Show 9 - Free For All!

As we pullin to the Isotopes Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the 8,500 fans in attendance are loudly chanting for the next show of TNMWA wrestling to begin. Tonight will be spectecular! For our Main Event we have a #1 Contender 6-Man Battle Royal! The TNMWA Board Champ Zedja will be taking on America Mamushi in a non-title match. A first ever Philly Street Fight with a tazer on a pole match in the history of wrestling as Carzilla, Pulsar, and Unright prepare to make history. Also an intense grudge match between the new team of the Detroit Serial Killaz and the bizarre team of Rick Garrard and America Mamushi! All this and more! But first, our opening match...

Match 1:
"Jobber to the Stars" Rick Garrard vs Phudjie in a Finishers Only Match

- At the 2 minute mark Rick is already going for his finisher, but Phudjie has him well scouted..
- Phudjie could have the advantage as The Rick doesn't even know what his finisher is...
- Phudjie blocks a 2nd attempt, but third time's a charm.
- The Rick continues to show off the lethality of his Finishing Move

[Finisher Only Match]:
Rick Garrard pinned Phudjie with the Double Tough Double Up in 0:03:35.
Rating: * 3/4

The Rick stays fresh for his remaining two matches and Phudjie is still struggling to find his place here in TNMWA.

Match 2:
Rebel INS vs The Drifter

- The fans immediatly start a "Reb-bel" chant.
- The Rebel repeatedly tosses Drifter outside the ring. Has he been watching too many Bezerker tapes?
- The Drifter knocks Rebel out with a frying pan and steals one of the Rebel's wrestling boots!
- Rebel INS dodges some wild baseball bat shots and hits the 1001110101 to win, and takes back his boot.

Rebel INS pinned The Drifter with the 1001110101 in 0:08:42.
Rating: * 3/4

The Rebel has quite the winning streak going over the past few weeks. He can parlay it into some opportunities down the road?

Match 3:
Rick Garrard & America Mamushi vs The Detroit Serial Killaz

- The Detroit Serial Killaz take on an unusual pairing for their first match.
- Mamushi starts out agressively against Psymin, but it costs him as Psymin calmly counters.
- Psymin single-handedly assaults Garrard and Mamushi with a fire extinguisher.
- Psymin locks in a torture rack on The Rick that nearly puts him away!
- Justin Sane busts open Mamushi with a fire extinguisher shot.
- Mamushi follows a swinging neckbreaker with a massive sidewalk slam.
- Mamushi gets the pin ?!  That was a little anti-climactic.

Rick Garrard and America Mamushi defeated
Detroit Serial Killaz (Psymin and Justin Sane) when A. Mamushi pinned Sane
after a sidewalk slam in 0:06:39.
Rating: ****

The fans are on their feet after that last match! The DSK seemed like they had this match wrapped up before the sudden pin. Just goes to show you can never underestimate a talent like America Mamushi. Both teams try to continue brawling, but the Goon Squad breaks it up.

Match 4:
Unright vs "Kaiju C" Carlzilla vs Pulsar in a Elimination Triangle Falls Count Anywhere Philly Street Fight w/ a Tazer on a Pole

- It's the match name that doesn't quite fit on the marquee.
- This match starts violently with Unright hitting Pulsar with brass knuckles

- Academic 3 count!

x Carlzilla beat Pulsar via the Tokyo Stomp in 0:07:13
x Carlzilla beat Unright via the Tokyo Stomp in 0:09:19
Rating: ** 1/2

Carzilla dominates tonight in a violent matchup that again doesn't see the object on the pole being used.  For all the wacky stips that Carzilla seems to hate, he does quite well.

Match 5:
"The Greatest Thing Since Fried Sushi" America Mamushi vs "The White Tiger" Zedja in a Non-Title Match

- Both competitors shake hands.
- A great counter exchange to start things off!
- America Mamushi counters a rana with a tiger driver, that'll piss Zedja off.
- Zedja hits an inverted DDT onto a steel chair!
- Prowl of the Feline! Zedja keeps our Union workers happy!

