Card rating: ** 1/4

Another decent card in my opinion. I'm really hoping that some more people sign up so the matches will get more varied (hint hint).

Unright wins the MVP this show, scoring 2 pinfalls and being involved in the two best matches of the night. He is entered into the 4 way TNMWA Title match with Rick Garrard.

Again Carlzilla and Mamushi used no hardcore spots but it may have hindered them in the tag match, and it definatly hindered Mamushi in the Fight It Out match, in which Unright again showed the boards that he has no consideration for the well being of his opponents.

That's all for this time. Next show is either going to be Friday or Saturday depending on when I have the most free time. Feel free to make challenges and give your thoughts on the card.

[PS - I know that there has to be more people interested in this...it only takes a few min. to make an export and send it to Failure@myself.com...you know you want to </peer presure>]
americamamushiPosted on 08/11/05 at 03:39:26

I'm not discouraged by being pinned 4 times in two weeks.  Much of it has to do with the fact that TNMWA seems to be nothing more than a glorified streetfight at the moment.  It's not so much that your hardcore triumphed over my skill Unright, it's that you couldn't triumph over my skill withou your hardcore.  You take it beyond a chair here and a table there.  That's why I extend this challenge.  A pinfall only cage match between me, you... and CARZILLA!

OOC: Hope I didn't make a super weak export :)
JustinPosted on 08/11/05 at 04:33:50

Carlzilla one on one you may have gotten past me but your poor choice of a partner cost you in the end. Make no mistake; I respect you Mamushi, tonight I was just the better man. As for you Carlzilla, we will meet again. But first I want to challenge the man I was forced to team up with & had to carry to victory: Phudjie. I don't care what part of the match you thought you had in control, if I didn't come in at the end to clean house, you would've been on your back counting the overhead lights. Let's see who the better man really is. You're going to be my next step toward the TNMWA Title.

OCC: who are the faces & who are the heels?
CarlzillaPosted on 08/11/05 at 06:13:24

Mamushi I accept the triangle cage match challenge...There's not going to be any better feeling than laying out Unskilled, Untalent, Unable-to-win-without-weapons  or whatever his name may be...and then laying out the only person here who has any shred of hope of ever being anywhere near as good as Kaiju C. Don't get my respect confused for admiration, you want to face me again, even with Subpar, or whats his nuts thrown into the mix, the result won't change.

[OOC:] Mamushi, I don't think your export is weak, it's just that everyone aside from you and me had "hardcore wrestler" checked, and the circuit is run in hardcore mode as to avoid too many DQ's and the like...so they have a small advantage.

Justin, It's listed on the TNMWA Wrestler Profile topic. But here's the list to make it easier for you. Heels: Carlzilla, Rick Garrard, Unright, and Phudjie. Faces: Jason Morgan, Psymin, America Mamushi, and Zedja.
Rick GarrardPosted on 08/11/05 at 07:20:33

Even if I didn't have "hardcore wrestler" checked, my export would still own, mainly because it is the RUFF's Jobber 1, modified with my stats and with the redundant moves eliminated from it.

All I know is for reason my export seems to have the "broken like Dusty Rhodes" syndrome, since I can hit my setup and finishers from just about anywhere.

Having said all this, I hereby will accept any singles match challenge issued for the next card, with one stipulation... the match must end with the winner hitting his finisher.  As for the tag team I am in with Unright, I will defer to my partner for the next card as far as challenges go.  I trust his opponent selection enough to know that our Double Tough Weak Shove will win.
ZedjaPosted on 08/11/05 at 08:00:18

Once again I lost a match because somebody cheated his way to a win. That's why I challenge Unright to a Chairs Legal match.

I haven't forgotten about Garrard either, since the guy clearly can't get a win over me without some kind of cheating going on. Also there's Phudjie, who is dying for a rematch.

That's why I'm challenging both of them to an over the top rope elimination match. No pins or submissions.

OOC: Did I actually have Hardcore Wrestler checked? Because I couldn't even find it now that I checked my export.
UnrightPosted on 08/12/05 at 05:02:27

As the cream rises to the top, nothing but jealous fools are throwing out challenges. This chatter will soon stop when YOU REALIZE THAT I AM TRUE PURE HARDCORE WRESTLING PERSONIFIED!

American Yowamushi! Carlzilla! You think by ganging up together against me that you have a chance at winning? You think that a cage will render me powerless because I won't have access to weapons? YOU MIGHT JUST CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER I TEAR OFF A PIECE OF THE CAGE AND BASH YOUR FREAKING SKULLS IN!

