky day for Cage.

Sorry about the lack of comments... haven't had much time to post anything as of late. Just glancing over the last card, I was surprised that Christopher Daniels was unable to compete against Mr. X.

I'll try to post more starting with the next card.
