  • Since I'm busy with stuff and intrest dying down, I've decided to cut back to 1 Challenge card per week (Fridays) atleast for the month of June. If Cards start getting big again, we'll add another card.
The PhantomPosted on 06/01/04 at 18:00:38

Cutting back on the cards is fine but I think you need to cut back on the roster too. Or at least make the people who no longer talk jobbers. I like this because you don't have to do real roleplays but I think in order to stay active, you should show some kind of activity i.e. make challenges or comments after cards.

And or yeah, I carried Carzilla on my back during our tag match.
The PhantomPosted on 06/01/04 at 18:24:34

TiLo, I need to talk to you about running an angle. My AIM name is ThePhantom86 or we could IM each other here.
I.M.O.M.Posted on 06/01/04 at 23:02:10

Mr Christopher Allen, may I be the very first to congratulate you on becoming the King of the Deathmatch.

On the other hand seeing as you were the roadblock I hit on the way to the belt how about I become your first challenger.  This Friday, do you accept?
I.M.O.M.Posted on 06/01/04 at 23:11:13

Chris Allen and Rowdy Roadie Rod and John LaRue and Lee Brice battled to a

The one match I forgot to mark the checkboxes for
Please allow me to make a suggestion in the interest of fairness.

I suggest a rematch of the above with the winning team moving into a three way dance with C P Duck for the No1 contendership.

Let's be honest I am calling for "Mr Gullible" Lee Brice to be given a rematch, how fair am I, that's why...

I believe that the TNMWA needs a commissioner that is honest and fair and will call everything straight down the middle.  All in favour say Aye.
PulsarPosted on 06/02/04 at 07:13:10

It seems I have fallen into the losing record column. This is NOT a good thing. So, I have decided to start from the bottom and work my way up. Kid Vader, you're first, cause you're last. You pick the rules:

Challenge:
Robert Goodwin vs. Kid Vader
His/His Mom's Stips
Magister369Posted on 06/02/04 at 15:45:15

Lee Brice: Mr. Gullible hmmm has a nice ring to it.
Simpson you should know that you little verbal barbs mean nothing to me, what you do in the ring is what counts, any chance I can get to permanantly drive you out of TNMWA is good for me.
I.M.O.M.Posted on 06/03/04 at 00:52:37

Mr. Brice I believe you may be confused.  The word you were looking for was thanks.  Has anybody else spoken out in your defence after the inability of the referees in TNMWA.

Do you know of any other federation in the world were there official would call for a double countout in a match that had no countouts.

Instead of coming out and bickering and calling for matches to rid the TNMWA of me, you should be supporting my campaign to become the first Commissioner of TNMWA.

A VOTE FOR SIMPSON IS A VOTE FOR FAIRNESS.

Of course I accept.  I'm the longest reigning KOTDM Champion in this incarnation of the TNMWA, and I will not back down from any challengers!

Also, I agree that there should be a rematch of the tag team bout I was a part of at Painful Pairings.  The referee was apparently in no condition to be in there and couldn't even remember the rules.  He should be fired immediately for soiling my good name.

INTERNATIONAL MAN OF MYSTERY FOR TNMWA COMMISSIONER 2004 CAMPAIGN
I tend to agree -- indeed, the TNMWA needs a commissioner. It needs someone who can set straight these referees who claim to see me passing someone a foreign object, when it's obvious that a Gentleman such as myself would never do such a thing. It needs someone who can get me a match against Rick Garrard, whom I defeated just before he became champion, and who has been repeatedly ignoring me ever since. Indeed, it needs someone who will keep rapscallions such as Rowdy Roadie Rod from repeatedly attacking law-abiding wrestlers like myself, then staging attacks on himself and blaming me.

I believe, indeed, that Lee Simpson is that man, and that if Lee Brice says otherwise, that he and I should settle it in the ring.
I.M.O.M.Posted on 06/04/04 at 01:25:20

It does not suprise me that a gentleman such as yourself would back my campaign.  I thank you for your support and hope that other superstars of the TNMWA will back me also.