Oh, and Zedja, you little pussycat. No go. But since your last partner failed you, you're welcome to find another one to face Rick Garrard and I. This time it will be an Finishers-Only Elimination match, so be prepared to prove your worth.
ZedjaPosted on 08/12/05 at 07:08:53

Unright: It seems you are too much of a chicken to face me alone. Very well, little birdie, run and hide inside that cage of yours.

Facing you again in a tag match would be pointless as I still would have to rely on a partner.

I've already challenged Garrard and Phudjie to a three way elimination match, and that offer still stands.
Rick GarrardPosted on 08/12/05 at 07:45:20

Zedja, I will accept the three way match.  But be forewarned that if the Phudge don't get ya, the double tough one will.
ZedjaPosted on 08/12/05 at 08:47:28

Good, that means you aren't a chicken like your partner. But remember it's an OVER THE TOP ROPE elimination match, no pins, no submissions..
phudjiePosted on 08/12/05 at 08:49:37

....hey I'm in - I'm in - I'm totally in, and oh yeah - I'll fight in that match too - I'll fight and I'll win - or atleast cheat alot while I'm in it.....and oh yeah - I need another peice of Psymin too, I need a new keyboard , and you break a perfectly good one over my melon, that's dissrespectfull bud.....
Rick GarrardPosted on 08/12/05 at 14:38:44

Zedja, just remember that after you get hit with the Double Tough Double Up, throwing you over the top won't be a problem.
Psymin1Posted on 08/13/05 at 01:56:24

Phudjie, you want another piece of me?  Fine, you got it!  But, I wanna help out the new guy, Rebel INS, and, if your up to it, I want to take you both on in your second triple threat match of the night!  This time, with no eliminations, whoever gets the first pin, is the winner, the way it should be.  What do you say Phudjie and INS, you in or out?

(OOC: So, I won my first match using a keyboard, and lost the second one because I got hit with a keyboard...I didnt relize TNM was able to do irony so well...)

CarlzillaPosted on 08/13/05 at 07:29:31

[TNMWA Moderator Mode:]
The card for the next show will be up tomorrow and I will run it then as well...sorry for not posting that stuff earlier but tonight was my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend so I've been busy.

I just checked my objects database in TNM...the keyboard was listed multiple times which is why it was appearing so much. I've removed all of the extra references...so now it shouldn't be the most prevailent weapon in TNMWA, although seeing as how this is a fed based on our message board personas it did kinda seem fitting...
ZedjaPosted on 08/13/05 at 12:35:07

OOC: Should have left it the way it was ;) I hope you can get a good card together since there wasn't many challenges made.. For the new guy (whoever he is) as well.
CarlzillaPosted on 08/14/05 at 05:54:40

TNMWA - SHOW 3 Preview
Phudjie vs. Jason Morgan (The team fell apart after their win over Carlzilla and America Mamushi. Morgan feels he was the teams MVP, Phudjie definatly got in his share of offense in the match as well...we'll see who really led the team when these two meet up.)

Rick Garrard vs. Rebel INS (The debut of Rebel INS, and it's going to be a tough one. Garrard has proven to be a top notch fighter here in TNMWA and the newcomer is definatly going to have his hands full in this contest.)

Zedja vs. Unright (Chairs Legal Match) (Zedja asked for this one, and he got it. The cruelist man in the league, Unright, will be right at home in Zedja's chairs legal environment.)

ALSO APPEARING ON THE CARD:
Carlzilla vs. Psymin

America Mamushi vs. Special Guest

America Mamushi vs. Carlzilla vs. Unright (cage match)

Zedja vs. Phudjie vs. Rick Garrard (over the top rope elimination battle royal)
phudjiePosted on 08/14/05 at 09:42:06

.....hey hey - I thought I was in that battle royal too - and if not - I wanna be
rebelins313Posted on 08/14/05 at 10:24:37

I maybe new to TNMWA but it doesn't mean I'm scared at all.  Garrard can try his hardcore shenanigans all he wants but in the end I'm going to break him down with _WRESTLING_, none of those foolish chair shots, keyboards, or table spots.  After I'm done with you Garrard you'll be lucky to have teeth.
ZedjaPosted on 08/14/05 at 10:37:29

OOC: Yeah, that Battle Royal is wrongly booked. It's supposed to be Phudjie vs Rick Garrard vs Me. Unright isn't in it. But I'm glad the GM thought Me vs Unright was a going to be a good match.
CarlzillaPosted on 08/14/05 at 10:50:04

Fixed the Unright/Phudjie confusion...luckly I hadn't ran the card yet...it should be up fairly soon.
ZedjaPosted on 08/14/05 at 10:55:07

OOC: I hope I'll hold on to my single match winning streak. If I do that will mean I've defeated both the previous MVP's in single combat.
