Shocker and Claudio Castagnoli (The Mulkeymaniacs; 1 point) and Big Boss Man and Johnny Nitro (Team mdale2k; 1 point) battled to a double countout in 0:04:27. Rating: ** 1/4 (Rick Martel and Tito Santana no-showed; Shocker and Claudio Castagnoli) 2. Elimination No-Time-Limit-Match William Regal, Tommy Dreamer, Viscera and Ron Simmons (The Mulkeymaniacs; 4 points) beat Petey Williams, Carlito, CM Punk and Tatanka (Team mdale2k; 2 points) 4 falls to 2: x Tatanka beat Dreamer via the End of the Trail in 0:13:58 x Viscera beat Tatanka via the Sex Drive in 0:24:31 x R. Pearce pinned Hawk after a flying legdrop in 0:06:04. Rating: ** 1/2 4. AJ Styles (Team mdale2k; 1 point) pinned Shawn Michaels '92 (The Mulkeymaniacs; 0 points) with the Styles Clash in 0:08:30. Rating: ** 3/4 Comments: Both Martel & Santana, collectively known as The Strike Force, BOTH no-showed and that may have cost The Mulkeymaniacs that extra point in the opening match as they were the obvious favorites. With that, Shocker & Castagnoli were thrown together without prior knowledge and the best they could do was force a double countout. Viscera was a HUGE factor in the Elimination Match by eliminating three men on his own. Pearce, Morella, & Foley pull the upset of the Week over The Road Warriors & Bret Hart! Many felt Micheals & Styles could pull in a higher rating, but no matter that rating, Styles gets the point. King Booker, Homicide and Elijah Burke (Team Victory; 3 points) defeated Vampiro, Mr. Aguila and Randy Savage (The Sixteen Horsemen; 0 points) when Booker defeated Vampiro by countout in 0:03:54. Rating: * 1/2 (Snitsky no-showed; Vampiro replaced) 2. Rating: *** 1/2 Comments: Vampiro replaced Snitsky in the opening match and totally blew it for his team by getting counted out! Did he sabatoge his own team? Rocky Romero, however, was Jeff Hardy's replacement and he proved VERY helpful in earning his team the final two falls in the Elimination match. Kane & Abyss somehow put on the best show of the night and combined with the main event's rating these two teams are awarded the extra 2 points for best card of the week. The Sixteen Horsemen Totals: 6 points Team Victory: 10 points OVERALL: ***1/2 Devastation, Inc. vs. Viper Force 1. Shawn Michaels '07, Lance Cade and Matt Hardy (Viper Force; 3 points) defeated Savage Intensity (Papa Shango and The Barbarian) and Jake Roberts (Devastation, Inc.; 0 points) when Cade pinned Barbarian after a swinging neckbreaker in 0:08:44. Rating: ** 2. Marcus Cor Von (Viper Force; 1 point) pinned Ted DiBiase (Devastation, Inc.; 0 points) after a powerslam in 0:07:10. Rating: *** 1/2 3. They were especially dominant in the Elimination Match. Had Abyss of The Sixteen Horsemen not interfered against Shelley, it's quite possible that Viper Force may not have scored any points in that match. Also, despite awesome ratings for each match, this card's OVERALL rating was only ***1/4, just lower than the card before it. Devastation, Inc. Totals: 6 points Viper Force Totals: 5 points OVERALL: ***1/4 Saigon Scissor Kick vs. Random Free Agents 1. Starman and Daizee Haze (Random Free Agents; 2 points) defeated Skinner and Repo Man (Saigon Scissor Kick; 0 points) when Daizee pinned Skinner with the Mind Trip in 0:05:11. Rating: ** 2. Nigel McGuinness, Chris Sabin and Mistico (Saigon Scissor Kick; 3 points) defeated Pentagon, Fatu and El Oriental(Random Free Agents; 0 points) when N. McGuinness pinned Fatu after the Ace Crusher in 0:00:33. Rating: * 3. Fatu, who did so well for the RFA in the first week, did terrible this week by losing the match in just 33 seconds. Danielson carried Berzerker to an excellent match and Rey Buccanero absolutely dominated in the Elimination Match. It seemed like Hogan would dish out some punishment and tag Bucanero in and Bucanero would finish them off. Saigon Scissor Kick Totals: 8 points Random Free Agents Totals: 3 points OVERALL: **3/4 The Battle Royal 8-Man Battle Royal Umaga (Team mdale2k; 3 points) won an 8-man Battle Royal: x The Sandman (Random Free Agents; 1 point) threw out Warlord (The Sixteen Horsemen) in 0:04:50 x Umaga (1 point) threw out Sandman after a roll away in 0:09:37 x Kevin Thorn (Viper Force; 1 point) threw out Delirious (Team Victory) in 0:11:48 x Brazo De Oro (The Mulkeymaniacs; 1 point) threw out Ultimo Guerrero (Saigon Scissor Kick) in 0:11:57 x Umaga (1 point) threw out B. De Oro in 0:14:42 x Thorn (1 point) threw out Hernandez (Devastation, Inc.) in 0:17:35 x Umaga (1 point) threw out Thorn in 0:19:23 Rating: *** (Ron Killings no-showed; Kevin Thorne replaced) Comments: Kevin Thorne was in his second Battle Royal only because he was replacing Ron Killings. This is the only circumstance when a wrestler can be in the same match two weeks in a row because it's unpredictable. Umaga was obviously the big winner here adding on points for Team mdale2k, a team who was already doing well this week. I can't believe Jake beat me.. Too bad he had to bribe Vampiro to do it. At least I was able to neutralize his dreaded Orton/Cena combo. And why the hell shouldn't Abyss v. Kane bring down the house.