Zedja pinned America Mamushi with the Prowl of the Feline in 0:04:30.
Rating: *** 1/4

Zedja is proving to be a dominant champion whether or not the title is on the line. He's been mowing through the top tier of TNMWA. Maybe tonight's Battle Royal will put forth a challenger that can last over 5 minutes with the champ!

Match 6:
"The Insanity" Brent Sanders vs Jason Morgan

- "The Insanity" Brent Sanders makes his belated debut against a competitor that a proven tough SOB.
- Brent tries to open the match with a Diamond Dust, but Morgan blocks it.
- Brent repeatedly going for a crossface chickenwing, but Morgan's too fresh for that.
- Nice running neckbreaker drop by Sanders!
- Brent hits an Asai moonsault, and Jason Morgan stays down for the 3 count!

Brent Sanders pinned Jason Morgan after an Asai moonsault in 0:04:34.
Rating: ***

Brent Sanders gets a thundering win in his debut, and then proceeds to start headbutting the turnbuckles. Jason Morgan and the referee seem a little creeped out and gladly leave the ring.

Match 7:
6-Man Battle Royal Featuring: TNMWA Board Champ Zedja, Carlzilla, Rick Garrard, Psymin, America Mamushi, & Phudjie!

- America Mamushi & Unright quickly find and attack each other. Same with Rick Garrard & Psymin.

- The heels are decending on the sole face left, Zedja.
- Zedja wipes out Unright & The Rick with a flying crossbody block!
- Phudgie comes in out of nowhere to toss out Zedja! Phudjie's getting a possible shot at Zedja!
- Unright tosses Phudgie out while he's celebrating!
- Unright absorbs a Double Tough Double Up and rallies to win the Battle Royal!

x Unright threw out Phudjie in 0:07:39
x Unright threw out The Rick after a chop in 0:08:54
Rating: *** 3/4

It's official! Phudjie will face Unright at Card 10 and the winner will go on to challenge Zedja for his title in a TLC Match! Will Unright recapture the title that Zedja won from him? Will Phudjie get his first taste of championship gold? Or will Zedja shrug off either competitor and just win the match in under 5 minutes like he usually does? Tune in next week for TNMWA - CARD 10!

ZedjaPosted on 10/22/05 at 17:48:52

Well done, well done. That was intense. America Mamushi, this wasn't your day. But your time for a title shot will come if I win the title match next card.

Now for the matches. Phudjie, congrats for being the one who eliminated me. Not only does this mean you get a number 1 contenders match to be able to face me later on, you also get the chance to choose my opponent in the first match of the card. Non-title match of course. Yes, I'm keeping my word on this.

Congrats also goes to Unright who eliminated his own partner to face me again for a chance to win back the title. I doubt Rick will like that. I hope this won't become a problem for you.

No matter who wins your match. If you lose the title match, it won't be on the line until card 13. (OOC: This is because of my trip). But whoever wants to face me during card 11 and 12 will be allowed to do so in non-title matches of your choosing. You will only be allowed one match, counting both cards and I will only wrestle two matches per card.

To be eligable to challenge you must have wrestled at least 5 matches. Why would you want to wrestle me when the title isn't on the line? I tell you why. Whoever wins will have a shot at the title on card 13. If only one is victorious it will be a direct match, but if I lose against multiple people, they will face eachother in an submission match (elimination if more than 2) to face me later in the card. However if I win all the matches I will choose who will get a shot from those who didn't face me.

Now if I lose the title in card 10 I will still take all commers, but I want the chance for a rematch. Whoever of Phudjie and Unright that does it can even choose the stipulation)

Matches card 10 (in order)
1. Zedja vs Phudjie's choice (non-title)
2. Phudjie vs Unright (top contenders match)
3. Zedja vs winner of match 2.

OOC: Unright you are doing a great job. But you will probably live through hell with the challenges for card 11 and 12 while I'm gone :) First come first serve. I won't be here for the results on card 10. The first one I'll see is probably card 12 if you do one each week. (Oct 28 - Nov 9 is the official dates, but Nov 10 may be tough for me as well as I'm arriving an 0:10 AM or something at my apartment.
CarlzillaPosted on 10/23/05 at 13:57:07

Man, the hometown crowd had my back...and I whopped your asses. I'm sure everyone left happy except for you two chumps.

