Strangely odd that Jericho is wearing a WCW World Title belt in the first of 61 photos of unlockable attire.  Perhaps that is the reason why Shane McMahon "resigned" from WWE?

Unless it's one of the Unlockable Belts (ala Hardcore Title)

the WCW title is unlocked at the start of the game. It WAS unlockable in SvR09. This year the only unlockable belt is the Champion of Champions belt. Jericho was the default WCW champion in both 09 and 10, since he's considered the "last" WCW Champion.

That still does not explain why Dusty Rhodes was the Million Dollar Champion in SVR07 when he never once held said "title"

Lame reasoning but...

Ted DiBiase's character wasn't liscensed for use with SvR07, so they instead used the guy he was feuding with at the time (Rhodes).

I thought they should have given it to Austin.... Wasn't "The Ringmaster" presented with the belt upon arrival?

the Ringmaster was nearly as awesome as the Shockmaster