I have taken the liberty of setting up a forum for all superstars to pass their vote as to whether I should become the commissioner of TNMWA.  Everyone should use their voice, in the end you all know it makes sense.

PhoenixPosted on 06/04/04 at 05:07:34

*After RRR's match Tubular Bells starts to play.  The lights go out as everyone clears the ring.  The lights come back on.*

Announcer 1:  Oh my god!  There are two Roadie Rod's in the Ring!!  What the h....

Announcer 2:  Which one is Roadie Rod?  What is going on?

*Super-Charger Heaven by White Zombie Plays as Demo-Man makes his way from the back*

Demo-Man:  Alright, Alright... Just stop right there.  I'm gonna settle this for good.

*Demo drops the mic and attacks the new Roadie Rod that showed up in the ring.  RRR and Demo pound on him till he is bloodied.  The lights go off and pyro from all 4 corner posts go off.  The bloodied Rod sits up like nothing has happened.  He attacks Demo and RRR with a vengence.  He stops to grab the microphone*

Phoenix:  I am the "REAL" Rowdy Roadie Rod!  After my loss to Critic of the Dawn I left the TNMWA.  Then you pathetic low life scum take my name and ruin it.  You join with Team Workrate and become the ultimate Jobber!  You kiss the Critic's rear just to make a name for yourself.  You attack the gentleman just to benefit from nothing!  All these times and your paranoia caused you to turn on Team Workrate.  How does it feel to be bloodied and beaten every chance I got.  As of right now your contract with the TNMWA is null and void!  My name is Phoenix.  I have been reborn.  You took my identity only to have me evolve into a much stronger being.  TNMWA is not ready for this force

*The Crowd starts to cheer only to be stunned yet again*

As for my association with Team Workrate, or my imposters.....  I am still a man of my word.  My association with the fans is neither here nor there.  I can take them or leave them.  However, I have more pressing manners.  Lee Simpson... how could a Scot and a Brit get along in this world?  Lost?  I'm not.  We create the best damn tag-team.  I.M.O.M. and Phoenix as TEAM UK WORKRATE.  Sure I may reside in the states, but, my heritage comes first.  I shall give you my vote as commisioner.  Furthermore, John P., The Gentleman, I give my humblest appologies for one Rowdy Roadie Rod wannabe.  Looking for fame but only getting modest ratings at best.  Oh where has this world gone?  Finally my challenge match.  Rick this goes out directly to you.  Cage match, one on one for the title.  I have patiently waited as everyone took there shot.  The time of waiting is over.  You and I next card for your title.  If I lose I walk away, and go after the tag gold or the KOTDM title.  If I win, you get a rematch the very next card.  How can you lose?

*Liberi Fatali plays as Phoenix leaves pulling the carcasses of Demo-Man and RRR behind him.  The final shot shows phoenix burning two coffins in a graveyard then burying them alive.  The closing says R.I.P. Demo '04 and RRR '04*
Rick GarrardPosted on 06/04/04 at 14:20:33

Beat somebody first like Kodoshin or CP Duck and then, we'll talk about a possibly giving you a title match Phoenix.  You see not just ANYONE that wants a title match gets one.  You have to do like Smith & Barney once did and EARN IT!
I.M.O.M.Posted on 06/04/04 at 23:57:34

Lee Simpson... how could a Scot and a Brit get along in this world?  Lost?  I'm not.  We create the best d**n tag-team.  I.M.O.M. and Phoenix as TEAM UK WORKRATE.  Sure I may reside in the states, but, my heritage comes first.
Two Brits one Team.  TEAM UK WORKRATE is born and leave the Critic to his own devices.  As he obviously has other matters on his mind at the moment as the rankings only enforce.  I would like to lay down a challenge to TEAM TNM 2000 for the next card.  Do you accept Mr Copp and Mr Liller?
Oliver CoppPosted on 06/06/04 at 18:46:38

You're on!
CarlzillaPosted on 06/07/04 at 02:38:32

You think you carried me on your back Phantom? Care to put your money where your mouth is tough guy?