Now that I've put psymin his his happy place, and forced Unright and Pulsar to eat philly street cheese...I'm gonna turn my attention to someone who I have the utmost respect for, Rick Garrard.

What do you say Rick, we're the best of the best here in TNMWA...our records speak for themselves...let's give the mongoloids who watch TNMWA a match worth watching...pure wrestling syle.

Carlzilla vs. Rick Garrard
UnrightPosted on 10/24/05 at 17:27:21

Unright: Damnit, that Keiju Big Battel reject got the better of me again. I need to whup up on someone to make me feel better. Thank god I got a match with Phudjie next week. And after that... The Board Title will be mine once again!

Drifter: Hrmph. That's all good and all, but I can't believe I lost to that over-hyped computer freak. Not a good week for us. That's why next week, I want to take on someone who's crazy enough to accept it. I don't care if it's Brent "The Mentally Challenged" Sanders or that other new guy Justin Continent.  First to accept gets a FCA match against the Drifter!

Drifter vs Brent Sanders or Justin Sane

OOC- Been quiet 'round here... Need to stir things up.
MGDukesterPosted on 10/24/05 at 21:46:40

Interesting, the first person in TNMWA with some cajones.  Likely more balls than brains, but I like that.  Reminds me of <pause>  me. <laughs>

I'm game for this FCA match of yours, Drifter.  Just know that I cannot be held responsible to anything that happens to you.

<laughs uncontrolably>

Drifter Vs Brent Sanders -  FCA
Rick GarrardPosted on 10/25/05 at 01:53:50

Carlzilla, I'm up for your challenge.  We're sure to irritate the fans by putting on a wrestling clinic, when we are two of the best badasses around these parts, which will make it all the sweeter to hear the boos raining down upon us.

Mamushi, thanks for being my partner last week, even if we are working out of opposing locker rooms, there is a modicum of respect that I have for you, even if my regular partner Unright doesn't.  And about tossing you from the battle royal... you tried to dump me first, so you got what you had coming.

And Unright, don't think I've forgotten what you did in the battle royal for the title match.  We may be partners, but I'm watching my back.  With that being said, let's have a tag team match this week.... against hmm... I dunno maybe... Mamushi and Zedja?

Accepted:  Rick Garrard vs Carlzilla

challenge issued: Rick Garrard and Unright vs Mamushi and Zedja

ZedjaPosted on 10/25/05 at 08:02:35

I'm tempted, but I have to decline. I have a title match coming up and already two matches on card. Unless of course Phudjie chooses that match for me, then I'd be glad to be in it.
UnrightPosted on 10/25/05 at 18:28:43

Rick.. It ain't nothing personal. It's just that there's a TNMWA title out there that ain't around my waist. I had to pin you to win it the first time, I had no qualms about eliminating you to go ahead and win it the second time. Just business, that's all. Don't be letting that fried fish freak be getting inside your head.
Psymin1Posted on 10/25/05 at 22:54:17

Sane: "Whoa, whoa, whoa!  Sanders, you aint gettin off that easy.  I am putting myself in that match also, whether you like it or not!"

MGDukesterPosted on 10/25/05 at 23:02:53

No Problem here Justin........ It's your funeral.

<laughs>

OOC: As long as Drifter is ok with it.

americamamushiPosted on 10/26/05 at 00:17:05

I think me and the Rick worked well as a team.  We showed those hopped up retards who exactly not to mess with in TNMWA.  But obviously our alliance was not meant to be a long lived one and I let my attention to you elude me in the battle royal and paid the price for it.

Zedja, you caught me.  I admit it.  That's why your the TNMWA champion, but don't expect to be able to catch me again Zedja.

If Zedja doesn't want to team with me then I'll still accept the challenge and team with whoever is willing.

I'm also laying out a challenge to Rebel INS who for reasons beyond me, seems to be one of the most popular TNMWA wrestler along with me and the Rick.

America Mamushi vs. Rebel INS

America Mamushi & ?? vs. Rick Garrard & Unright

[hr]

Welcome ladies and gentleman to the age of legitimate talent in wrestling.  Landon Luna has come to TNMWA.  I want to see just how tough all you pro wrestlers are.  I'm a world class amatuer wrestler and a champion mixed martial artist.  I'll fight anyone of you who thinks you are tough enough to face Triple L, "Legit" Landon Luna

Landon Luna vs. ??
phudjiePosted on 10/26/05 at 02:09:06

.....I was thinking - I'd hate to give Zedja an excuse to run from a fight - so instead of him having to give up his spot in the propsed Mamushi/Zedja vs. Garrard/Unright match - I will choose this as his match to participate in - on one condition - it becomes a 3 on 2 handicap match with me joining Garrard & Unright - sound good??.....
Rick GarrardPosted on 10/26/05 at 02:47:25

I think we make it a 3 on 3 with them choosing a "suitable" opponent (*cough*Muta*cough*)
UnrightPosted on 10/26/05 at 03:35:00

OOC - Re: Zedja/Mamushi/Muta vs Unright/Garrard/Phudjie

Doesn't really work.. I think Zedja's plan is for both him and the winner of Unright vs Phudjie to have wrestled 1 match each before the title shot (ensuring equal fatigue)...

Unright is still willing to be in the tag match because he arrogantly thinks Phudjie's not a challenge, but Pudjie needs to find a one-on-one opponent for Zedja.. If an opponent isn't named, one will be randomly generated.

IC - (Drifter) Brent, Justin.. No go.. I fight my opponents one at a time. I don't want a pair of cranially crippled cretins ganging up on me. How about an 1 night FCA Round Robin...

Challenged:

The Drifter vs Brent Sanders (FCA)
Brent Sanders vs Justin Sane (FCA)
Justin Sane ve The Drifter (FCA)
America Mamushi & ??? vs Unright & Rick Garrard

Accepted:
Unright vs Phudjie (#1 Contender)
Unright-or-Phudjie vs Zedja (TNMWA Board Title)
Rick GarrardPosted on 10/26/05 at 03:40:12

ooc:  you could always run the 6 man tag as a "extra special added attraction" match after the main event.  so EVERYone save for Muta is dog ass tired.
PulsarPosted on 10/26/05 at 06:47:29

And then there was Pulsar, rocking the bottom of the pile. I choose to fight MUTA!! That's right punk, you strut around here like you're tough, take me on. The unmotivated Pulsar!!!

Challenge
Pulsar vs. Muta
ZedjaPosted on 10/26/05 at 07:58:53

OOC: That was my plan, yes. However, if Phudjie doesn't choose one, I'd like to face Bret Hart ;) I will still only be in two matches of this card.
UnrightPosted on 10/28/05 at 04:16:21

Preview of Show 10

Confirmed Match-ups: (definite)

Carlzilla vs Rick Garrard
Pulsar vs Keiji Muto
Phudjie vs Unright (#1 Contendership)
Winner of Phudjie/Unright vs Zedja (Title)

Unanswered Challenges (likely to happen)
America Mamushi vs Rebel INS (Will occur unless Rebel says otherwise)
Zedja vs Phudjie's Pick (If no opponent named by Phudjie, than it will be Bret Hart per Zedja's reqest)
Rick Garrard & Unright vs America Mamushi & ??? (No partner for Mamushi named, if there are no volunteers by match time, management will find Mamushi a partner.)
Drifter vs Brent Sanders vs Justin Sane (FCA - Drifter suggested a Round Robin, but nobody agreed to it. If nobody wants a round robin by match time, this will revert to the previously accepted 3 Way Dance.)

Let me know of any corrections, or extra matches. This should be a good show.
ZedjaPosted on 10/28/05 at 06:34:22

OOC: Sounds fine by me. This is a reminder that in 5½ hours I will be on my way to Japan. I hope I'll keep the title ;) You have the instructions for the following cards in my first post in this thread (wether I win or lose the title) :D

OOC: Sorry, family emergency delayed a reply.  Sanders is fine with the Round Robin.
